Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 595: Chapter 427: Three Dragapult (Part 2)

So Furong also has the right to capture Dragapult, and even her contribution is slightly greater, with higher priority.

She nonchalantly said, ”Of course, it depends on whether you want to capture it or not. Don’t you want to?”

”I do.”

Baimu replied straightforwardly.

”Then it’s settled. It’s only natural for a trainer to capture the Pokémon they want. Train it well, and have it have a fiery battle with me in the future!”

Furong energetically patted his shoulder.

Bonnie, standing nearby, felt reassured. Although her colleague lacked common sense and loved to stir trouble, she never neglected the path of nurturing trainers.

A significant part of the Four Heavenly Kings’ existence is to cultivate talented novice trainers.

Whether it’s accepting challenges from trainers or providing guidance, these are their obligations.

Inside the room.

The Luxury Ball barely shook twice before the red light at the switch disappeared. Star effects sparkled around it, signifying a successful capture.

Not far away, Dreepy, who had launched the sneak attack, was clutching its head, baring its teeth. Undoubtedly, it was the one responsible for Dragapult’s inability to dodge that sneak attack.

Fortunately, the pain came and went quickly. It watched as the waves pushed the Luxury Ball away and hurriedly flew over to cradle it in its arms, then turned around and flew out the door, stopping in front of Dusknoir’s palm, anxiously fluttering left and right, screeching, ”Hee-ya! Hee-ya!”

Dusknoir remained silent, quietly opening its palm to reveal Brother Dragapult curled up inside, shivering.

”Hee-ya!”

Dreepy let out a sigh of relief, and after setting down the Luxury Ball, it gave Brother Dragapult’s forehead a resounding smack, looking fiercely angry.

It was well aware that its brother willingly allowed itself to be launched by Dragapult. As social Pokémon, they mostly stay with their evolved forms or final evolutions. Only a few, like it and its brother, ”live alone.”

For them, residing in Dragapult’s launch tube holds a natural allure; this is a special instinct determined by their genes.

”Boohoohoo...”

Brother Dragapult cried out in a wail worse than a ghost, not daring to resist at all.

Dusknoir silently nudged the Luxury Ball out with its finger and handed it to Baimu, who was closing the door while talking with Bonnie and Furong.

”Ah, thank you.”

Baimu expressed his gratitude and once again looked toward Furong, who suggested they stay to continue exploring the Ghost Hotel.

Honestly.

If it wasn’t past three in the morning and with Dragapult, the lead, successfully captured, he would have been more than willing to keep causing a stir with her in this realm of the dead.

Bonnie also said, ”Don’t forget that there’s still a bunch of Ghost-type Pokémon left in the park. If they start causing a ruckus, it’ll be quite the trouble.”

”Alright, alright.”

Furong, who was enthusiastic earlier, raised both hands in surrender, glancing nostalgically at the dilapidated corridor of the Ghost Hotel... It would probably be hard to return here legitimately once they left.

For now.

They all headed home.

After scolding its brother, Dreepy returned to Baimu’s head, and of course, so did its brother. The two Dreepies crowded in one spot, lacking enough space.

But they didn’t seem to mind, stacking up like a totem pole.

Furong saw this and her eyes lit up, insisting on taking a commemorative photo, suddenly pulling out a phone from who knows where, and insisting on holding Corsola too.

Who would have thought Corsola would disdainfully hide in the bag.

It felt this person would be quite a hassle.

Despite her failed idea, Furong wasn’t disappointed, joyfully draping an arm around Baimu’s shoulder, managing to snap a group photo in such a ghostly place of Spirit Realm—

And naturally ended up with a spooky photo and an unfortunate Ghost-type Pokémon caught by Dusknoir, which promptly stuffed it into its belly.

”What was the point of all that...”

Baimu thought it had hidden quite well; why did it suddenly show up?

Are photos really that attractive?

——

Returning to Room 1608.

The three of them, along with a bunch of Pokémon, looked at the bathtub.

The bathtub extended four long, black hands and crawled aside in a creepy manner, revealing a pitch-black gap.

”Don’t come again!”

The Death God Coffin bellowed angrily, its voice amplifying beside Baimu’s ear, ”Especially you! How the hell did you get in here, you little punk?”

Normally, access to the Spirit Realm is through the entrance under its butt, but it suddenly realized this little ghost didn’t seem to have crawled out from under its butt just now!

This is quite peculiar.

”Uh...”

Baimu scratched his head, thinking that he was just as confused. He had merely transcribed the ancient inscriptions, as normal inscriptions don’t have the power to let people enter the Spirit Realm.

He was about to say something else when the Death God Coffin shoved him through a gap with its hand.

His feet suddenly felt light.

When he landed again, the bathroom of the new hotel appeared before him.

Furong and Bonnie had already gone out, and the sounds of cheers from the manager and Miss Jun Sha could be heard from outside. He looked up and saw a pitch-black crack in the space above.

Baimu couldn’t help but reach his hand out, but touched something hard when he tried to reach into it.

It’s blocked...

Not daring to disturb the Death God Coffin’s slumber any further, he left the bathroom.

Outside, Bonnie and Miss Jun Sha were talking about something, while Furong was nowhere to be seen—she probably went to dispel those Ghost-type Pokémon.

The manager, standing by the side, immediately came over when he saw Baimu, and said excitedly, ”Young man, you really scared me! I couldn’t contact you suddenly! And you just happened to be staying in this room...”

”Sorry, did you find the Stone Tablet?”

He nodded and asked.

The manager replied, ”The logistics team told me that the Stone Tablet got accidentally broken during the move and has been disposed of.”

”Broken??”

Baimu couldn’t believe that such a miraculous item, capable of opening the gates to the Spirit Realm, could be casually broken.

He went to the place where he had dropped his notebook. The ancient inscriptions on it were still shrouded in a thin layer of light. When he picked it up and carefully observed it for a few seconds, the thin light suddenly dimmed.

Huh?

He was momentarily stunned. When he quickly ran back to the bathroom, he found that the dark crack above had disappeared.

According to Furong, the entrance to the Spirit Realm was stimulated by the special magnetic field generated by a gathering of many Ghost-type Pokémon. Could the ancient inscriptions have also been influenced by this special magnetic field?

”Words that take effect under special circumstances...”

Baimu recalled the Stone Tablet of Unknown Totems that created a fake Entei in the movie, thinking that these ancient inscriptions could have many uses in animation.

He hadn’t thought of it before, but knowing ancient language memory is simply fantastic!

Afterward.

On the manager’s suggestion, he changed rooms, with Furong and Bonnie also leaving with Miss Jun Sha. They still needed to properly explain the incident with Room 1608.

For this group of League workers, having such a big problem means they have to clean up after themselves... At the very least, they have to hand over how to clean up to the local police or management department to prevent any future incidents.

Regarding the Stone Tablet and ancient inscriptions.

Baimu initially intended to report alongside them, but Bonnie refused. She urged him to take Dragapult and Brother Dragapult to the Pokémon Center.

He had no choice but to relay the situation to Bonnie, who would then inform Miss Jun Sha.

After running around until about four o’clock.

He finally had some free time and made food for the two Dreepy, whose stomachs were growling in their dreams, allowing him to lie down on the bed for a nap.

The two Dreepy dove into the food bowl like starving demons and didn’t lift their heads once until they finished eating, then lay on their backs, burping like bloated frogs.

After digesting the food for a while.

The two Dreepy, starting to feel drowsy again, flew to Baimu’s side and fell asleep next to him, who had already dozed off.

Nothing more was said that night.

Around noon the next day.

Baimu finally woke up, and as he opened his eyes, he didn’t see Hydreigon’s big head but instead found Dreepy sprawled out on his face asleep.

After removing it from his face, he turned his head to see the other one dozing away on Corsola’s head.

”Can’t believe I almost slept until the afternoon...”

He felt a little guilty, as ever since he arrived here, he had rarely experienced saying goodbye to the morning.

The ones at home were surely starving.

Baimu hurriedly let all the Pokémon out to apologize and make amends.

Led by Aggron, the Pokémon naturally forgave him, as they knew what had happened yesterday. They had all discussed it before preparing to enter the Spirit Realm.

Soon after.

The room became lively.

The two Dreepy also slowly awoke amidst the bustle.
