As A Maid, I Can Fix Her!

Chapter 86: Chapter 85 - Teaching With Embrace

With full awareness, I smiled and looked at Master Amagi. Her small request for a back hug was a little difficult to grant.

”M-Master Amagi...”

”I-I think that request is a bit difficult to grant.”

Her pastel purple eyes widened. She stared at me with a shocked look and stood there, her face pale.

”L-Liliana doesn’t want to hug me?” she replied, with tears suddenly appearing.

”No, I want to hug Master Amagi. It’s just that... my body is sweaty and a little bit dirty after running in the morning. Some things have happened, and this is it...” I replied, showing my dirty maid uniform.

Some dust had settled on the Duchess’s nightgown, but most of it was on my dirty maid’s uniform.

”But my mother has already cleaned the dirt that stuck to Liliana’s body with her magic, you know...”

Marchioness Shinano Vii Lichtberg has cleansed my body of dust and dirt?

What does it mean?

Oh! Now I remember!

The Marchioness had indeed cast magic on the Duchess and me. It turned out to be magic that cleansed my body of dirt and dust. The reason I was dirty and reluctant to hug Master Amagi was simply that I was sweating.

Leaving a trail of my sweat on Master Amagi’s body would quickly be detected by Master Reina, who has a sharp nose like a bloodhound. I’ve already been troubled by her keen sense of smell several times.

As much as possible, I tried to teach Master Amagi without hugging her from behind.

”The dirt and dust that sticks to my body is clean, but from inside...”

”Uh, I’m sweating, Master Amagi.”

”Please don’t make me say that embarrassing things.”

I quickly put on a blushing expression and covered my face with my hands. From between my loose fingers, Master Amagi smiled and thought of another plan.

The smiles of the Villainess girls may look cute, but it’s not worth the trouble they bring.

My survival instincts and danger detection suddenly kicked in.

In an instant, I felt a cold hand wrap around my waist.

”If Liliana doesn’t want to hug me because her body is sweaty. Then I’ll hug Liliana.”

Shhrruusshh...

Shhrruusshh...

The embrace was truly feel so cold. Master Amagi’s morning chills weren’t lying, apparently. My body warmth had been shared with the Duchess and the Marchioness after sitting on their laps in turn.

Master Amagi’s hand slowly pulled my palm away from my face. The first thing I saw was her gentle smile. Then I felt the warmth of her body, sharing it with mine. The chill she felt faded as our embrace tightened.

So close, and I could even feel her breath mixed with the morning dew.

”With all due respect, Master Amagi...”

”This isn’t a hug from behind... this is a hug from the front,” I said after our eyes met and her hug tightened.

She smile and laugh sweetly. It was so sweet that I sighed and accepted her spoiled behavior.

”I’m more comfortable hugging Liliana from the front and...”

Sniff...

Sniff...

Master Amagi’s nose pressed against mine. She breathed deeply into my neck and down my chest. My body trembled with a tickling sensation, but was restrained by Master Amagi’s grip, which had locked my movements.

Like prey wrapped around a snake’s body, I couldn’t escape from this embrace.

”And I can smell this sweat that I love.”

”If only there were a perfume that smelled like Liliana’s sweat. I would definitely buy it.”

I don’t know what Master Amagi was saying at this point, but I could feel awkwardness and fear. Awkwardness from Master Amagi’s overly emotional response to me, and fear that it might actually happen in the future.

That reminded me of something. Master Amagi has a unique habit that aligns with her little hobby of research something. If she really did find a way to replicate my sweat into perfume, that would be a great frightening idea.

And honestly... it would embarrass me for the rest of my life.

”There’s no need to make such perfume, Master Amagi. Y-You can hug my body when I’m sweaty. If you don’t mind...”

”Why should I mind the smell of Liliana’s sweat? It’s the most sweet and comfortable smell ever. I even fell asleep while smelling Liliana’s sweat,” Master Amagi replied with a sincere smile.

That’s really sneaky.

If a girl smiled like that in front of me, I’d be powerless to refuse her orders.

”I-It’s time to training delayed magic, Master Amagi.”

To avoid getting trapped any further, I forced Master Amagi to cast a delayed spell with the attack target in front of us.

Caress...

Caress...

With a gentle touch, I stroked her back and broke free from her tight embrace. Of course, in a gentle way that Master Amagi didn’t know what it meant.

”Can we do this for another five minutes?” Master Amagi asked, pulling me into a tighter hug.

”Eh?”

”No! Not five more minutes. Let’s do it while hugging!”

”Eehh??”

My shock couldn’t hide the uncomfortable expression on my face. This growing sense of foreboding somehow triggered my danger-detecting abilities. Something dangerous was coming, but I didn’t know what is it.

Master Amagi swung her left hand forward, aimed it at the practice target dummy, and cast the magic spell Fireball.

”Fire...” she said with a magic chant that stopped in the middle of the word.

”Hehehe~ Liliana. My delayed spell... is that right?” Master Amagi asked while looking at me with a smile.

She lowered her left arm and hugged me tightly again, this time rubbing her head against my chest. Her face felt warm against mine. She acted like a cat rubbing against another cat to leave its scent.

I was reminded of her doing this and causing a big fight with Master Reina.

Ahh... I’m going to get dragged into their big fight again, right?

Without using magic that could see into the future, I could already be certain it would happen. Especially after seeing the Head Maid return to the Duchess’s side and report on her duties.

The operation to make Master Reina’s anger and being more passionate to train even harder; also it will start with a mother-daughter sequel quarrel.

Shhrruusshh...

Shhrruusshh...

While thinking of other solutions to problems that haven’t happened yet, I prepare myself for the worst that could happen.

Sniff...

Sniff...

Of course, I had to go through this one too.

”Isn’t it time to finish the delayed magic chant, Master Amagi?” I asked, gently patting her head.

”Um! Please look at me, who has training so hard, Liliana!”

Master Amagi’s left hand rose again, pointing at one of the target dummies and continuing the Fireball spell.

”Lance...” said Master Amagi while glancing at me.

”Eh? Not Ball? But Lance??” I muttered while glancing at Master Amagi.

”Unn??” Master Amagi turned to look at me in surprise.

Ceesshhh...

Ceesshhh...

A spark of fire flew through the air. It started as a small spark and grew longer. Unlike Fireball, which attacks with explosive power and wide-scale effects, Fire Lance is a magical attack that relies on precision and accuracy. Suitable for single-target attacks, not group targets, which are more suitable for attacked by Fireball magic.

”T-That’s an advanced magic spell, right?”

”If advanced magic spells can be used with delayed magic techniques. Does that mean there’s a possibility that higher-level magic can use the same technique as well?”

”Uh, this makes me curious and exhausted at the same time.”

As I watched the Fire Lance magic attack fly toward the target dummy, I narrowed my eyes, guarding against the blinding explosion.

Staabbb!!

Sttaabb!!

However, it wasn’t an explosion that I got, but a magic attack that got stuck in the practice target dummy.

”Oh! So that’s it... Lance stabbed the target and burned it from the inside, huh?”

”Why does it feel more like torture than a magic attack?”

”Uhm, Master Amagi, who did you learn this Fire Lance magic from?” I asked in a whisper.

Without hearing Master Amagi’s answer, there was one strong candidate responsible for that terrifying magical attack: a witch with a long history of combat experience and experience casting advanced magic.

”Well, I can guess it, though... the one who taught you the Fire Lance was Marchioness Shinano Vii Lichtberg, right?” I continued whispering as I felt Master Amagi’s cheek touching my chest.

”Did you already know, Liliana?”

”I don’t know; it’s just... the Marchioness is the only one I know who can do it. Casting advanced magic requires a lot of mana, right? Are you okay after casting that magic, Master Amagi?” I keep asked, with holding back the ticklish feeling of Master Amagi’s breath on my chest.

”I’m fine. My mana capacity is large enough to cast advanced magic a few more times.”

”Don’t be too reckless in practicing magic, Master Amagi. After all, you can also cast Fireball magic with the same effect as Fire Lance, you know...”

”Huh? R-Really?” asked Master Amagi, who looked at me with a questioning look; she even stopped stroking my chest with her soft cheek.

”Yes, for example, like this... Fireball!”

Imagining the effects of a Fire Lance attack- piercing, burning from within, and flattened like a Lance- I imagined it all in my imagination.

But with another touch, like the large number and the size as small as a sewing needle.

Swwooosshh!!

Swwooosshh!!

Swwoososhh!!

The sparks that burned the air in front of me formed a line of fiery needles, lined up like soldiers, staring at their target.

My hands swung forward as if giving an attack signal.

The rows of fire needles immediately shot towards the training target dummy and filled it, piercing through without leaving any space.

”Uhh??”

”Haaah?!! H-How did you do it, Liliana?”

”Isn’t that the Fireball spell?”

”Why did it turn into a Fire Lance attack with such a small size?!!”

It turns out that making a little girl curious feels this good.

”I don’t know...” I answered with a mischievous tease.
