Reborn As Super Heiress

Chapter 1063: Chapter 1059: Where is the Evidence?

There was a question that required drawing a flowchart of the experiment, and Huo Sining’s hand moved swiftly, producing the diagram in no time. Nagayama Kaiyuki glimpsed at it and suddenly widened his eyes, showing a surprised and astonished expression.

Others might not know, but he was the one who set the questions, so he naturally knew the answers to every question very well. Upon seeing the flowchart drawn by Huo Sining, he immediately recognized that it was the correct answer, with not a single error.

This gave Nagayama Kaiyuki a bad premonition. He had been sitting at the podium watching Huo Sining, but now he couldn’t care about the influence and directly stood up to examine Huo Sining’s exam paper closely.

Seeing it, Nagayama Kaiyuki’s mind buzzed, instantly going blank, unable to think at all.

The reason was none other than because every question that this girl rapidly answered was completely consistent with the correct answers, with no slight deviation.

How could this be possible?!

Nagayama Kaiyuki was dumbfounded, somewhat at a loss of what to do, so he stared fixedly at Huo Sining, trying to spot something fishy in her answering process.

It wasn’t strange for Nagayama Kaiyuki to think this way. He had been a teacher for many years, and although students’ cheating methods were continually emerging, as a professor, what kind of trick hadn’t he seen?

The speed at which Huo Sining answered the questions, with answers identical to those in the materials, made Nagayama Kaiyuki immediately realize that this girl was definitely cheating.

As for how she cheated, Nagayama Kaiyuki thought it was probably through crib notes or electronic devices. This girl being able to fill in answers so seamlessly was most likely because she wrote the answers in some inconspicuous place on the desk.

This is a very low-level cheating method because once caught, it would be conclusive evidence, with no chance of denial.

Nagayama Kaiyuki couldn’t help curling his lips into a mocking smile, pitying Huo Sining’s self-righteousness and the tragic outcome she was about to face upon getting caught cheating.

Disdainfully pursing his lips, Nagayama Kaiyuki feigned sympathy, shaking his head while quietly moving his feet, using some excuse to leave the classroom, deliberately going around in circles, and after waiting a few minutes, thinking that Huo Sining had let her guard down, he silently slipped back in through the back door, slowly approaching from behind to stand behind Huo Sining’s seat.

Nagayama Kaiyuki thought he would catch evidence of Huo Sining’s cheating this way, but to his surprise, when he approached behind Huo Sining, she didn’t even lift her head, seemingly unaware of his approach, continuing to write furiously.

Yet he found nothing. On Huo Sining’s desk, not even in other minute places he thought most likely to conceal answers, did he find any so-called cheating evidence.

This result transformed Nagayama Kaiyuki’s initially disdainful expression into one of astonishment, his face turning from bright red to a slow-cooling blue.

The answers this girl wrote were all correct, with no points where marks could be deducted, but in such a situation, Nagayama Kaiyuki would never believe that this girl didn’t cheat. Otherwise, she couldn’t have every single word match the standard answers exactly!

If Huo Sining didn’t cheat, Nagayama Kaiyuki would write his name backward!

Yet surprisingly, Nagayama Kaiyuki just couldn’t find evidence. Standing behind Huo Sining, this girl still continued filling in answers without a pause, even when flipping the first page, she lifted her head and gave him an extremely arrogant, smug smile.

Nagayama Kaiyuki’s face immediately turned ghastly pale. He clearly knew if he let this girl continue answering, all the effort and thought he put into setting this trap would become a huge joke.

Instinctively, Nagayama Kaiyuki grabbed Huo Sining’s arm angrily: ”Get up!”

This furious outburst shattered the tense and tranquil atmosphere of the classroom, and almost simultaneously, all the students woke up abruptly, unconsciously raising their heads toward the direction the voice came from, seeing Nagayama Kaiyuki scolding a female student, leaving everyone puzzled and unsure about what was happening.

Huo Sining was also somewhat surprised, she hadn’t expected Nagayama Kaiyuki to lose his composure like this, confronting her during the exam.

Although she was cheating, confident that Nagayama Kaiyuki couldn’t catch evidence of her cheating, Nagayama Kaiyuki yelling at her in front of so many students, trying to disrupt her answering and embarrass her, made Huo Sining quite angry.

After all, Nagayama Kaiyuki was a man, and being grabbed by him so tightly on the arm, Huo Sining felt as if she was tightly bound by an iron hoop. Struggling hard to break free but unable to, she sneered:

”Teacher Yongshan, what are you doing? Molesting a girl in front of so many classmates doesn’t seem very appropriate, right?”

Nagayama Kaiyuki’s expression remained unchanged, only giving a cold smile as he dragged Huo Sining out loudly accusing:

”What molesting, don’t shift blame. You’re cheating right under the teacher’s nose and then asking what I’m doing. Your courage is commendable. Don’t forget, I said when I entered, whoever cheats, this exam will be given a zero.”

Huo Sining couldn’t help but laugh, looking at Nagayama Kaiyuki as if looking at an idiot:

”Teacher Yongshan, I don’t understand what you mean by this. You’re accusing me of cheating? When did I cheat, pray tell? Where’s the evidence? Without evidence, don’t casually pin such a crime on me. Although I’m a nameless student, my reputation is also important. If you can’t back up your claim, I can sue you for defamation!”

Nagayama Kaiyuki was at a loss for words from Huo Sining’s retort, but he didn’t believe her, thinking the student must have cheated, so he unwillingly bent down and thoroughly searched around Huo Sining’s desk.

However, all his efforts failed to yield any shred of evidence to prove Huo Sining’s cheating, while Huo Sining folded her arms, calmly watching him, even other students who were initially still taking the exam were attracted by the commotion and no longer had the heart to continue, each putting down their pens, watching him wide-eyed.

Nagayama Kaiyuki was unwilling to let go, and feeling so many eyes watching him, he realized without evidence, he would be considered unreasonable, making a spectacle of himself.

So his eyes filled with sinister malice, and he pointed sharply at Huo Sining: ”Did you think you could hide your cheating tools in your clothes so I wouldn’t find them? I advise you to be honest and hand them over, or don’t blame me for being rude!”
