Starting As a Young Eagle, I Evolve Into an Ice Beast

14: Chapter 14 Stepping into the First Level, Fire pit and kebabs?[Devoured mutated crocodile, Sub-Order Level 5, gained 6 Evolution Points.]

[Devoured Low-Grade Spirit Stone, gained 100 Evolution Points.]

This crocodile had a Low-Grade Spirit Stone inside its body.

No wonder it could evolve so quickly.

”Finally, I can advance to the next rank.”

After devouring five Low-Grade Spirit Stones, his spiritual energy was full.

He didn’t need to consume Evolution Points to advance; he could just advance first and then use those Evolution Points to raise his level.

Bai Xuan flapped his wings and flew into the air, intending to find a secret and safe place nearby to begin his evolution.

Before long, Bai Xuan found a cave entrance on a cliff with a Sub-Order Level 4 giant python inside. After casually dealing with it, he began his evolution.

...

The next day.

This evolution took a full day.

[Species]: Mutated White-Scaled Eagle.

[Level]: First Order Level 3.

[Skills]: Blood Spirit Heavy Beak [Intermediate], Blood Spirit Heavy Eagle Claw [Intermediate], Spirit Wings [Intermediate], Divine Sense Perception [Low], Sonic Vibration [Low], Berserk [Max], Spiritual Energy Coverage [Low], Killing Intent Aura [Low].

[Evolution Points]: {11/500}

Bai Xuan slowly opened his eyes. During the evolution, he had emitted a killing intent, and no living being dared to approach him.

This evolution was a qualitative leap. Now, Bai Xuan was three meters long with a wingspan of eight meters, and his appearance had also changed.

His eagle beak had transformed into a dark red color, his snow-white feathers were now streaked with light blue patterns, hard light-blue diamond-shaped scales had appeared on his legs, his Eagle Claw was dark red and sharp, and the tuft of feathers on his head had also turned light blue.

Compared to before, it was like he was a completely different eagle.

After stepping into the First Order, Bai Xuan could sense the spiritual energy of heaven and earth. A crystal core had condensed within his body, where spiritual energy formed a vortex and was stored. By circulating his blood and energy to drive the spiritual energy and covering his body with it, his attack power, defense, and speed were greatly increased.

Although the spiritual energy stored now wasn’t much, and his control over it was quite unrefined, it was just the beginning, so achieving this much was already quite good.

Bai Xuan could now be considered the first demonic beast in the mountain range to step into the First Order.

It was hard to say about other places, as Bai Xuan didn’t know, but with the dense spiritual energy here, his improvement was naturally fast.

Bai Xuan walked out of the cave, spread his wings, and flew into the air, heading towards the previous river; there should still be many powerful mutated creatures there.

...

Bai Xuan arrived above the river. Relying on Divine Sense Perception, he accurately located the mutated creatures in the river and dove into the water like an arrow, hunting and devouring his prey.

Every half hour, he would burst out of the water to catch his breath before diving back in.

Although most were just Sub-Order Level 1 mutated creatures, they added up, and his energy points were skyrocketing.

Seeing this, the mutated creatures were terrified and fled desperately to other waters, but Bai Xuan pursued them relentlessly, like a hungry wolf slaughtering into a flock of sheep, devouring everything voraciously.

[Devoured mutated crucian carp, Sub-Order Level 1, gained 2 Evolution Points.]

[Devoured mutated river shrimp, Sub-Order Level 1, gained 1 Evolution Point.]

[Devoured mutated river crab, Sub-Order Level 1, gained 1 Evolution Point.]

...

An hour later, Bai Xuan had devoured mutated creatures along two hundred meters of the river. His stomach was like a bottomless pit; no matter how much he ate, he couldn’t get full.

Devour Heaven and Earth, as the name suggests, allows him to consume vast amounts of food.

As long as there is enough flesh and blood, Bai Xuan could devour an entire mountain’s worth.

As his level increases, the amount of flesh and blood he can consume will become more and more.

”That’s enough for today.” Bai Xuan burst out of the water, shook the water droplets off his wings, and flew into the air. His feathers had excellent waterproof properties, so he didn’t need to worry about his wings getting soaked and being unable to fly.

In total, he had gained 300 Evolution Points.

Later, the mutated creatures became scarcer. Bai Xuan mainly ate mutated creatures and only resorted to eating ordinary creatures when the mutated ones became too few.

After all, wasting time on ordinary creatures would mean the mutated creatures would have long since run away, which wouldn’t be worth the loss.

...

By the time Bai Xuan returned to the central area, it was already night.

”You really are a smart guy, to even think of a way to eat like this.”

”I learned all this from my two human friends.”

”Humans? What are those things?”

”They are similar to apes, just without as much fur, and they are especially smart and powerful.”

”How strong?”

”They could kill you in seconds.”

”I don’t believe it.”

”Believe it or not, whatever.”

”What else have you learned? Tell me about it.”

Tiger and Little Black sat by the campfire, roasting antelope meat, chatting and laughing.

In less than half a day, they were already able to chat openly.

Tiger admired Little Black’s extensive knowledge and clever mind.

He could even make roasted meat for him to eat, and Little Black used a lighter to start the fire.

It naturally came from the Forest Ranger, along with many other things.

Little Black was very smart; he learned how to use many tools after just a few glances.

Bai Xuan landed on the ground. When Tiger and Little Black saw Bai Xuan, they acted as if facing a great enemy, their eyes filled with vigilance and fear.

They could sense the power and terror of this white eagle.

”Who are you? What are you doing here?” Although scared, Tiger still asked.

”It’s me, your Brother Bai.” Bai Xuan had changed a lot, so it was normal that Tiger and Little Black didn’t recognize him.

Hearing this, Tiger and Little Black relaxed a bit: ”Are you really Brother Bai?”

”I am the genuine article. Besides, who else can talk to you other than me?”

Bai Xuan walked to the campfire and looked at the roasted meat skewered on branches. He used his Eagle Claw to grab the end of the branch, slid the meat off to chew a few times, and swallowed it: ”The taste isn’t bad.”

Since his rebirth, Bai Xuan had only eaten raw flesh and blood, living like a savage. Eating cooked food again made him feel a bit nostalgic.

Bai Xuan could swallow this bit of roasted meat in one gulp, but that way he wouldn’t be able to taste it, so he chewed it a few more times to savor the flavor.

At the same time, because the antelope had been dead for a while, he couldn’t gain any Evolution Points, which surprised Bai Xuan a little.

It seems he could only gain Evolution Points by eating fresh food.

”Brother Bai, you... you evolved again?” Tiger stepped forward and asked in shock.

How long had he been gone? He had already evolved, and the changes were so significant.

Little Black followed close behind. Looking at the massive body of Bai Xuan in front of him, he felt shocked and couldn’t help but exclaim: ”Little Bai, you are truly strong.”

Even though he had already witnessed Bai Xuan’s growth speed, this time Little Black felt unbelievable again; that aura was simply too terrifying.

It was like a great mountain pressing down on the two of them, making it hard for them to breathe.

They even lost the will to resist for a moment.
