Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Chapter 175: Chapter 149: Beating the Weasel, Teaching You How to be a Gentleman

When Lili saw that someone in the crowd seemed to have discovered that Zhao Rong was a man in disguise, she hurriedly stepped forward to speak for him. ”Don’t misunderstand, everyone. That man’s voice just now was mine.”

With that, Lili suddenly let out a very deep, coarse voice, shouting, ”Fuck your mother...”

Hearing that the coarse voice had indeed come from Lili, the people who had gathered to watch the game once again believed that Zhao Rong was a woman.

After beating up Weasel, the top playboy of Xijing University, Zhao Rong felt extremely refreshed. He had vented his anger and settled the score. Now, he casually walked toward the nearby sports field, accompanied by the three women.

Just as Zhao Rong and the women were about to reach the field, several thugs suddenly charged at them from behind.

They roared at Zhao Rong, ”Hey, beauty! You think you can hit our boss and just run off? It won’t be that easy!”

With that, the three thugs, wielding nunchaku, a katana, and a Guan Yu broadsword, rushed toward Zhao Rong.

Seeing such blatant lawlessness on campus in broad daylight, Zhao Rong immediately said to the three women, ”You three hide for a bit. Watch how I take care of these thugs.”

Then, he charged straight at them.

When the onlookers saw a beautiful woman preparing to face off against three thugs armed with heavy weapons, they couldn’t help but break into a cold sweat for her. A young man, who loved his school but loved beautiful women even more, exclaimed, ”Damn, it looks like this natural-born beauty is about to be ruined by these three thugs.”

Another young man, who had gotten into the university on a single talent, wanted to play the hero and save the damsel in distress but was too afraid of getting hurt. ”Beauty, I want to save you, but my skills aren’t good enough! I’m no match for these three.”

A chubby guy passing by while eating duck necks saw the three thugs chasing the woman. He immediately threw his snack away, rushed forward, took out his phone, and started a live stream.

”Hey viewers, this is Fatty broadcasting live! Today, I’m bringing you a live-action martial arts video: Beauty versus the Thugs! Please follow my ID, smash that follow button, and add this stream to your favorites! Your follows and favorites are the greatest encouragement and support for Fatty’s livestream!”

As the three thugs closed in on Zhao Rong, the one with the nunchaku jeered, ”Beauty, don’t think we won’t dare to mess up that pretty face of yours just because you’re beautiful! You beat up our boss, Weasel, so now we have to get revenge for him. We’re not just going to ruin your beautiful face, we’re going to destroy that gorgeous figure of yours too!”

The thug holding the katana yelled, ”Beauty, don’t think I won’t hit you just because you’re pretty! Let me tell you, this katana was passed down to me by my grandfather, Yamamoto Gojunana! Today, I’m going to use this very blade to cut you down!”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong immediately lost his composure. He glared at the thug with the katana and said, ”I hate people from the Island Country the most. Are you one of them?”

The thug laughed. ”That’s right, I’m from the Island Country! So what? My name is Yamamoto Nijuichi.”

At that, Zhao Rong immediately picked up a brick from the ground and used one of his Special Abilities, Instant Teleportation, to appear directly in front of Yamamoto Nijuichi. Holding the brick, he smashed it into the thug’s face several times.

When Zhao Rong returned to his original spot, Yamamoto Nijuichi collapsed, spitting up blood. ”Damn it! That bastard hit me with a brick! If you’ve got the guts, come out and fight me one-on-one!” With that, he fainted.

Seeing Yamamoto Nijuichi pass out before the fight had even really started, the thug with the Guan Yu broadsword immediately cursed at Zhao Rong. ”Beauty, you must have used a hidden weapon to hurt my brother, Yamamoto Nijuichi! You just wait! My name is Park Seong-seong, and I won’t let you get away with this!”

Hearing the man’s name, Zhao Rong glared at him. ”What? Your name is Park Seong-seong? Are you one of those ’sticks’ from Korea?”

Park Seong-seong chuckled. ”So what if I am? We ’sticks’ are superior to you Huaxia people! Got a problem with that? If you can’t accept it, then let’s fight!” With that, he swung the Guan Yu broadsword and charged at Zhao Rong.

Watching the man come at him, Zhao Rong was furious. Give us back our Qu Yuan, give us back our heated kangs, give us back our Dragon Boat Festival...

As the thoughts raced through his mind, Zhao Rong used his Instant Teleportation again, appearing right beside Park Seong-seong. He scooped up a handful of pebbles from the ground and pelted them at the man’s forehead.

When Zhao Rong teleported back, Park Seong-seong spat out a mouthful of blood and collapsed. ”Beauty, I knew you were using a hidden weapon,” he choked out, ”but I never imagined it would be something as common as a pebble!” Then, he too fainted.

When the remaining thug with the nunchaku saw that both Yamamoto Nijuichi and Park Seong-seong had been taken down by the woman before him, he was terrified. He backed away slowly, stammering, ”Beauty, who in the world are you? How could you take out my two brothers like that?”

Hearing that this thug considered people from the Island Country his brothers, Zhao Rong immediately questioned him, ”Kid, are you one of us Huaxia people?”

The thug nodded. ”Beauty, in our gang, I’m the only one from Huaxia. The rest are either from the Island Country or they’re Korean ’sticks’.”

Zhao Rong was taken aback. ”Then what about that damn Weasel I knocked out earlier? What country is he from?”

The thug replied, ”Beauty, you might not know this, but Weasel is just his nickname. His real name is Koinu Chunichiro.”

Zhao Rong’s eyes widened. ”No wonder that Weasel was such a pervert! So he’s from the Island Country too!”

Finishing his sentence, Zhao Rong truly regretted not tormenting that Koinu Chunichiro more thoroughly.

Just then, while Zhao Rong was distracted, the previously timid thug saw his chance. He suddenly pulled a ninja throwing star from his pocket and flung it. However, Zhao Rong was being too careless and didn’t notice the projectile. The star flew straight for his heart.

Seeing his star about to land a fatal blow, the thug laughed with delight. ”Beauty, you’re so gullible! You actually believed I was from Huaxia. Since you’re about to die, I’ll tell you the truth. I’m not from Huaxia at all! I’m from the Island Country too, and my name is Abe no Shizuka!” The man snickered, eagerly anticipating the star sinking into Zhao Rong’s flesh and killing him.

But what he didn’t expect was that just as the star was about to pierce Zhao Rong’s heart, Zhao Rong uncannily lifted the soccer ball he was holding. The star that should have struck his heart instead embedded itself in the soccer ball, completely missing Zhao Rong.

Still not having fully processed what happened, Zhao Rong suddenly noticed that the soccer ball in his arms was now flat.

He couldn’t help but sigh. ”Damn, this knockoff soccer ball I bought from Taobao is such terrible quality. The game hasn’t even started and it’s already deflated...”
