Reborn As Super Heiress

Chapter 1077: Chapter 1073: I’ll Electrocute You to Death!

A few big men seemed to be in a dream, none of them could have anticipated that the two robbers would be subdued in such a bizarre manner, as if possessed, fainting inexplicably, yet at such an opportune moment.

Huo Sining’s lips curled into a smug smile as she stashed away the two military electric batons she held in her hands.

Her storage ring didn’t contain much else, but she certainly had quite a few self-defense items, from pepper spray to itching powder to military electric batons, all prepared for her by Gu Xu and Yan Feng. Because Huo Sining was unfamiliar with the environment before coming to Dongyang, and worried about unexpected situations, she carried quite a few things on her for self-defense before departure, and unexpectedly, they truly came in handy.

Huo Sining exited the restroom using her invisibility state. With the business class cabin empty, she easily and quietly sneaked behind the two robbers without them noticing, and they fell into the trap.

Even with the robbers’ strong physiques, they couldn’t withstand the strikes from the electric batons and were convulsing on the floor within seconds.

Electric batons are one of the commonly used tools by the army, an effective weapon against enemies, but they are regulated items rarely available to civilians. The electric batons Huo Sining had were acquired discreetly by Gu Xu for her.

This tool uses a high-voltage generator and a battery, capable of producing strong electric shocks exceeding 40,000 volts, causing intense electric shock sensation, full-body numbness, and complete loss of strength, instantly incapacitating the evildoer.

Of course, a typical ******** doesn’t cause any harm to the human body, but the military baton Gu Xu gave Huo Sining is a high-voltage electric baton. If used for a long duration, it could potentially injure or even kill someone.

Therefore Huo Sining didn’t dare use too much force on these robbers, casually aiming the baton at their waists and lightly pressing the switch. Sure enough, the two men instantly collapsed to the ground, fainting immediately.

The result was naturally very satisfying for Huo Sining. After committing the act, one must quietly leave the scene. She quickly slipped away, and sure enough, Zhou Zeping, observing the situation, immediately gathered people to begin tying up the two robbers.

The issue with the two robbers was satisfactorily resolved, but there was still a criminal in the cockpit. Earlier, there seemed to be sounds of struggle in the cockpit, but now there was no movement inside.

Additionally, Huo Sining and others clearly felt the plane veering off course. From the visible screen on the seats, it was clear the plane was heading towards the Philippines, and the destination was clearly not Huaxia anymore.

Over there, the flight attendant called Sister Zhao, having just escaped the threat from the robbers and composed herself, shouted, ”There’s still a robber in the cockpit, and he’s already taken control of the flight! We need to get in and subdue him!”

”But how do we get in?”

Then Sister Zhao turned and took a key from a nearby safety box, saying, ”There’s a spare key outside, but I don’t know if the cabin door is locked from the inside. If it is, there’s no way to open it!”

As she spoke, Sister Zhao inserted the key into the keyhole and tried twisting the lock, but as she expected, the door didn’t budge, clearly indicating the robber had anticipated this and locked the door from inside.

”Damn it!”

The safety officer, who had been knocked unconscious, slowly regained consciousness after Huo Sining secretly infused some Spiritual Energy into him, and seeing Sister Zhao unable to open the door with the key, he immediately became anxious.

They absolutely could not allow the criminal to control the cockpit; otherwise, everyone on the plane would be doomed.

”Find tools, we must break down the door! Otherwise, if the criminal controls the flight path, all our lives will be in danger!” the safety officer decisively shouted.

Sister Zhao looked at the electronic screen showing the plane completely off course, her face pale: ”But that person has already controlled the plane!”

”So what? As long as the plane hasn’t landed, there’s still a chance. We absolutely cannot sit and wait!” The safety officer was anxious and struggled to sit up.

Zhou Zeping and several other big men realized that in this situation, it was impossible to not work together; everyone’s life was on the line, and they could only rely on themselves for rescue.

However, planes prohibit carrying many items, and in this critical moment, there were very few useful tools available. If only they had an axe for chopping wood, they could have directly broken the door open with one strike. But do they have an axe in hand? No, so a group of big men could only attempt to break the cabin door down with brute force.

But even if these people were tall and strong, in front of several layers of alloy-made cabin doors, they were just like mantises trying futilely to stop a carriage.

After dozens of attempts, the cabin door didn’t budge, and everyone collectively lost hope; the door was impossible to break open.

The safety officer attempted to contact the cockpit to negotiate with the criminal, but upon picking up the communicator, he realized the cabin’s communication equipment had been cut off from the cockpit.

At this point, everyone felt a thunderous blow, experiencing an unprecedented sense of despair.

Originally, Huo Sining thought that if they could contact the cockpit’s pilot, they might be able to exploit the robber’s laxness to offer assistance. But now with communication links severed, unless they opened the cabin door, they had no chance for defense, left utterly vulnerable.

Huo Sining had experienced death once, but precisely because she’d tasted the pain of death, she cherished her life even more. Now that she lacked no family, love, or friends, she wanted to fight hard to stay alive.

Huo Sining didn’t know what these robbers intended, but she subconsciously thought of the globally shocking 9/11 incident. These heinous criminals could do anything. Observing the current situation, Huo Sining had no doubt these insane terrorists might force the pilot to crash the plane full of passengers into a building.

Over there, Sister Zhao took out her cell phone and frantically powered it up, disregarding high-altitude signal interference, desperately attempting to contact the ground. But by now, the plane had climbed to ten thousand meters altitude, and with increasingly remote geographical location, there was no signal on her phone whatsoever.

The safety officer forced a smile to comfort everyone: ”There must be other solutions. The top priority now is to open this door.”

Saying that, the safety officer looked at the flight attendant: ”Let us think again, see if there’s any other way to open the door.”

The flight attendant’s face was bloodless, eyes full of despair: ”The door is locked from inside. Unless we break the lock, but none of us here know how to unlock it. This door won’t be opened!”

Zhou Zeping and others didn’t say a word, but Huo Sining, who had been observing the situation, upon hearing the flight attendant’s words, suddenly had a flash of inspiration.
