Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Chapter 188: Chapter 162: Defeating a Level 25 Cultivator

A comical scene unfolded as the two martial arts experts began to fight, one using Burmese Boxing and the other Muay Thai.

After a few exchanges, Zhao Rong landed several Muay Thai elbow strikes on Bai Xiaojun’s head, leaving him dizzy. A few knee strikes to the stomach followed, sending Bai Xiaojun to the ground, where he clutched his abdomen and writhed in pain.

After rolling on the ground for a moment, Bai Xiaojun suddenly kipped up to his feet. Looking as if he had been fully revived, he stared at Zhao Rong and said, ”I was just playing a game with you. Now, I’m going to unleash my ultimate move.”

With that, Bai Xiaojun let out a roar, ”Mysterious Rank Advanced Martial Technique, Killing Wolf Fist!”

As Bai Xiaojun threw a punch at Zhao Rong, Zhao Rong could clearly see the image of a roaring wild wolf lunging toward him from Bai Xiaojun’s fist.

Zhao Rong couldn’t help but shake his head. So this is the Killing Wolf Fist. An actual wolf is pouncing at me.

Faced with Bai Xiaojun’s Killing Wolf Fist, Zhao Rong calmly walked into the crowd.

When Bai Xiaojun saw Zhao Rong hide among the people, he immediately mocked him, ”Little security guard, did my Killing Wolf Fist scare the pee out of you? If you’re going to hide, you should at least find a place where I can’t find you. Hiding in a crowd? Are you asking to die?”

Zhao Rong, however, just smiled slightly at the charging Bai Xiaojun. He turned to a nearby man with glasses and said, ”Bro, do me a favor. Let me punch you.”

Hearing this, the bespectacled man was terrified. ”Sir, we have no quarrel! I haven’t stolen your woman or peeked at her while she was washing up! Why do you want to hit me?”

Seeing the man’s terrified expression, Zhao Rong didn’t bother explaining. He simply grabbed the man, spun him around to face the roaring Bai Xiaojun, and slammed a fist into the man’s stomach.

When Bai Xiaojun saw Zhao Rong grab a random weakling from the crowd and punch him, he sneered inwardly. I thought you were some righteous, upstanding security guard. Turns out you’re just another spineless coward who bullies the weak and fears the strong.

As the thought crossed his mind, Bai Xiaojun’s Killing Wolf Fist manifested a giant wolf that opened its gaping maw and lunged at Zhao Rong.

Facing the giant wolf, Zhao Rong roared and unleashed his Mountain Pushing Bull Punch, striking the bespectacled man’s abdomen.

Instantly, the force of his punch traveled through the bespectacled man’s body and slammed into Bai Xiaojun. With a loud boom, the once impossibly arrogant Bai Xiaojun was sent flying, and the giant wolf manifested by his Killing Wolf Fist vanished without a trace.

When the bespectacled man felt Zhao Rong’s fist connect with his own stomach, he immediately squeezed his eyes shut and passed out.

Seeing the man faint, Zhao Rong helped him up. ”Buddy, sorry about that,” he said. ”My Mountain Pushing Bull Punch requires a medium to travel through. I had to borrow your stomach for a moment. Please don’t take it personally.”

Hearing this, the bespectacled man touched his stomach, lifted his shirt to check, and was shocked to find it completely unharmed. Then, he turned his head and saw Bai Xiaojun, who had been sent flying, lying in a heap behind him. It all clicked.

He gave Zhao Rong a thumbs-up and said, ”Dude, that punch of yours is impossible to guard against!”

When the onlookers saw the little security guard, Zhao Rong, send a Level 25 cultivator flying, they all stared at him with looks of astonishment, envy, and admiration.

Wang Meili, who had been standing behind him, rushed forward, threw her arms around Zhao Rong, and gave him a deep French kiss that nearly suffocated him.

Zhao Rong finally broke free from Wang Meili and was just about to catch his breath when another busty girl rushed over, hugged him, and kissed him wildly.

Zhao Rong pushed the busty girl away and said, gasping for air, ”Miss, when you kiss me, please don’t block my nostrils. My mouth is for kissing, but my nostrils are for breathing.”

Before Zhao Rong could finish speaking, an incredibly ugly and enormously fat woman leaped over. She opened her mouth wide, stuck out her tongue, and lunged in for a kiss.

Seeing the hideously ugly woman trying to kiss him, Zhao Rong didn’t hesitate to extend his right fist and punch her away. ”Can I get a little respect here?” he shouted. ”So what if I’m a security guard with a lowly status? Does that mean every woman, beautiful or not, gets to just rush over and kiss me?!”

The punch sent the hideously ugly woman sprawling to the ground. She wiped her nose and said, ”Little security guard, if you don’t have a girlfriend, you should consider me.”

Hearing the proposition, Zhao Rong immediately rejected her. ”If you want to be my girlfriend, go home and lose two hundred pounds. Then we’ll talk.”

Hearing this, the woman immediately declared, ”Little security guard, the power of love is great! Even though I weigh 350 pounds, for you, I’m willing to lose 200! That way, on our wedding night, we can try all sorts of positions, and I won’t have to worry about accidentally crushing you to death!”

The matter wasn’t even close to being settled, yet this hideously ugly fat woman was already talking about their wedding night. Zhao Rong turned his head and dry-heaved a few times. ”Let’s forget the wedding night,” he gagged. ”I’m afraid I’d vomit up my internal organs, even my bile.”

At that moment, a police car arrived. Seeing the officers, Zhao Rong handed them a backpack full of discs. ”Officer,” he said, ”these discs contain all the evidence of the Bai Family’s money laundering and other crimes in Xijing City. I’m handing them over to you.”

After receiving the evidence, the officer immediately commended him. ”We had a 1,000,000 reward posted for the criminals of the Bai Family. Now, with these confidential materials you’ve provided, we have enough evidence to arrest everyone involved.” With that, the police promptly awarded Zhao Rong 1,000,000 in cash.

When Zhao Rong received the cash, he asked in astonishment, ”Officer, is this 1,000,000 in cash really for me?”

The officer nodded. ”Absolutely. This was the posted reward, all in black and white. You can accept it with confidence.”

Upon hearing this, Zhao Rong accepted the 1,000,000 in cash, figuring it would be rude to refuse.

Just as he accepted the money and was about to leave, the police chief walked over, also carrying a case full of cash. Seeing the case in the chief’s hand, Zhao Rong was confused. ”Is this case of cash also for me?” he muttered.

He immediately chided himself. I’m getting too greedy. I was already awarded 1,000,000. I should be content instead of fantasizing about another million.

To his surprise, however, the chief walked right up to him and handed over the second case of cash. ”Zhao Rong, our Xijing City Police Department also had a 1,000,000 cash reward for the capture of the leader of the street racers,” the chief explained. ”We’ve had that reward posted for ten years but still couldn’t catch him. Who would have thought that today, in an act of self-defense, you would end up setting the street racer leader on fire and killing him? You’ve rid Xijing City of a major menace. So please, accept this 1,000,000 reward.”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong said in disbelief, ”They say misfortunes never come singly, but I never expected blessings to come in pairs! How could my luck be this good?”

Seeing Zhao Rong’s humble demeanor, the chief handed him the cash and then presented him with a medal. ”Our police department welcomes promising young men like you. If you’re interested in joining the Xijing City Police Department, you can come by anytime. Our doors are always open to you.”

Hearing the chief invite him to join the police, Zhao Rong’s eyes widened. ”If I joined the department, what would my employment status be?”

The chief smiled. ”A formal position, of course.”

The chief thought to himself, Police work is far nobler than being a security guard. Since I’m extending the invitation, this little security guard will surely quit his job and come work for the department.

But he never expected Zhao Rong to politely decline. ”Thank you for the invitation, Chief, but I’ll stick to being a security guard for now. My mission isn’t finished yet.”

Hearing the little security guard actually turn down his job offer, the chief was surprised, but he offered Zhao Rong another perk. ”Even if you remain a security guard,” the chief said, ”our police department hereby grants you the title of a plainclothes officer.”

Hearing that the little security guard had become a plainclothes officer, the surrounding students, security guards, and janitors all looked at him with envy. ”Little security guard,” they said, ”if we ever run into trouble, we’ll come to you first! You have to shoulder your responsibilities as an officer now!”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong, who always liked to stand up for the wronged, puffed out his chest and declared, ”Before, I was just a little security guard. But now, I’m a security guard and a plainclothes officer. So, if any of you encounter any illegal or criminal activity, just come find me! I’ll be sure to round up every last criminal!”

At his words, the surrounding crowd erupted into thunderous applause.

Just then, Wang Meili quietly approached him. She leaned close to his ear and whispered, ”Brother Zhao Rong, don’t you want Bai Xiaojun’s Yihuo?”

The name Yihuo jolted Zhao Rong’s memory. He quickly turned to Wang Meili. ”Right! Where did my punch send Bai Xiaojun flying?”

Wang Meili pointed to a cesspit not far away. ”Brother Zhao Rong, your punch knocked him into a cesspit again... only this time, it’s the cesspit for the public restroom outside the school. The last one was for the public restroom inside the school.”

Hearing that Bai Xiaojun had once again fallen into a cesspit, Zhao Rong thought, How am I supposed to get the Yihuo out of a cesspit?
