Caught in Affairs with Superstar

Chapter 350: Chapter 305: Rise: 141

”Spill the beans, who was that man last night?” Zhou Yun sat down next to Zhou Lan with a fierce momentum, folding her arms and asking.

Zhou Lan: ”What man?”

”Still playing dumb? Sister Lan, I advise you to confess and be lenient.” Zhou Yun glared at her, looking threatening.

Zhou Lan put down her coffee cup and said, ”Are you super bored today? Don’t you have to go to the hair salon for learning later?”

Zhou Yun said, ”I told them to pick me up here, we still have two hours now, so tell me everything about last night, who exactly was that man?”

Zhou Lan was about to speak.

Suddenly, Zhou Yun stretched out her right hand, making a ”stop” gesture and warned, ”If you tell me again there’s no such person, I’ll come sleep at your place every night. I don’t believe I won’t catch this person.”

Zhou Lan sighed, feeling helpless against Zhou Yun.

”Alright, I’ll tell you, but you must not spread it around.”

Zhou Yun nodded, saying, ”Don’t worry, I definitely won’t blab about it!”

Zhou Lan: ”I’ve recently met someone.”

”Do I know him?” Zhou Yun asked.

Zhou Lan shook her head and said, ”You don’t know him.”

”Is he from our circle?” Zhou Yun asked again.

Zhou Lan said, ”Sort of, he’s a photographer.”

”Wow, a photographer?” Zhou Yun asked excitedly, ”What kind of photographer? Does he do films or?”

”Not that, he’s into portrait photography,” Zhou Lan said.

Zhou Yun saw a sparkle in Zhou Lan’s eyes, the kind that appears when one likes someone.

”When did you meet him?” Zhou Yun asked curiously, ”I never noticed before.”

Apparently, she and Zhou Lan spent a lot of time together.

Could it be that she lacked concern for Zhou Lan?

That shouldn’t be the case.

Zhou Lan said, ”We met during a work assignment. I was planning to find a photographer for long-term collaboration. With the current environment, whether it’s magazine shoots, advertising, or event photography, a lot of exposure depends on photos. A good photographer can really save us a lot of hassle. Someone recommended him to me, so I met him.”

”And then hit it off immediately?” Zhou Yun asked, somewhat excitedly.

Zhou Lan: ”Can’t exactly say hit it off, but... alright, maybe a little attracted, he’s totally my type.”

”I want to see a photo!” Zhou Yun demanded immediately.

Zhou Lan: ”I don’t have his photos on my phone.”

”For real?” Zhou Yun was incredulous, feeling like Zhou Lan just didn’t want to show her the photos.

Zhou Lan: ”No lie, I really don’t have his photos. We haven’t known each other that long.”

”Doesn’t he post his own photos in his social circle?” Zhou Yun asked.

”Actually, he hasn’t. He doesn’t really like taking photos of himself,” Zhou Lan said. ”It seems like many photographers are like this, not too willing to take photos of themselves.”

Zhou Yun felt a bit disappointed.

”Then you have to introduce him to me,” Zhou Yun said. ”And you’ve been keeping him from me!”

”I’ve told you, we haven’t known each other for long,” Zhou Lan said. ”Maybe later.”

Zhou Yun seemed to want to say more.

Zhou Lan said, ”When you were ambiguously involved with Song Chi for so long, didn’t you also take a long time to tell me?”

”...” Zhou Yun was speechless.

Indeed, she was the one being inconsiderate first.

”So you have to at least tell me who he is, right?” Zhou Yun said.

”No way,” Zhou Lan flatly refused.
