Build a Fifty-meter Giant Mecha at the Beginning!

11: Zhang Yuanhang becomes deputy chief designer of domestically produced large passenger aircraft“Academicians, I will transport the mecha to our military base later.”

“If Everyone wants to study it, follow me to our military base.”

Lin Yun said.

“Alright!”

Academician Wu and Academician Zhao saw that neither party was willing to back down, so they could only adopt Lin Yun’s method.

“Okay, then both Academicians should go back and rest for a bit.”

“Right now, I still need to go to Zhang Yuanhang’s school.”

Lin Yun said, taking advantage of this time to get things done at Shancheng University of Science and Technology.

Academician Wu and Academician Zhao nodded.

Then, Lin Yun led his people directly to Shancheng University of Science and Technology.

Shancheng University of Science and Technology.

“Ya Xin, are you calling that Zhang Yuanhang again?”

Guan Ya looked at her best friend holding her phone by the window again, speechless for a moment.

“Mm-hmm.”

“The counselor just called and sent me our class’s assessment materials.”

“I looked at them, and Zhang Yuanhang is the first one in our class to be assessed.”

Li Yaxin looked at her unanswered phone, feeling very helpless.

“I really don’t understand what this Zhang Yuanhang is doing all day; he doesn’t even answer his phone.”

“Could it be that he’s building a mecha?!!!”

Guan Ya complained, but she never imagined that her casual complaint would actually turn out to be true.

“I don’t know.”

Li Yaxin shrugged.

Just then.

Lin Yun’s military vehicle had already arrived below the office building of Shancheng University of Science and Technology.

“Where is your Principal’s office?”

Lin Yun got out of the car and casually stopped a lucky male teacher, who was startled. The four soldiers in front of him, carrying real guns and live ammunition, stared at him, and he almost sat down on the ground.

“Principal Chu, Principal Chu’s office is on the third floor, farthest to the left.”

The male teacher, who had been stopped, stammered out his answer.

“Good, thank you.”

After Lin Yun and his people learned the location of the Principal’s office at Shancheng University of Science and Technology, they rushed up in a flurry.

“What major crime did Principal Chu commit that soldiers are here to arrest him?”

“Will it affect our school?”

The male teacher looked at the retreating figures of Lin Yun and his people, a hint of worry appearing on his face.

At the same time, he was very curious about what crime Principal Chu had committed.

At this moment, Principal Chu of Shancheng University of Science and Technology had just finished his work and glanced at the four large characters ’No Smoking’ posted on the wall.

“I am the Principal, who do I fear!”

After saying that, he took out a cigarette and a lighter from his desk drawer, lit the cigarette, and took a deep puff. Principal Chu leaned back in his chair, thoroughly enjoying himself.

“Bang!”

Just then, Lin Yun and his people directly pushed open the office door and walked in.

Looking at the several soldiers in front of him, carrying real guns and live ammunition, the cigarette in Principal Chu’s hand dropped directly to the ground in fright.

“Everyone, Everyone, I just smoked a cigarette, it’s not enough to warrant such a large display to arrest me, is it?!”

In that instant, Principal Chu recalled his work over the years; he hadn’t had any corruption or loopholes, so was he really going to be arrested just for smoking in his office?

“No, no, Principal Chu, you misunderstood.”

Lin Yun said.

“Phew!”

Principal Chu put out the cigarette in his hand, and his heart, which had been pounding in his throat, finally settled down.

“This is my military ID.”

“Principal Chu, the purpose of our visit this time is to inform you that your school’s graduation project assessment has been postponed.”

Lin Yun showed his military ID to Principal Chu, then said imperiously.

“Ah?”

Principal Chu didn’t react for a moment. A colonel came to tell him that the graduation project assessment was postponed. What was the problem?

“Uh, Chief, may I ask what happened?”

Principal Chu looked at Lin Yun nervously. Could it be that a student this year invented something extraordinary that caught the military’s attention?

“No.”

Lin Yun shook his head.

“Oh, oh, then when can we start the graduation project assessment?”

“After all, this assessment concerns whether thousands of our students can graduate.”

Principal Chu asked hurriedly.

“I don’t know yet. If it can be assessed, I will send someone to inform you.”

Lin Yun didn’t know when Zhang Yuanhang would finish his work. As long as Zhang Yuanhang wasn’t finished, the graduation project assessment at Shancheng University of Science and Technology couldn’t proceed.

“This... alright.”

Principal Chu originally wanted to discuss with Lin Yun to see if he could give a definite time, but seeing the real guns and live ammunition in their hands, coupled with Lin Yun’s cold face, Principal Chu felt very intimidated.

“Remember, without receiving orders, no one is allowed to start the graduation assessment. If anyone messes around then,”

“Don’t blame us for being merciless.”

Lin Yun warned Principal Chu.

“Yes, yes, Chief, don’t worry, I will resolutely uphold the superior’s orders.”

Principal Chu said hurriedly.

“Mm.”

After confirming that Principal Chu understood the importance of the matter, Lin Yun and his people left.

“What on earth happened?”

“I don’t know which student invented something terrifying. It seems our school will receive more funding in the future.”

Principal Chu thought of this and immediately chuckled.

At this moment, the male teacher waiting downstairs to watch the show saw Lin Yun and his people come down empty-handed and found it extremely strange. Were they not here to arrest the Principal after all?

Just as the male teacher was wondering.

Principal Chu had already called to announce that the graduation project assessment was postponed indefinitely.

“Holy cow, Ya Xin, quickly look at the message the counselor sent in the class group.”

Guan Ya was stunned by the three words ’indefinitely postponed’. She had spent a lot of time preparing for the upcoming assessment, and now it was postponed indefinitely.

“What’s going on?”

Li Yaxin was also bewildered. It was known that since the establishment of Shancheng University of Science and Technology, the graduation project assessment had never been postponed. This time, it was delayed, and indefinitely at that.

Just as Li Yaxin was utterly confused, a classmate posted a photo in the group. The photo showed Lin Yun and his people leaving the office building.

“After these soldiers came, the school issued this order. Do you think someone important from our graduating class emerged?”

“I think it’s possible, otherwise it wouldn’t be postponed.”

“Does anyone know who caused such an astonishing event?”

...For a moment, the entire Shancheng University of Science and Technology erupted.

“Ya Xin, do you think all this might be related to Li Jie from the next class?”

“You know, he’s ranked second every year.”

Guan Ya turned to look at Li Yaxin.

“Why don’t you think it’s Zhang Yuanhang? His grades are always first every year!”

A hunch told Li Yaxin that the school’s indefinite postponement of the graduation project assessment was definitely related to Zhang Yuanhang.

“How could it be Zhang Yuanhang? That guy rarely comes to class, and Everyone thinks his grades are fake.”

“Besides, Li Jie studies so diligently! It must be him.”

Every time Guan Ya saw Li Jie, he was either reading in the library or reading a book while doing something outside.

Li Yaxin smiled. She thought it definitely wasn’t that bookworm, Li Jie.

At this moment, Zhang Yuanhang, who was resting with his eyes closed on the helicopter, was woken up by Academician Li Bing.

“Zhang Yuanhang, I have good news for you.”

“I just consulted with the superiors, and from now on, you are the Deputy Chief Designer of the domestically produced large passenger aircraft.”

Academician Li Bing said with a smile.

“Academician Li Bing, isn’t this too much? I just started, and I’m already the Deputy Chief Designer.”

Zhang Yuanhang was startled. He had originally only planned to help design and manufacture a weakened version of the engine.

Now, how did he become the Deputy Chief Designer?!!!
