When Old Coffin went to the warehouse to find suitable goods, Shaya and the Eldest Princess Anna also came over to Gu Xi’s side.

What happened just now, the two of them saw it all.

As soon as Shaya came over, she softly said to Gu Xi, ”Sir, your offer was still a bit too high.”

Shaya didn’t just wander around the market in vain; she knew all about the prices of various supplies.

Items like this gray premium junk, every store wants to get rid of quickly. Generally speaking, as long as you don’t try to get it for free, the other party is willing to sell for any random price.

Gu Xi’s approach of clearing stock directly is quite rare. Generally, stores are willing to lower their prices a bit to free up warehouse space.

Gu Xi could completely offer five boxes for 3 points of negative energy, or three boxes for 2 points of negative energy.

Believe me, Old Coffin would grit his teeth and agree.

Gu Xi also understood this but did not plan to do so.

After all, he still had to mix around in the Soul Gathering Land for a while.

Moreover, the quantity of gray premium junk he took this time wasn’t much, just to test if this thing had any use in Yalidu City.

If it is useful, more bulk purchases will definitely be needed in the future.

If he offended the owner now, how would he acquire goods in the future?

Gu Xi is not stupid; he can see which is more important, the immediate or long-term benefits.

At this moment, Gu Xi simply did not answer the question, instead, he asked the Eldest Princess Anna.

”How about it, did you see anything you like?”

”The quality of things here is quite good. There are a few items I fancy, but have no permission to purchase.”

Hearing this, Gu Xi was also a bit helpless. Although he had a good relationship with the Undead when he came in, Death Lord’s favorability is not unlimited.

He did not take on tasks in the Soul Gathering Land, so his reputation naturally couldn’t rise.

The permissions to buy things were naturally blocked.

As for the Eldest Princess Anna, she didn’t even look at green quality, she wanted to pick a suitable attribute from purple quality, and average stuff she couldn’t fancy.

Here at the green quality, the Eldest Princess Anna truly didn’t mean to make a move.

But Shaya took a fancy to quite a few items, she wasn’t as picky as the Eldest Princess Anna, for her, the quality of weapons and equipment wasn’t important, so long as they were practical.

At this moment, Old Coffin also walked out of the warehouse, carrying a small Copper Box in his hand.

Placing the Copper Box in front of Gu Xi, Old Coffin said, ”Open it and take a look.”

Gu Xi opened the Copper Box and saw inside was a neatly folded Battle Banner surface.

Gu Xi had the Chief Battle Banner, and later his Battle Banner was strengthened in the Chaoyang Radiance Guild.

Gu Xi was quite satisfied with his Battle Banner.

Old Coffin suddenly giving out a Battle Banner left Gu Xi a bit puzzled.

But he still chose to trust Old Coffin and took up the Battle Banner.

When the Battle Banner was taken out from the Copper Box, Gu Xi only felt a weight in his hand, as if he was holding an entire city.

[Broken Battle Banner (Blue): A broken Battle Banner, the original Banner quality was at least purple or higher, this Banner still retains the traits of the original Banner, allowing a Hero to form a troop which will be equivalent to a level 7 or higher base after formation.]

[Note: This Banner was originally purple quality, its traits are retained from the purple quality, if forming a troop with this Banner, each time it goes on a mission, at least 300 enemy blood sacrifices are needed, otherwise 300 soldiers will automatically die in the next battle.]

”This is the maximum permission I have, after all, this Banner is blue, but it’s broken, so saying it’s green quality is plausible.”

Listening to this, Gu Xi knew Old Coffin was helping him out.

Although this item is broken, it definitely counts as a blue item, and of fairly good quality.

Ordinarily, people shouldn’t even dream of picking up such a deal for free.

”Thank you.”

”You’re being too polite. I didn’t do much, by the way, are you going to need more of these gray items in the future?”

Gu Xi could see various scheming flashes in Old Coffin’s eyes.

At this moment, Gu Xi was also curious about what tricks Old Coffin might play.

It’s unlikely he wanted to buy gray premium in bulk just because Gu Xi seemed to be able to sell it, right?

Actually, he didn’t know, Old Coffin’s interest wasn’t in Gu Xi at all.

Old Coffin was thinking, there are still many official stores here, each storing large amounts of such gray premium.

They had no way to dispose of these items.

If Old Coffin had such a channel, to handle these gray premiums, they would certainly seek out Old Coffin.

At that time, Old Coffin could propose various demands, as long as not too excessive, these demands would be met.

At that moment, his store, Old Coffin’s, would become the best store in the vicinity.

Thinking of this, Old Coffin himself felt happy.

Seeing the change in Old Coffin’s expression, Gu Xi was also considering whether this wasn’t a scheme against him.

But in the end, he still said, ”Of course, I will definitely need it, only don’t buy it all up boss, if the price goes up, I won’t take it.”

Listening to Gu Xi’s words, Old Coffin instead burst out laughing.

”Rest assured, I’m not after your little income.”

After laughing, Old Coffin then asked again.

”So, did your two subordinates find anything they like?”

”No, the permissions are still too low. It looks like in the next while, we need to work on raising some reputation.”

”The way you think is right, by the way, don’t go doing those bounties outside over 100 Spirit Stones, those aren’t something you can deal with right now.”

”Is there any specific reason?”

Gu Xi thought of the bounties he saw before and asked.

”Those Ghost Kings want to be reincarnated and head to the mortal world to compete for dragons, they’re clearing out potential opponents now.”

Old Coffin explained a bit about the situation here; he didn’t elaborate much, but it was enough.

There are times when not everything needs to be explained in depth, those who understand will naturally understand.

If you don’t understand, knowing too much might be a detriment.

Gu Xi didn’t understand, but the Eldest Princess Anna beside him was a knowledgeable person.

Upon hearing Old Coffin’s words, she tugged Gu Xi’s sleeve.

”In this world, big moves are happening, with our strength and level, we can’t participate.”

With the Eldest Princess Anna’s explanation, Gu Xi also realized.

With his current military strength, he should not involve himself in fights among the Ghost Kings.

”Ah, I see! Shaya, where are we going next?”

Shaya instantly understood the meaning behind Gu Xi’s words.

”Next, we are going to the task hall to pick up some tasks to raise our reputation in the Soul Gathering Land, here everything relies on reputation, without enough reputation, nobody pays attention to you.”
