Reborn As Super Heiress

Chapter 1062: Chapter 1058 Professional Cheating

As Nagayama Kaiyuki distributed the exam papers while walking down from the podium, he suddenly lowered his head with a smile and said to Huo Sining, ”Student Huo, I heard that your Huaxia Koi research project is in its final stage.”

Huo Sining was a bit puzzled, not understanding why Nagayama Kaiyuki brought this up: ”So what if it is?”

Nagayama Kaiyuki chuckled softly, ”I also recently heard that Student Huo holds shares in this project.”

Huo Sining blinked, vaguely understanding what Nagayama Kaiyuki was trying to say.

”I wonder if Student Huo is interested in transferring these shares?” Nagayama Kaiyuki asked, seemingly inadvertently.

Huo Sining couldn’t help but give a cold smile, ”I don’t know what you mean by this, whether I have shares or want to transfer them is my personal matter and it’s inappropriate to disclose it to you. Now is exam time, teacher should hand out the papers.”

This was a direct refusal, and the smile on Nagayama Kaiyuki’s face immediately faded, looking at Huo Sining with undisguised coldness and disgust: ”Then I advise you not to waste your effort, no matter how well you study, you won’t pass this exam.”

Huo Sining couldn’t help but want to laugh, how shameless must this person be to reach this point? Even when doing despicable things before, at least a fig leaf was needed to cover up. Now even that little bit of face is gone, he actually started threatening blatantly.

Huo Sining didn’t understand Nagayama Kaiyuki’s thought process, really amusing, the Huaxia Koi project couldn’t be ruined, so now he’s targeting her shares, does Nagayama Kaiyuki really think she’s easy to bully just because she’s young?

”Teacher Yongshan, do you really think I don’t know what tricks you’ve been up to behind my back? But I still came to take the exam, do you know why?”

With a faint smile on her face, Huo Sining couldn’t help but sigh inside, she really couldn’t understand how someone like Nagayama Kaiyuki, who is in his forties or fifties and supposedly smart enough to be a professor, could be so naive and think he’s the only smart person in the world.

Sure enough, when she said this, Nagayama Kaiyuki was stunned, unable to understand.

Huo Sining raised her eyebrows and laughed, ”Professor Yoshiyama should know what the shares of the Huaxia Koi project mean; the research institute once offered five million Huaxia Currency for my shares, and I didn’t sell them, do you know why? Because once this project hits the market, the profit it brings me will be many times five million. Do you think I’d be stupid enough to sell it cheaply?”

Nagayama Kaiyuki’s face changed unpredictably, he knew very well that Huo Sining was right, he did target the project’s money-making potential, which is why he brought it up before the exam, thinking as long as the semester assessment was in his hands, student Huo Sining would give in and hand over the shares.

Unfortunately, Nagayama Kaiyuki underestimated Huo Sining, and overestimated himself.

”It’s just an exam, it doesn’t matter to me at all; Professor Yoshiyama might not know what I do, now I have companies, shops, and shares in research institutes, with my current assets, I don’t worry about living. Frankly, whether I get my diploma or not is more like icing on the cake, I don’t necessarily need it, so sitting here is just to give myself an answer, do you truly think all your schemes matter, Professor Yoshiyama?”

Looking at Nagayama Kaiyuki’s expression, Huo Sining couldn’t help but shake her head and sigh with emotion.

Nagayama Kaiyuki’s expression turned from blue to white, he had this vague feeling that perhaps he had made the wrong choice, but now that things had reached this point, all he could do was grit his teeth and continue, regardless of whether what Huo Sining said was true or not, he wouldn’t let Huo Sining have her way, even if he couldn’t ruin her, at least he could make her uncomfortable for a while.

Having made up his mind, Nagayama Kaiyuki no longer sparred with Huo Sining, he sneered and said, ”If that’s the case, I have nothing more to say, I hope Miss Huo is as indifferent as you claim to be. But I must warn you, don’t try to test my bottom line, cheating won’t work here, I will be watching you, if you don’t believe me, feel free to try!”

Huo Sining shrugged indifferently and said, ”As you wish.”

The exam papers were handed out, and a silence fell over the exam hall as students, including Huo Sining, began filling in their answers.

Huo Sining lowered her head to fill in her name and student number, and then began reviewing and solving the exam questions while seeking answers.

That’s right, looking for answers.

Before coming to the examination hall, she had thrown an entire set of study materials into her storage ring.

Although time in the storage ring was at a standstill, it was extremely advantageous for Huo Sining, because she could use the Heavenly Eye to clearly see everything inside the storage ring.

This meant that she didn’t even need to take out the exam materials thrown into the storage ring; she could directly use the Heavenly Eye to consult them.

This also meant that after acquiring all the materials related to Nagayama Kaiyuki’s exam, and throwing them into the storage ring, she could easily answer every difficult question on Nagayama Kaiyuki’s test paper.

This was an out-of-syllabus test, with a difficulty level at least that of a graduate student studying for a doctorate, but Nagayama Kaiyuki brought it out for a group of sophomore students, which was an utterly ridiculous and absurd act.

But to target Huo Sining, Nagayama Kaiyuki did it. In his plan, he could let the rest of the students pass the semester exam easily, even directly giving them a pass when marking papers later; he only wanted to deal with Huo Sining.

However, Nagayama Kaiyuki couldn’t have imagined that after the papers were distributed, the situation on Huo Sining’s side was beyond his expectations.

While others were still frowning and puzzling over the baffling test papers in front of them, from the first seat on the podium, right under his nose, Huo Sining was swiftly answering questions without any hesitation.

Nagayama Kaiyuki was well aware of the difficulty level of the questions, at least in his view, no ordinary sophomore could answer them.

So when Nagayama Kaiyuki first saw Huo Sining swiftly answering questions, he felt dismissive, thinking she was pretending. But gradually, he realized something was off.
