Caught in Affairs with Superstar

Chapter 856: Chapter 545

The other party is a very famous female streamer.

Zhou Yun greeted her, ”Hi, Blanch.”

The other party’s name was Blanch, which she had known beforehand.

Blanch was a blonde beauty, and she spoke slightly faster than most people.

She showed concern for Zhou Yun through the screen and said, ”I heard you encountered something very terrifying last night. Could you tell us what exactly happened?”

This was a question from the script.

Zhou Yun described the events of last night according to what she had prepared earlier.

Blanch asked, ”Are you saying that when you woke up in the middle of the night, that person was already in your room?”

”I think so. When I went to close the window, he attacked me from behind,” Zhou Yun nodded and said, ”At that time, he should have already been in my room.”

”That sounds really scary. I think this incident will be a wake-up call for all women who need to travel frequently,” Blanch said to Zhou Yun. ”Luckily, you managed to escape. Can I ask, in such a power imbalance, how did you get away from the attacker? Is there anything you can share with us?”

Zhou Yun said, ”I have to thank the fact that I happened to shoot two action movies before and received a lot of action training, so I know some fighting techniques.”

”Wow, so did you subdue him?” Blanch asked in surprise.

”No, no, actually, when encountering such a situation, never try to subdue the other party, even if you maintain fitness regularly or have done many strength trainings,” Zhou Yun said. ”He almost strangled me. I seized an opportunity, hit his nose and eyes, and then took the chance to escape. In such situations, you must stay calm, look for opportunities, and give yourself time and space to escape.”

Blanch said, ”You’re amazing.”

”Thank you,” Zhou Yun smiled.

Blanch said, ”Were you injured last night? I noticed you seem to have marks on your neck?”

”Yes, at one point, he grabbed my neck with both hands. Maybe he was trying to strangle me?” Zhou Yun showed the camera the bruises and red marks on her neck.

Blanch let out a gasp.

”Oh my god.”

Zhou Yun said, ”Looking back now, it’s still a very frightening and terrifying experience for me.”

”I understand,” Blanch nodded empathetically. ”As far as I know, the reason you came to Los Angeles is that you’re promoting one of your movies tomorrow?”

”Yes, my new movie ’Behind the Scenes’ is having a screening event in Los Angeles tomorrow, so I came here yesterday—but I didn’t expect this to happen.”

”I hope this event doesn’t affect your mood tomorrow.”

Zhou Yun replied, ”I’ll do my best to adjust my mood.”

Blanch: ”You’re very brave, thank you for the interview. We look forward to having you in our live stream again.”

Zhou Yun smiled and nodded.

The interview thus concluded.

And another live news program was set to start in ten minutes.

Zheng Xiaojue promptly connected Zhou Yun to another video call, coordinating with the broadcast director to confirm audio and video.

Zhou Lan whispered in Zhou Yun’s ear, ”There’s a lot of discussion about you on Twitter now. Many people are curious about who you are.”
