As A Maid, I Can Fix Her!

Chapter 51: Chapter 50 - Amagi Surprise Kiss

The teasing that slipped out of Master Amagi’s mouth almost made me fall into embarrassment.

My body, which was standing on a wooden stool and trying to balance, also almost fell backwards from the teasing shock.

Children who are in the phase of imitating what they see and hear strange things that they do not understand will be considered innocent children.

But that teasing... It’s not considered as innocent tease.

I also exploited the innocence of a child in the same way. Like Liliana’s young, healthy body, who was too innocent for her facial expression. The relaxed smile on her face masked the embarrassment that was filling my body.

The unbearable shame came from Master Amagi’s whisper; she kept teasing me with an innocent expression and didn’t understand that her whisper was something embarrassing.

”Eh? W-Why?? Why do we have to do it when we grow up, Liliana?” Master Amagi asked in a soft whisper.

This is what I call the deadly innocence of children and their main weapon to ask about something embarrassed.

A simple question for an innocent little girl, but so deadly for a woman who has lived life as an adult woman.

I’d like to say it’s a shameful act, but Master Amagi will continue to ask for other reasons.

To the point, that I can already see the three seconds future questions that will come out of her mouth.

Why is that a shameful act?

Why my father and mother do that kind of thing whenever they are alone?

Why can’t I hug Liliana without a piece of clothing on my body?

That innocent, deadly question will continue to haunt me.

There’s only one answer I can come up with.

And that answer is... throw that ’answer’ to the other party who is responsible in this place.

”Because... Master Amagi’s father and mother did it when they were adults, right?” I replied as I felt the hot boiling from the cooking oil bubbling in front of me.

The simple, innocent answer slipped out after making sure Duchess Adelheid Von Blutfeld and Marchioness Shinano Vii Lichtberg heard it.

”Doing it when we were still kids... it would feel weird, right?” Using the same childlike approach, I continued my words to clear up this misunderstanding with a classic excuse.

If parents disagree and forbid their children from doing something, then the children must obey their orders. A tactic I’ve often used in the past to discipline my own wayward children.

”...” Master Amagi just kept quiet and tilted her head on my chest, burry her face deeper on my chest.

Sluuuusshh...

The soft and gentle movements made my body tremble with tingling sensation.

Ckuuutt...

Ckuuutt...

In the midst of that ticklish feeling, I felt a sharp stab from Master Reina’s gaze, who continued to watch me from the dining chairs.

The hot oil and Master Amagi’s increasingly embrace forced me to pour the potato slices into the small pan. I expected a massive explosion from the hot oil and the cold potato slices. But that didn’t happen, as if the cooking oil in the small pan wasn’t designed to react explosively like normal cooking oil.

It left me in awe, staring at the fried potato slices. The oil’s clear texture let me see the color change in the potato slices—so clearly that I didn’t need my ”just enough” instinct when frying it.

Sniff...

Sniff...

The aroma of the fries I was cooking wafted through the air. It collided with the aroma of mashed potatoes baking in the magic oven. The subtle salty and sweet flavors mingling in the air set my stomach rumbling.

Master Amagi, who was hugging me from the front, smiled at me.

”Are you really hungry, Liliana?” asked Master Amagi, who seemed to have given up on the previous topic with new one.

My hungry stomach in the middle of the night actually saved me from Master Amagi’s innocent question. It was far better than controlling Master Amagi’s desire to embrace my body, naked.

Yes, much better than cooking... in such embarrassing conditions.

”Y-Yes! F-Forgive me for being so hungry, Master Amagi,” I replied as I took the iron strainer with the wooden handle, not far from my reach.

”There’s no need to feel embarrassed, Liliana. I’d be happy if we could eat together mouth to mouth after this,” Master Amagi said as she pulled her face away from my chest, showing an innocent, and clueless smile to tease me more.

Braakk!!

Not far from me, the dining table filled with three hungry nobles shook violently. Master Reina, who had been staring at me with a sharp gaze, turned to a piercing gaze, shaking my back with a cold sweat. She was working hard to remain calm, even as her eyes threatened to pierce my back even deeper, Marchioness Shinano Vii Lichtberg let out a small sigh and caught my attention.

”On that one, I’ve never done that with my husband,” the Marchioness clarified before Duchess Adelheid Von Blutfeld could ask.

”I didn’t question that. Why are you explaining it right away?” the Duchess replied in a mischievous tone.

I didn’t see what happened behind me, but I felt Master Amagi’s strong grip.

Grreeeppp...

Her arms, who locked around my body in a tight hug, getting tighter as if she saw something want to snatch food before her eyes.

”Liliana, have you ever had experience to feel... feed from mouth to mouth?” Another innocent question came out of Master Amagi’s mouth, but I was already get used to it.

My hand, holding the iron strainer, scooped out a cooked fries, light brown and not too burnt. It looked different from the fries of my old life, but it was enough to eat for now.

Ordinary fries will taste better if enjoyed by everyone, and this one no difference from that.

The iron srainer that holds the fries looks full; even the small bowl that holds the potato pieces is not enough to hold the remaining cooked fries.

”Please get another wooden bowl,” I said to the night maids who were silent around the kitchen.

Srruukkk...

Srruukkk...

With gentle hand movements, I tried to separate the fries from the hot oil that was still stuck to them. I did so carefully so that Master Amagi, who was hugging me from the front, wouldn’t get splashed with the hot oil.

The potato pieces I’d thought were small suddenly expanded like dough baking in an oven. They still resembled the fries I’m familiar with, but they were a little plump, like branches that had fallen from a tree.

”T-This is the wooden bowl you need,” said one of the night maids with her eyes fixed on the fries.

”Thank you,” I said as I took the wooden bowl and put the fries into two different wooden bowls.

The fries were evenly divided between two wooden bowls, their large quantity supposedly enough to share. One wooden bowl was for the noble and the other for the night maids.

For some reason, their gazes couldn’t leave me while I was processing the raw potatoes and the embarrassing cooking process.

It was embarrassing because Master Amagi didn’t let go of her tight hug and rubbed her face on my chest.

Besides being embarrassing... it also felt weird.

”It’s done, Master Amagi.”

”The baked mashed potatoes are almost done, too.”

”Then, Master Amagi can let go of the hug—” before I could finish saying those words, Master Amagi pulled my chin up and kissed my lower lip gently.

Chuuppp...

Bluuush...

The sound of the soft kisses was loud in the middle of the night; even the pink blush on Master Amagi’s face spread quickly like embers burning wood in the middle of the night.

The gentle kiss ended with Master Amagi’s index finger rubbing the kiss mark.

”T-Thank you for this warm cooking experience, Liliana.”

”I-It was supposed to be a kiss on the lips. But I was too scared to do it...”

”U-Uhm, I’ll do my best to it my best tomorrow!”

”I-If there’s a chance to do so...”

”Please wait for it, Liliana...”

With a face filled with a pink blush, Master Amagi stuttered in expressing her gratitude.

I don’t think of it as ordinary gratitude.

This kind of gentle kiss...

It should be given to a man who is so special to Master Amagi, right?

Why did she give me that soft kiss?

My calm face felt warmed by something unknown.

Ckuuttt...

Ckuutt...

Besides my face feeling warm from this unknown thing, my back also felt hot with Master Reina sharp stab.

Between the soft kiss on the lips and the burning stab in the back, I saw the door of my peaceful life close before my eyes. My daily life as an apprentice maid is now blocked by a large wall and an undefeatable guard-fate figure.

These two dangerous Villainess girls...

Can’t they just get along for one day?

My life is getting thinner every time I serve them.

”Cough! Liliana... are you done?” a cold, angry voice came from Master Reina. I turned around and saw a smile tinged with heat.

Gluuppp...

Seeing the pent-up anger and trying to stay calm, I felt like I was seeing the story of my life that would end if I answered it wrongly.

”Yes, it’s done, Master Reina.”

”Then, leave Amagi immediately and prepare the food. I can’t wait to kick—I mean, taste your cooking, Liliana,” Master Reina replied with her heart spilling out.

”Please wait a little bit longer, Master Reina,” I replied as I got down from the wooden stool and let go of Master Amagi’s embrace.

”I’ll be waiting at the dining table, Liliana! U-Uhm, o-once again... thank you for this enjoyable cooking experience,” Master Amagi said with her face filled with a pink blush, lowering her head to avoid my gaze.

”Y-Yes,” I replied with a forced smile.

After this, will my life be safe?
