Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 552: Chapter 409: Cyberspace

In the pitch-black space.

Countless turquoise light beams of varying thickness crisscrossed, continuously connecting and shining, like a meticulously woven marvelous web.

Any contact with one of them would conjure massive information in one’s mind, and following these small channels could lead one to see virtual rings ahead.

The turquoise light beam would vanish upon entering the ring.

This is the concrete space of the information network, where Rocket Team once intercepted Pokeballs transmitted by other trainers, causing the target locations to be unable to receive the Pokeballs sent by trainers, which attracted Ash Ketchum and his party’s investigation.

The two groups used Porygon Zeroth Machine and Porygon First Machine to engage in a battle, only to be caught off guard by the concrete representation of antivirus software’s transforming fighter jets, fleeing in chaos.

Almost trapped here without a means of exit.

But for Porygon, the information network space is merely a place to come and go as it pleases.

Now its main intention here is to seek out the Aerial Rotom that pestered the trainer during the day, then find a way to teach this guy a lesson.

Of course.

Porygon also knows that it’s wrong to attack others casually; fighting and serious battles are not the same, but it can’t extinguish the anger in its heart.

What’s wrong with itself?

Annoyance lingered, yet it hadn’t given up on the idea of roughing up Rotom.

At this time, shouldn’t the other party have separated from the drone?

... Hard to say.

Given Rotom’s special nature, Porygon couldn’t be sure Rotom was deep in the information network space at this moment; it might be hiding in some electrical appliance.

But to break its word is not in its personality, so it decided to first locate where Rotom likes to stay, and after tomorrow’s Gym Battle, come back to take down that annoying creature.

However, the information space is so vast that Porygon has searched for over half an hour and hasn’t seen even a Ghost shadow.

Clearly, tracing any Rotom should have led somewhere.

How frustrating!

Porygon swung its blocky legs in place with annoyance, deciding to return the way it came to get some sleep. Despite its frustration, it knew the importance of prioritizing.

Tomorrow is its first Gym Battle participation, it can’t waste too much energy.

Must perform well!

Porygon silently encouraged itself, only to turn around and find a stranger Porygon standing unexpectedly behind it, with no idea when it appeared.

”Poly!?”

It was startled, but seeing the other had no ill intentions and was just silently staring made it relax.

Are there actually other Porygon in Mauville City’s network space? Didn’t remember that high-foreheaded old Whitebeard saying Porygon wasn’t good, eventually opting for Rotom?

Porygon decided to ask the source of this guy, so it raised its right block leg friendly, ”Poly, Poly!”

”...”

The unknown Porygon stared ”blankly” at it, remaining mute.

This made it a bit awkward.

”Poly?”

”...”

”Poly!”

Porygon furrowed its brow and bumped forward, only to pass directly through the unknown Porygon, its heart jolting as it swiftly turned back.

Once again meeting the unknown Porygon’s gaze.

This fellow!!

”Poly!” Porygon’s body color changed, the blue parts swiftly converted into bright yellow, a thick current flying towards the unknown Porygon.

Thunder—

Thunder emitted a harsh roar.

But undoubtedly, the current passed through the opponent’s body again, landing on a thin turquoise light beam.

Bang!

After flashing, the light beam quickly dimmed.

Ah, disrupted the network.

Porygon’s heart raced, but it had no time to care much; this phantom-like unknown Porygon gave it the creeps, merely a phantom that couldn’t be hit or touched?

But where did a virtual phantom come from in the network space, especially when this fellow’s gaze was tightly locked on it!

”Poly!”

Porygon’s body color changed again, shifting from Electric Attribute to Ghost Attribute, actively summoning a dark shadow ball swirling towards the phantom Porygon.

Still missed.

Electric Attribute didn’t work, Ghost Attribute also failed?

What is going on with this guy?

It cautiously kept a watchful eye on the motionless, speechless stranger Porygon, considering that retreating was the wisest strategy; trainers might have an idea about something it couldn’t decipher!

Porygon decisively chose to withdraw, its figure flickering suddenly, disappearing from the original spot.

The very next moment.

It appeared far away, surveying its surroundings warily, relaxing slightly upon confirming the other party remained, staring blankly.

If it had kept up, it truly wouldn’t have had a way out.

Hurry away.

Porygon ran towards the way it came, had it had fur, its hairs would likely have been standing on end by now.

To ensure that odd creature didn’t follow, Porygon frequently glanced back, until it completely vanished from sight while the exit was imminent, finally relaxing—

Not right.

Porygon suddenly stopped.

It realized if a trainer encountered such an odd situation, they certainly wouldn’t casually expose their dwelling; to shake off an enemy they’d definitely think of other ways.

With that in mind.

Porygon adjusted its course, bypassing the ring it initially intended to go through, rushing into another ring.

What it didn’t notice was, after diving into the ring, a bizarre figure emerged from the distant light band, a silhouette sharing some resemblance with it, having a red-blue color scheme, shaped like a hummingbird yet resembling some peculiar rounded doll.
