Compared to the conflicting Li Dangna and Yuan Xihua, the remaining two players were not hard to communicate with.

When they learned that this issue was related to the main quest, they all rushed over.

Gu Xi met Fang Kang, whom he knew before, and a priest dressed as if he was blind.

This priest was a helper invited by the Cathedral of the Holy Light, named Ai Qingsheng.

Despite being a priest, he actually followed the path of human knights.

In fact, it’s fair to say he’s in league with Alexander.

Once all the players gathered, they tacitly refrained from discussing their gains in this world.

Everyone knew that these gains were personal, and only the Evil God Hall was a problem for all seven of them.

Seeing everyone together, Yuan Xihua immediately said, ”Guys, calling you here wasn’t my idea; it was the opinion of this Dean of the Mysterious Academy.

His idea is to raid the Evil God Hall before it descends completely.

After all, now that the Evil God’s followers’ sacrifice has been thwarted, and the hall is still descending, whether we strike now or later makes little difference.”

Yuan Xihua’s remark made Gu Xi realize that he’s really lucky to be alive with this habit of stirring trouble.

He’s almost lighting a match while fanning the flames along the way.

But Gu Xi wasn’t one to shy away from trouble. Since he had already won the Dean’s position, a little provocation was nothing to him.

He directly stood up and nodded slightly toward Fang Kang’s direction before speaking.

”To get the best rewards, we definitely can’t let the Evil God Hall land.

But we don’t have any other paths left— the altar is destroyed, sacrifices ceased, followers killed, we’ve done all we can.

The Evil God Hall is still descending, and we have no other chances.

If we attack now, we are at full strength; waiting for it to land might weaken our power.

Most importantly, if we wait, our rewards won’t be calculated the same.”

For players, the most crucial thing is indeed the word ”rewards.”

Everyone understood clearly that attacking now meant completing the main quest.

If they let the hall land, it would count as a failed main quest attempt.

The reward difference here is significant.

”Attack,” Ai Qingsheng said decisively.

Blindfolded with a black cloth, he was actually the most temperamental among the players. He hadn’t spoken much after sitting down, but his actions made it clear he disliked waiting, preferring to take initiative.

Gu Xi thought it really made sense.

Fang Kang was likely summoned from the Astrology Platform and was probably the first to arrive in this world.

So he had the chance to choose which castle to attack.

It’s unclear who was summoned next, but Ai Qingsheng choosing the High Mountain Castle indicated he was proactive, attacking right upon arrival.

As for Li Dangna reaching the sacrifice location, it’s unclear how much fortune played a role there, Gu Xi thought.

Even Li Dangna’s claim of erasing the sacrificial site with a spell seemed suspicious to Gu Xi.

It’s likely Li Dangna gained something from the sacrificial site and made such a decision to prevent anyone from discovering it.

No wonder Li Dangna was so agitated when Gu Xi proposed the attack; if the hall did land, she might lose whatever she obtained.

Gu Xi had no interest in knowing right or wrong here; his sole target was to destroy the Evil God Hall.

As for what others might have gained, he didn’t see it; hence, it didn’t belong to him, and he wasn’t greedy.

The other players felt the same; each had their gains, and some already benefited, disliking any potential downfall affecting their rewards.

Gu Xi’s proposal was precisely what they were desiring to express.

On this matter, they didn’t say much; within a few words, Gu Xi and the others settled everything.

However, the question of how to enter the Evil God Hall became a severe issue.

Flying up was out of the question.

The only path was teleportation.

Gu Xi was sure that the sphere on the ground came from the disassembled teleportation gate.

How many people can this teleportation gate send at once?

If it could only send seven or eight people, they might still prefer to wait for the hall to descend before acting.

After all, with just a few of them ascending, it wouldn’t be a battle; it would be sending themselves to death.

So the players turned their gaze to Yuan Xihua.

”Where did you find the item?”

”In the underground not far away, it was always buried there; if not for my luck, no one would’ve found it.”

Yuan Xihua boasted about his abilities.

But Li Dangna quickly added, ”You just had your puppets digging three feet into the ground.”

Upon hearing this, Yuan Xihua slammed the table and stood up.

At this moment, Alexander hurriedly stepped forward, saying, ”Alright, we don’t have much time, no more arguing, Yuan Xihua, take us to see it; we need to determine how many can be teleported next.

If less than ten can be teleported, who’s willing to enter the Evil God Hall then?”

”I definitely want to go; I have a way to bring the Undead up.”

Gu Xi was least worried about this; the Death City could open its doors anytime, anywhere, and he had two Death Incarnations, making escape sure, even if they couldn’t win.

This time, the witch Li Dangna also raised her hand, ”I can also take people inside; if you can’t, then forget it.”

”Who said we can’t, I have plenty of puppet methods, can bring as many as needed.” Yuan Xihua clearly confronted Li Dangna.

Then Fang Kang raised his hand too, indicating he also had ways to take people inside.

Seeing the situation, Gu Xi noticed Alexander and Ai Qingsheng evidently lacked this capability.

As for the strongest Elf, Su Chun, he seemed indifferent to everything, focusing solely on himself regardless of others.

This way, among the seven players, four could bring people into the Evil God Hall.

The situation became much simpler, and after some discussion, the players decided to proceed.

If a large army could be teleported, everyone would charge up; if only a few could, Gu Xi and the other three would go.

But since Gu Xi’s team made significant efforts, when the main quest was completed, the three players who didn’t go would each have to offer two blue equipment pieces for Gu Xi and his team to choose as compensation.
