Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Chapter 183: Chapter 157: Encounter with a Motorcycle Thief

Upon hearing this, Wang Meili laughed and said, ”It’s not that we girls like watching them. It’s a male PhD student in our class who enjoys these kinds of movies, so he asked around and borrowed quite a few. But he’s too shy to go get them himself, so he had me pick them up for him at the school gate.”

In response, Zhao Rong looked at the backpack in Wang Meili’s hands and said, ”That’s clearly a guy’s backpack. Is it completely full of discs?”

Wang Meili nodded. ”Yes. My PhD classmate loves watching them, so he borrowed a whole backpack full from his friends. I only just saw the actors on the covers myself...”

Listening to her, Zhao Rong suddenly asked, irritated, ”Wang Meili, that classmate of yours is shameless, isn’t he? It’s one thing for him to like those movies, but making a girl like you go get them for him is just too much. By the way, what’s his name?”

”Bai Xiaojun. Do you know him?” Wang Meili replied. ”He’s infamous around campus as a movie fiend. His passion for watching them is indescribable.”

Zhao Rong couldn’t believe that a prestigious place like Xijing University had such a disgraceful student. He made sure to remember the PhD student’s name: Bai Xiaojun.

I have to find some time to teach Bai Xiaojun a lesson. I’ll let him know that it’s fine to watch those movies himself, but how could he ask a girl to get them for him?

As Zhao Rong was preoccupied with how he would teach Bai Xiaojun a lesson, his expression fell silent.

Seeing him go quiet, Wang Meili quickly said, ”Zhao Rong, I’m sorry. I won’t just watch any of those discs that you guys watch anymore.”

Zhao Rong comforted her, saying, ”It’s fine. Watching one occasionally to learn a thing or two is alright, but you shouldn’t do it often. That stuff can corrupt our innocent minds. Besides, for an innocent girl like you, watching too many of those movies will inevitably make you want to try some of the things you see. It makes it very easy for boys to take advantage of you...”

Listening to Zhao Rong, Wang Meili said self-reproachfully, ”Zhao Rong, why didn’t you tell me sooner? I’ve already watched a few of them, and... now I’m really curious about that sort of thing. I even want to try it...”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong couldn’t help but have a physical reaction. He looked at Wang Meili beside him, as beautiful as a flower and utterly delectable, and couldn’t help but think of all sorts of positions.

As Zhao Rong was lost in his fantasies, Wang Meili, still holding the bag, suddenly said, ”Never mind all that. My back is terribly itchy right now. Why don’t you come to my dorm, fix my water heater, and then... help me scrub my back?”

Zhao Rong’s eyes widened as he looked at her. Could it be that after watching those movies, Wang Meili wants to try things out with me? When she talks about fixing the water heater and scrubbing her back, is she actually hinting that she wants me to... with her?

At this thought, Zhao Rong was overjoyed. ”Meili, since your back is itching so badly, let’s hurry to your dorm. I’ll fix your water heater as quickly as possible... and then scrub your back as slowly as possible.”

With that, Zhao Rong strode purposefully toward Wang Meili’s dormitory building.

Wang Meili added from behind him, ”It just so happens that I’m the only one living in my dorm right now. With just the two of us alone in the room, no one will disturb us.”

Her words made Zhao Rong’s heart pound with even greater excitement.

They soon arrived at the entrance of Wang Meili’s dormitory building. Just as they were about to go inside, a Harley motorcycle suddenly roared onto campus from outside. On it were two thieves in leather jackets, and they charged straight for Wang Meili.

The thief driving the motorcycle said, ”Bro, look at that pretty girl’s backpack! Why’s it so stuffed? I bet it’s full of cash.”

The thief on the back exclaimed excitedly, ”Boss, we’ve been out all day and haven’t nabbed anything good. Looks like we’re about to hit the jackpot!”

With that, the two thieves sped toward Wang Meili, snatching the backpack full of discs from her hands.

Before Wang Meili could even react, she realized Bai Xiaojun’s backpack had been stolen. She whirled around, chasing after the speeding motorcycle and yelling, ”Thieves! Give me back my bag! It’s not full of money, it’s full of DVDs from the Island Country!”

Although Wang Meili’s voice was loud, the two thieves were too excited to hear a word she said.

Meanwhile, Zhao Rong, who had reached the dormitory entrance, was still lost in thought. I wonder what positions Wang Meili and I could try in the tight, slick space of her dorm bathroom...

Suddenly, he heard Wang Meili shouting from behind, ”Zhao Rong! Motorcycle thieves! They stole my discs!”

Zhao Rong was stunned. He had heard of thieves stealing money, food, even brides, but this was the first time he had ever seen anyone steal discs.

He turned his head, having no intention of giving chase. ”Meili, those discs aren’t worth much. Your dorm is empty, let’s go. It’s time to scrub your back.”

With that, he prepared to head upstairs.

However, in sharp contrast to Zhao Rong’s calmness, Wang Meili said anxiously, ”But the backpack doesn’t just have discs, it also has Bai Xiaojun’s hard drive! And that hard drive has all the movies he collected during his four years of university! Besides, Bai Xiaojun once said, ’You can lose the man, but you can’t lose the hard drive. The man can go bad, but the hard drive can’t break. The man can die, but the hard drive can’t!’ If I lose his hard drive today, Bai Xiaojun might kill himself...”

Zhao Rong was dumbfounded. He swallowed hard, cursing Bai Xiaojun in his mind.

What a complete degenerate, letting his obsession ruin his ambition...

He then thought, Bai Xiaojun, just you wait. The thieves ruined half of my fun today, and you ruined the other half...

Thinking this, Zhao Rong walked over and comforted Wang Meili, ”Meili, don’t worry. I’ll go after those disc-snatching thieves right now.”

With those words, Zhao Rong took off, running toward the school exit.

As Wang Meili watched him go, she quickly pulled her phone from her pocket and dialed Bai Xiaojun’s number. ”Bai Xiaojun, I’m so sorry. I accidentally let your backpack get snatched by motorcycle thieves.”

Hearing that his backpack had been stolen, Bai Xiaojun immediately exploded with anger, cursing at her, ”Wang Meili, I don’t care about the backpack! Do you have any idea what treasures were inside it?”

Frightened, Wang Meili said, ”I know, I know. Besides all the discs, it had your hard drive with all the movies.”

Hearing this, Bai Xiaojun roared, ”Then why aren’t you chasing them?! If I lose those discs and that hard drive, you just wait! I, Bai Xiaojun, will make you pay... And I’ll make you pay every single day!”
