Undead Mage from a Cell

After Annie walked away, Eldest Princess Anna appeared in front of Gu Xi.

She also saw the four ravens perched on the guillotine. Faced with such a situation, she was taken aback at first, then said one sentence.

”That person’s life hadn’t been good either.”

”Yes, what I said earlier wasn’t entirely correct. If you get a chance to meet her, please help me apologize.”

”Alright.”

Eldest Princess Anna nodded.

But Gu Xi also understood that Eldest Princess Anna must not have come just for this matter.

It should be about the upcoming battle for Yalidu City in other eras.

Previously, due to the Yalidu City battle, it was almost non-stop from the start, and with Di Mi really dragging out the time, Gu Xi could clearly feel the pressure.

Now it’s different. Annie’s recent help spared Gu Xi from facing such troubles.

The initiative now was in Gu Xi’s hands. He could choose when to act.

Eldest Princess Anna came over to inquire about Gu Xi’s situation.

After thinking for a moment, Gu Xi then said to Eldest Princess Anna, ”Once Di Mi captures the Yalidu City of the Tudor Dynasty era, this matter will temporarily come to a halt.

Amirka is transforming the Bloody Knights. He won’t have time to act until all the Bloody Knights transformation is complete.

At the same time, we also need to digest the Yalidu City from the Tudor Dynasty era, not just conquer it without occupying it.

This matter will temporarily halt. After the battle ends, have Di Mi retreat. As for the New City side, I’ll find a way to arrange manpower.

If there’s anyone with leader potential joining in the future, irrespective, let them try out the Yalidu City from different eras to avoid any substandard performances.”

Listening to Gu Xi’s words, Eldest Princess Anna could only smile wryly.

Although Di Mi’s matter may not be entirely her fault, she really dragged on for too long.

Even now, Gu Xi’s impression of her is not very good.

But fortunately, Gu Xi doesn’t have much manpower at the moment, and he hasn’t given up on Di Mi.

It’s just that in the future, if Di Mi wants to become Gu Xi’s top leader, it seems somewhat unlikely.

”Alright, I will keep an eye on this matter.”

”By the way, Eldest Princess Anna, once matters here are settled and the exploration of the New World temporarily stabilizes, I’ll take you for a round at Westminster Cathedral; this dungeon needs to be dealt with.

This matter has been weighing on my heart, making me uncomfortable.”

”Sure, I’ll accompany the master for a trip then.”

Eldest Princess Anna nodded.

Now, with Gu Xi’s strength, he can easily clear the Westminster Cathedral dungeon.

However, Gu Xi doesn’t aim to just clear the Westminster Cathedral dungeon; he aims for a perfect completion, for accomplishing all the tasks within.

And finally, obtaining the corresponding benefits.

At such times, there’s no more practical plan than bringing along Eldest Princess Anna.

Gu Xi even considered having Eldest Princess Anna participate in the dungeon; perhaps she might find various equipment that originally belonged to her within.

As for Gu Xi’s thoughts, Eldest Princess Anna hadn’t paid much attention to them.

But she actually also wanted to participate in the Westminster Cathedral dungeon.

In reality, she had failed.

This left her with a lingering feeling of discontent; she always wanted to win once.

Gu Xi’s suggestion perfectly aligned with her intention.

Just as Gu Xi and Eldest Princess Anna were discussing this matter, the ground trembled slightly.

Eldest Princess Anna looked up at the sky.

”Di Mi has already taken the Yalidu City of the Tudor Dynasty era.”

”It seems we came at the right time today, Luna, let’s go take a look.”

Gu Xi decisively commanded.

Since the Yalidu City of the Tudor Dynasty era has already been captured, it indicates the battle is nearly over.

The guard at Yaliduvi Tower can naturally be withdrawn.

Eldest Princess Anna didn’t need to do anything, the doors of Yaliduvi Tower opened automatically.

Luna, who had been waiting outside, naturally floated in.

”Master, how is the situation?”

”Di Mi has already taken the Yalidu City of the Tudor Dynasty era. Let’s go over to take a look together.”

Gu Xi finished speaking without waiting for the opinions of the two Contracted Undead, jumped onto the Evil Coffin, and headed towards the City Gate.

The same gates of Yaliduvi Tower, exiting the same way.

Without seeing any operation from Gu Xi, after exiting the Yaliduvi Tower, the scene before them had already changed.

The ground no longer had the overgrown weeds as before, a paved stone path led directly towards Yaliduvi Tower.

In the distance, the city’s outline could vaguely be seen, and Gu Xi could even see black smoke rising above the city.

It seems this battle was indeed very intense.

Riding the Evil Coffin, the trio of Gu Xi quickly arrived near the district of Yalidu City.

It was evident that during the Tudor Dynasty era, Yalidu City had already approached towards Yaliduvi Tower.

The entire district was much larger than the initial Yalidu City.

When Gu Xi and his companions arrived, they happened to see Di Mi returning to mobilize the troops stationed in this district.

”Master, you’ve arrived.”

”Here to take a look. How is the battle going?”

Although slightly disgruntled with Di Mi’s subpar performance, Gu Xi didn’t express these feelings.

After all, Di Mi is one of his most important heroes, now also the leader of the Rose Corps. With her task completed, there’s no need for Gu Xi to make a fuss.

”It’s all been captured. During this era, Yalidu City had ten districts. Apart from the three districts we initially occupied and the last one captured, the other six districts were all leveled.”

Although somewhat reluctant, Di Mi still reported on the situation here.

”Initially, I lacked the strength to capture the district, and without troops to guard it, it was soon retaken by others.

Later, the Electric Zombies and Battlefield Ghosts arrived, just in time to make up for the shortfall in my forces, and I pushed all the way to the enemy’s rear.

Unexpectedly, the enemies coordinated among themselves to engage in street battles within their districts.

My Rose Corps troops were initially alright, being of normal size, but with the Electric Zombies and Battlefield Ghosts joining, the situation changed; their size was too big.

Finally, I just flattened the buildings in these districts, clearing them out.

However, because they concentrated their forces in a few districts, I conveniently reaped the benefits, capturing the last district with relative ease.

So, this last district is relatively intact.
