Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 510: Chapter 389: Flashing Serpent Beauty (Part 2)

”Thank you for your compliment, looking forward to our next battle!”

The two reached out their hands and lightly shook them.

At this moment, Vivian the host came running over to ask Baimu to receive his award.

Baimu nodded in acknowledgment, ”Excuse me.”

”Go claim the honor that’s yours!” Ling Juan replied with a smile, and after Baimu left with the two Pokémon, she showed a look of regret.

A gentleman excellent in all aspects, although unfortunately still young.

Perhaps I could become his fan?

This way I can look forward to his future growth.

Ling Juan turned to look at her two Pokémon and found them still trailing the altered-color Milotic’s figure, and couldn’t help but laugh, ”Stop staring! Your eyeballs are about to fall off!”

”Roar~”

”Pelip~”

Gyarados and Pelipper shyly withdrew their gazes.

A Milotic evolved through its own soul transformation and willpower to overcome life’s shackles indeed differed from one evolving through Beautiful Scale communication.

At least when they had seen Milotic before, it had not seemed so attractive.

——

On the podium.

Blissey and the altered-color Milotic rested on either side behind Baimu.

Gray-haired Patistan handed a pink Ribbon Medal to him on a tray, ”Congratulations on winning the Fallarbor Conference, here is your Ribbon Medal.”

”Thank you.”

He accepted the Ribbon Medal, exchanged glances with Blissey on his right, and then turned to hang it on the altered-color Milotic.

”Miro?”

The altered-color Milotic was stunned looking at the Ribbon Medal on its chest, felt a bit happy but shook its head towards the Trainer and Blissey, ”Miro~”

This Ribbon Medal wasn’t the result of its individual efforts, not to mention the first review where it wasn’t involved, and without Blissey’s diligent assistance in the final battle, it wouldn’t have had the opportunity to break through that Water Spout.

Blissey gave it the chance, this the altered-color Milotic clearly understood.

Pride in its heart wouldn’t allow it to monopolize this honor.

The altered-color Milotic cautiously used its golden tail fin to take off the pink Ribbon Medal and returned it to the Trainer’s hand, smiling with eyes bent, ”Miro~”

Everyone around, including Baimu, was stunned.

Just looking at Milotic’s photograph, perhaps some people find it hard to understand why this long serpent could be called the world’s most beautiful Pokémon, but upon real interaction, one can truly taste the charm it emits from inside out, just like a beautiful law.

Even if it doesn’t have the [Charming Body] Trait, it doesn’t affect its beauty.

Anyone who has actually interacted with it or a Pokémon dare not easily say the evaluation ”Milotic is not good-looking”.

”It’s just so beautiful.”

Patistan sighed and said, ”If the earlier performance had been the first round of review, I would definitely have given it full marks without hesitation! Life’s strong and unyielding resistance, evolution that shook the world, I can hardly imagine any performance in terms of intention or style that could surpass this one.”

”Well said!”

Liu Lai coolly pinched his hair.

”Feebas’s comeback to Milotic and Blissey’s perfect assistance were both spectacular, it’s clear you cultivated them very meticulously.”

Miss Joy heartily raised her hand and lightly applauded; everyone has their preferred Pokémon, and undoubtedly Miss Joy of the Hoenn Region loves their Nurse Blissey the most.

Baimu once again thanked them and raised the Ribbon Medal high, showing it to all his awaiting audience, and bowed to them.

The Fallarbor Conference officially drew to a satisfactory conclusion.

Only two Ribbon Medals are left until participation in the grand Gorgeous Competition. If excluding the one from the Mikoli Club, then attending one more Gorgeous Competition would be sufficient.

Back in the preparation room.

He just opened his phone to find his messages exploding with growth.

Mostly from Liuqia.

This online chat wizard girl had sent over a hundred messages, all related to the altered-color Milotic, crying about why she couldn’t watch the event in person, and was deeply moved by Feebas’s final performance.

In addition to her, there were people like Xijana and Zheng Fang from Meteor Village, Shanren and others far away in the Ore Region, and Courtney from the Magma Team–it’s rare for this girl to message him.

Xiaoguang!

Oh, this girl finally looked at her phone, and even sent various weird emojis. Seems like she hasn’t reached technical idiocy yet.

Following their leads, Baimu saw the Fallarbor Conference live video had reached Pokémon Blog’s top fifty trending posts, increasing consistently.

Released twenty minutes ago, click rates and topics soared exaggeratedly.

Which means less than ten minutes after the match ended, some high-tech talent or Pokémon expert had edited the high-definition video and uploaded it online.

Thus triggering a huge buzz.

No choice.

The Gorgeous Competition receiving stronger welcome in recent years is one thing, everyone loves watching Pokémon evolve is another, plus the filming and editing skill were particularly high level.

There were even different camera angles showcasing the shocking Feebas climbing the Water Spout and evolving.

Baimu glanced at the publisher’s name—

[Mawile Fan Club].

Hmm...

Is it this fan group that only informed the main about once?

Baimu certainly wouldn’t be oblivious to [Mawile Fan Club] matters, even infiltrated ”the opposition” early on, but until now they’ve only disturbed him once.

Even with his phone number.

And the lack of commercial activity was very satisfactory to Baimu, as he didn’t want to be someone’s spokesperson or earn money for anyone unexpectedly.

He had met the current president twice, precisely that Bei Lingyin, the handmade essence shop owner.

”Fan club huh... Will it become Milotic, Blissey and Mawile Fan Club?” Baimu wondered if they might change the name.

However, through this Fallarbor Conference experience, his fame has once again skyrocketed, even more than during the Kaina Conference.

Which brings the question.

How long should he stay in the preparation room this time before leaving?

The answer is—

Ten minutes.

Because Baimu successfully got into Miss Jun Sha’s car, who, with colleagues, maintained order at the venue’s entrance, preventing the hundreds waiting for him to come out from causing a stampede with Pokémon.

During this period, she came inside to use the restroom, where Baimu caught her and pleaded for help.

Then everything flowed very naturally afterward.

Miss Jun Sha transported him to the Pokémon Center, while other police officers managed to lead away the crowd and reporters surrounding the venue, completing this tedious task.

Accomplishing multiple things at once.

”Keep it up! I’ll be looking forward to your performances in other Gorgeous Competitions!”

Miss Jun Sha clenched her fist and gave a little wave; the Growlithe beside her followed suit with a howl.

”I will.”

Baimu nodded.

After just receiving permission earlier, he petted the police dog to his heart’s content, now feeling somewhat reluctant to leave... Growlithe is truly adorable, especially the fur on its head and chest, both soft and warm.

Unfortunately, there’re too many cute Pokémon in the world, and he couldn’t balance them all for now.

Baimu put on a mask and cap, handed the Pokémon who participated in the Gorgeous Competition, like Mawile, to Nurse Blissey, sat by the window, opened the Illustrated Guide to view the altered-color Milotic’s post-evolution status.

[Pokémon: Milotic]

[Attribute: Water]

[Gender: Female]

[Height: 835cm/221.3kg]

[Trait: Aggressive]

[Level: 46]

[Moves: Stamp/Frenzy/Black Mist/White Mist/Charming]

[Temptation/Frozen Beam/Awakened Power/Hot Water/Climbing Waterfall]

[Water Fluctuation/Charming Voice/Water Flow Ring/Renewed]

Learned four moves in one go?

Baimu was quite surprised, didn’t expect the altered-color Milotic’s transformation would be so amazing, even learning moves in heaps.

However, among these four moves, only Renewed and Water Flow Ring seem promising.

The Hot Water move was learned while soaking in the hot springs at Lavaridge Town, and Climbing Waterfall was a gift from overcoming Dragon Gate Waterfall... Speaking of which, despite seldom using it, the Awakened Power’s attribute turned out to be Electric Attribute.

Though its power isn’t high, it can be put to good use.

”All aspects hold great potential for the future.” Baimu pulled out the Mysterious Waterdrop from his pocket, having left it there for a while, thinking over and over, Milotic seemed most fitting.

Now that it has completed its evolution, it’s just right to give it as a congratulatory gift.

Not bad, not bad~
