Caught in Affairs with Superstar

Chapter 1304: Chapter 691: Wen Bing in Love with Lucia (3)

Lucia shook her head and said, ”My friends and I really liked this movie, and when it was released in our country, we all went to see it.”

It turns out ”Life” was released in Denmark.

Zhou Yun didn’t know this.

Lucia said, ”I couldn’t have imagined that a year later, I’d be filming with the director and leading actress of this movie. It’s so exciting.”

Lucia’s eyes were sparkling with excitement.

Zhou Yun could sense that Lucia was genuinely excited.

Zhou Yun suddenly thought, was Lucia in front of Wen Bing initially also in such a fan-like, admiring stance?

Because she realized that her attitude towards Lucia had completely lost the initial resistance she felt hearing Wen Bing’s description.

Ah, the weaknesses of human nature.

Zhou Yun felt ashamed for switching sides so easily, but, shame aside, this is how her heart works, and she really can’t be stone-hearted.

Lucia Banks is like a delicious cake placed in front of you, and while you say ”I’m dieting, I won’t eat,” you are actually already feeling tempted and moved. Your eyes keep glancing at this delicious cake, and during this process, your willpower gradually crumbles.

”Miss Zhou—”

”You can call me Xiao Yun.” Zhou Yun pronounced ”Xiao Yun” with a Chinese accent, ”My friends call me that.”

Lucia Banks immediately smiled and called out ”Xiao Yun.”

She curiously asked, ”Xiao Yun, are you single now?”

Zhou Yun showed a slightly surprised expression and said, ”No, I have a boyfriend.”

Lucia Banks curiously blinked and said, ”What kind of person is he?”

Zhou Yun said, ”He’s an actor like me. What about you, Lucia?”

Lucia displayed a shy smile and said, ”I don’t have one yet.”

Zhou Yun saw a longing for love on Lucia’s face.

She asked, ”What kind of man do you like?”

Lucia said, ”Someone talented.”

Zhou Yun was somewhat surprised to hear Lucia’s answer.

Mainly because Lucia is so young, and girls this age usually don’t prefer the ”talented” type.

Lucia asked, ”Xiao Yun, what about you?”

Zhou Yun said, ”I don’t have a particular type of man that I like. I usually just know when I meet someone.”

”I don’t quite understand.” Lucia blinked, her face showing an innocent expression, ”Isn’t it supposed to be very certain what kind of person someone likes?”

Zhou Yun said, ”But people’s preferences can change.”

Lucia seemed to be lost in thought.

She suddenly smiled innocently and said, ”Xiao Yun, Director Wen Bing told me he likes me. Do you think I should accept him?”

Zhou Yun didn’t expect Wen Bing to move so quickly.

”Do you like him?” Zhou Yun asked.

Lucia seriously rested her chin and thought for a while, saying, ”I think he is a very gentle man.”

”Do you like gentle men?” Zhou Yun asked.

Lucia gently bit her lip, as if she was a bit embarrassed, and said, ”Yes.”

Zhou Yun understood Lucia’s feelings.

It seems that Wen Bing was indeed right; Lucia did like him.

For a young actress just starting out, a famous director like Wen Bing undoubtedly holds immense charm. Lucia clearly appears as an unworldly young girl who still has an air of innocence even after a few years in the industry. Zhou Yun knows that this quality in herself has long faded. For an ordinary person, it’s a good thing because it signifies growth, but for an actor, especially a young one, it may not be so beneficial since it means you’re no longer a blank slate.

Directors, especially male actors, most love actresses who are in a blank-slate state or resemble the goddess image in their minds. The former can complete their imaginative projections, while the latter is their spiritual core.

An expresser’s content should either relate to ideals or to those they love.

After finishing coffee with Lucia, Zhou Yun bid her goodbye and went back to her room.

Tomorrow filming will resume for scenes in Gambian.

Zhou Yun needs to prepare.

She didn’t expect that with filming starting tomorrow, Wen Bing would still have the energy to have dinner with Lucia tonight.

It was only when Zhou Yun received the shooting notice the next day that she understood why Wen Bing wasn’t in a rush.

Today they were shooting dialogue scenes, and it was just a relatively unimportant transition scene.
