Reborn As Super Heiress

Chapter 1074: Chapter 1070: Western Medicine vs. Traditional Chinese Medicine

The security officer was gravely injured, continuously bleeding, and those flight attendants were amateurs, afraid that any mishandling might worsen the officer’s injuries, so they didn’t dare to easily move his body.

Now seeing Huo Sining recklessly trying to move the injured person, their expressions changed immediately, and their eyes were filled with anger when they looked at Huo Sining.

Jiang Hua also looked grim, glaring fiercely at Huo Sining, his eyes full of fury.

Huo Sining wasn’t annoyed, merely lifted her head to glance at Jiang Hua, and slowly asked, ”May I have a look at this person’s injuries?”

Jiang Hua was displeased in his heart. He admitted this young lady had an attractive appearance with delicate features, giving an astonishing impression, but that didn’t mean she could easily meddle and comment in his area of expertise.

Moreover, in Jiang Hua’s mind, he already concluded this girl was just an intern who learned a little and, seeing her easily trying to move the severely injured patient without permission, he judged her to be unskilled, just a thoughtless student.

Therefore, Jiang Hua was utterly disdainful of Huo Sining, directly pushing her aside: ”This patient’s injuries are severe, concerning life and death, it’s not a joke. You just stand aside and watch, no need to cause trouble here.”

Huo Sining laughed upon hearing this: ”Dr. Jiang, haven’t you already looked? Before you decide whether or not to use external wound stitching, can I at least take a look? Maybe after I see, I might have a better method?”

Upon hearing this, Jiang Hua felt furious, thinking the young lady before him was too ungrateful. When the flight attendant let her in, he could have stopped her, but considering she’s an intern needing experience, he didn’t refuse her on-site observation.

Little did he know this young lady was not only ungrateful but also directly provocative, which Jiang Hua found intolerable.

Originally, Huo Sining’s words were not meant to be provocative, merely expressing her true thoughts, but to Jiang Hua, it conveyed a completely different meaning.

Jiang Hua thought Huo Sining, having learned some medical skills, arrogantly believed herself superior and wanted to overshadow him.

This made Jiang Hua feel his authority was challenged and disrespected, and he laughed in anger: ”Which school are you from? What major? Who’s your teacher? Didn’t your teacher teach you the principle of respecting your seniors?”

Huo Sining shrugged: ”Does it matter which major I’m in or who my teacher is? My teacher only taught me that among any three people, one can be my teacher, specializations have their own excellence, and the capable should have their place. Dr. Jiang, you study Western medicine and clinical medicine, naturally making achievements in that field. But I study Chinese medicine, and for issues Western medicine can’t handle, it’s not necessarily unsolvable by Chinese medicine!”

Hearing that Huo Sining was studying Chinese medicine, Jiang Hua felt absurd, looking at her as if she were a lunatic:

”Chinese people often describe women as ’long hair, short knowledge,’ which indeed fits. Young lady, if you studied Western medicine, I might believe you might have some good methods, but Chinese medicine, are you joking? Chinese medicine is a thousand-year fraud, if it could really heal the officer’s injuries, it wouldn’t have declined so much! I advise you to save your energy, don’t hinder my treatment, please leave now!”

Huo Sining’s face still carried a smile, but a cold light gradually appeared in her eyes:

”Dr. Jiang, you’re of Huaxia descent, why do you look down on Chinese medicine so much? The way of Chinese medicine is broad and profound, even if you admire Western medicine, there’s no need to disparage Chinese medicine like this?”

Jiang Hua laughed: ”Am I disparaging Chinese medicine? Look around, how many people genuinely trust Chinese medicine for treatment? This fraud has tricked the Huaxia people for hundreds of years, but it finally can’t sustain any longer!”

”Haha, Dr. Jiang, don’t you find yourself ridiculous? You study clinical Western medicine, this wound stitching surgery, was just a leftover trick of Hua Tuo thousands of years ago, even the anesthetics you use for stitching were invented by Hua Tuo, now you enjoy the benefits of ancestors but defame Chinese medicine like this, don’t you feel like it’s forgetting your roots?”

Huo Sining no longer looked at Jiang Hua, turned around, directly took out a porcelain bottle from her clothes pocket, and poured a black pill from it. She squatted down, pinched the security officer’s jaw, and directly fed the black pill into his mouth, lifting his head to make him swallow it.

”What are you doing? This is utter nonsense, what did you feed him?!”

Seeing Huo Sining’s action, Jiang Hua became furious and grabbed Huo Sining, trying to retrieve the pill from the security officer’s mouth.

Huo Sining frowned: ”Dr. Jiang, don’t you not believe in Chinese medicine? Since so, let me prove it to you.”

”Who allowed you to arbitrarily feed him medicine, what did you give him, are you trying to kill him, don’t you know?!”

Jiang Hua’s eyes were icy, wishing to slap her the next moment.

Huo Sining laughed: ”In your opinion it’s nonsense, in my opinion it’s racing against time, do you know there’s a technique in Chinese medicine called Qigong Massage Technique?”

With a smile, Huo Sining squatted down in front of Jiang Hua, directly felt the injured officer’s waist and abdomen, Spiritual Energy gathered at her fingertips, pointed at several acupuncture points on the abdomen, and within a few seconds, even before Jiang Hua could react, she had already withdrawn her hand.

Jiang Hua was about to scold her again, but before he could speak, a flight attendant on the side noticed the abnormality and exclaimed: ”Oh, the bleeding stopped! The bleeding stopped!”

Hearing the flight attendant say this, the other flight attendants quickly leaned over, and all showed surprised smiles: ”It really stopped!”

Jiang Hua stood by, hearing the flight attendants’ cheerful voices, was stunned and unbelievingly looked at the injured officer’s waist and abdomen.

The flight attendants weren’t wrong, the three-inch long wound, previously oozing blood, in just a blink of an eye, stopped bleeding. Clearly, Huo Sining’s seemingly simple moves actually helped the officer stop bleeding.

”You...” Jiang Hua, shocked, raised his head to look at Huo Sining, filled with doubt and amazement, not understanding what was going on.

But Huo Sining no longer looked at Jiang Hua, she just took out another bottle of medicinal powder from her pocket, applied it to the officer’s waist and abdomen, and under the cover of the powder, secretly infused Spiritual Energy to cautiously heal the injured officer’s internal organs, then said to the dazed flight attendant: ”Bandages!”
