Reborn As Super Heiress

Chapter 1075: Chapter 1071: Accomplices!

The flight attendant was stunned for a second before reacting, immediately retrieving bandages from the nearby emergency kit.

Huo Sining took the bandages and wrapped them around the security officer’s waist several times until the wound was fully bandaged. She then stood up and signaled to the flight attendants, saying:

”Don’t worry, he’s fine now. Move him to a seat and let him lie down to rest. He should wake up soon. Although he lost a lot of blood, it should be manageable for an adult and not a major issue. After the plane lands safely, he just needs some good rest.”

Knowing that the injured person had been treated, the flight attendants felt some joy. Yet, when they heard Huo Sining say to wait until the plane landed safely, they couldn’t help but show expressions of fear and confusion, instinctively glancing at the closed cockpit door. Even Huo Sining didn’t know what was going to happen this time.

The flight attendants carefully moved the injured person to an empty business class seat and reclined it to a lying position to ensure the security officer could lie down without pressing on the wound.

Jiang Hua was entirely ignored by Huo Sining and others. Huo Sining fed the pill and applied the acupoint and medicine skillfully. Jiang Hua, being a doctor, could see that the security officer’s wound did improve after Huo Sining’s treatment, without any of the alarming conditions he feared.

This left Jiang Hua shocked and astonished. He didn’t know whether this intern stumbled upon something or if she indeed had skills. What about the pills and powder she used? And what kind of treatment did she apply to the officer’s waist?

”Why did the bleeding stop when you pressed his waist a few times? What’s the principle behind this? What did you just feed him? What’s in that powdered medicine? I saw you still have some, let me see!”

Jiang Hua was surprised by Huo Sining’s technique, but he continued to see her as a mere intern. As a future Xiehe Hospital attending physician with a doctorate, he considered her methods unworthy of a serious platform, so he looked at her with arrogance, even trying to have her hand over the pills and powder for inspection.

Huo Sining didn’t heed him and smiled, ”Didn’t Dr. Jiang say Chinese medicine is a scam? What I just used are techniques from Chinese medicine—Acupoint Technique and Qigong Massage. Even if Dr. Jiang hasn’t studied them, you must have seen them on martial arts TV shows. Acupoint in Chinese medicine isn’t something novel, right?”

Saying so, Huo Sining took out two porcelain bottles from her pocket, flashed them in front of Jiang Hua, and continued:

”As for these two bottles of medicines, they are refined using the Chinese medical pharmacology that Dr. Jiang despises most, both are special medicines. One is Special Efficacy Heart-Saving Pills and the other is Advanced Traumatic Injury Powder, purely made-in-China!”

Huo Sining’s face bore a slight smile with a heavy sense of sarcasm between her brows.

Jiang Hua felt hot all over, as Huo Sining’s piercing gaze seemed to expose how much he belittled Chinese medicine previously, making him feel utterly embarrassed. Especially as the flight attendants around also gave him peculiar looks, he felt at a loss, like being publicly slapped in the face by Huo Sining, wishing he could hide in a hole.

In truth, Huo Sining wasn’t lying. The two bottles of medicine she had were all produced by Yan Feng, purely refined by Chinese medicine, intended for Huo Sining to bring as a precaution. But in three months in Dongyang, she never used them. Surprisingly, she used them on the flight back home.

With the pills and powder at hand, even without using Spiritual Energy, she could heal the injured officer. That’s why when she heard the flight attendant in the economy class shout if there were any doctors onboard, she immediately stood up and followed.

The pills and powders were very effective for treating both external and internal injuries. Originally, Huo Sining hadn’t planned on using Spiritual Energy, but because the security officer’s waist was bleeding non-stop, if she applied the powder, it might quickly be washed away by the blood. So, to stop the bleeding as quickly as possible, Huo Sining had to use Spiritual Energy as an aid, stopping the bleeding first.

Nevertheless, her move was very effective against Jiang Hua and those flight attendants who doubted her motives. Because the bleeding stopped quickly, the attendants no longer questioned her, even trusting her to treat the security officer’s external injuries; otherwise, she might still be in a stand-off with Jiang Hua.

Jiang Hua felt slapped by Huo Sining’s retaliation and realized staying would be self-defeating, so he slipped away when the flight attendants weren’t watching. Before leaving, he gave Huo Sining a deep look, eyes full of concealed anger and resentment.

Huo Sining, however, didn’t care, her deep gaze fixed on the tightly closed cockpit door, contemplating how to use her skills to deal with the hijackers.

At that moment, the security officer lying on the seat slowly woke up, his eyes gradually opening, first appearing confused, then gradually regaining consciousness, his expression changing instantly.

”Xiao Liu, you’re awake. Are you in pain? Do you feel discomfort anywhere else?”

The security officer shook his head and eagerly tried to get up: ”Sister Zhao, I’m okay. The hijacker...”

The first thought upon waking was of the hijacker, but he hadn’t finished when they heard the sounds of fighting from the cockpit.

Huo Sining felt her heart tighten, and the flight attendants’ faces changed instantly.

The security officer’s eyes turned red, clutching the flight attendant and shouting, ”Sister Zhao, quick, open the door!”

The grabbed flight attendant nodded immediately and turned to get the cockpit door key, but before she could move, two young men suddenly appeared from the other side. One wore a hat, obscuring his appearance, but held a makeshift knife identical to the previous hijacker; the other had dismantled a suitcase, grabbing a steel pipe a foot and a half long clearly hidden in the suitcase handle!

The two hijackers rushed forward, one pressing the knife against the neck of the flight attendant named Sister Zhao, the other grabbing the security officer who had just woken from fainting.

An accomplice!

Huo Sining’s previously calm expression changed entirely.

She hadn’t expected there to be three hijackers on such an ordinary flight!
