Chapter 1158: Chapter 646: Taken Away on the Spot (3)

Are the police here for Huang Zicheng?

Zhou Yun was on set, turning her head to look.

Two police officers in uniform got out of the car.

The producer, Qin Zhaolan, immediately went forward to negotiate and communicate with the police.

After a while, Qin Zhaolan seemed to have heard something incredible and turned to look at a person.

That person was neither Jin Lin nor Huang Zicheng but a photographer in the crew named Liu Xi.

Qin Zhaolan’s glance immediately aroused the crowd’s suspicion about Liu Xi.

Liu Xi’s face instantly turned pale.

He was just a man in his forties, a photographer with little fame.

In the field of film and television production, the ones steering photography are usually the cinematographers, while Liu Xi was just a regular photographer, assisting the shoot according to the director and cinematographer’s ideas.

Of course, a technical job like a photographer is generally more prestigious than the crew members and typically earns more respect; as the old saying goes, it’s a craft that earns a living.

Qin Zhaolan walked up to Liu Xi and whispered a few words to him.

The crowd only saw Liu Xi bow his head miserably and follow Qin Zhaolan and the police.

Once they left, the set exploded like a boiling pot, and conversations surged like boiling water.

”Why was Teacher Liu taken away?”

”Still calling him Teacher Liu? Can’t you see, it’s clear that Liu Xi is the culprit who uploaded Jin Lin’s photos online!”

”What? When did Liu Xi become Jin Lin’s boyfriend?”

...

Hearing the people around her, Jin Lin had a face full of shock and incredulity.

No, no, how could it be like this?

Jin Lin thought to herself, what does this have to do with Liu Xi?

A thought suddenly came to her mind.

This idea made her face instantly pale.

...

One hour after Liu Xi was taken away by the police, the matter was exposed online.

Naturally, due to the attention the previous Jin Lin photo incident received, the matter quickly spread across platforms and became a hot topic.

Liu Xi?

This was an unfamiliar name.

But when linked with ”Chen Yin’s photographer,” everyone was immediately familiar with it.

Liu Xi being taken away by the police on the filming set, coupled with the content of Jin Lin’s agent’s statement, seemed to make the meaning of this incident self-evident.

Netizens began to condemn Liu Xi.

Simultaneously, everyone also started targeting the Chen Yin crew.

Because Liu Xi was a photographer for the Chen Yin crew.

The internet was ablaze.

This matter is too sensitive, involving issues of female safety, gender privacy, and other sensitive topics. Many influential bloggers came forward to express their opinions on the matter.

Its popularity soared, becoming the most attention-grabbing topic online in the past two days.

Under such scrutiny, the Chen Yin crew’s filming faced unprecedented difficulties.

Almost all media outlets sent journalists and photographers here to try to get a follow-up report.

No company wants to miss out on such a heat dividend.

The official could not interview crew members, so they approached them privately.

Zhou Yun received contacts from many familiar journalists, hoping she would express her views on the matter.

However, since the official police investigation results were not yet released, Zhou Yun did not want to express any opinions before then; making any statement in this situation would only add fuel to the fire.

Currently, both Jin Lin and Liu Xi are at the center of a storm, attracting countless attention.

Zhou Yun thought, if possible, it would be best to let this period pass quickly so that Jin Lin’s life could return to normal.

Jin Lin took leave again.

Tan Yuanyang told Kang Xin that Jin Lin’s emotions had become very problematic and she could no longer remain calm.

This was naturally a very helpless situation.

Jin Lin only had five scenes left; once filming finished, she could wrap up. Taking leave at this time would undoubtedly burden the crew, but Kang Xin had nothing to say.

Anyone involved in such a matter would be unlucky.

Especially since Jin Lin did not even know that it was Liu Xi who uploaded her photos online.

Tan Yuanyang was also very troubled now.

The way this matter has developed was entirely unexpected.

Although the official police investigation results have not yet come out, things are almost clear now.

Liu Xi pretended to be Huang Zicheng to chat with Jin Lin. Jin Lin did not notice and really thought he was Huang Zicheng, and sent those photos to Liu Xi. For unknown reasons, Liu Xi even posted Jin Lin’s photos on online forums.

Tan Yuanyang could not even imagine how much uproar this incident would cause if it were exposed online.
