Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Chapter 185: Chapter 159: With His Own Strength, Wipe Out the Racing Car Thieves Gang

At this moment, Zhao Rong stood his ground, waiting silently as four motorcycles charged toward him.

When the biker gang leader saw Zhao Rong simply standing still as they were about to collide, he immediately began to mock him. ”Little security guard, do you really fancy yourself some kind of quiet pretty boy? Kid, I’m going to make your death uglier than a pig’s.”

The gang member on the right chimed in, ”Little security guard, we’ve killed plenty of people with this trick before. Today, we’ll use it to kill you, too.”

Another biker riding behind them added with contempt, ”We’ve never failed with this move. It’s killed countless people. Looks like another idiot is about to die under our wheels today.”

Meanwhile, Zhao Rong stood in the center, watching the four motorcycles speeding toward him. Dumbasses, bring it on. Make the impact even harder. he thought with a chuckle.

Just as the four motorcycles were about to slam into him, he launched himself into the air with a powerful leap. As a level 22 cultivator, his leaping ability was outstanding. With a light hop, he soared three stories high.

Once Zhao Rong was airborne, the four motorcycles—without any warning, completely off guard, and utterly unprepared—crashed violently into each other. Since the riders, in an attempt to show off, had all filled their Harley tanks to the brim, the collision immediately resulted in a massive explosion, and the wreckage was quickly engulfed in flames.

Zhao Rong did a flip in mid-air and landed smoothly in a safe spot nearby. He stood beside the crash site, watching as the eight gang members were burned beyond recognition inside the inferno, struggling in agony as they died. He promptly grabbed a hose from a nearby fish vendor, intending to save their lives.

Even though these guys have done a lot of evil, they’re still human lives, Zhao Rong thought. Be merciful where you can. Saving a life is more meritorious than building a seven-story pagoda. My goal is just to hand them over to the police.

As Zhao Rong aimed the hose at the fire, he figured, One good spray from this thing should be enough to get the fire under control.

Inside the blaze, the gang leader was desperately trying to crawl out. When he saw Zhao Rong preparing to rescue them with a hose, he thought with a surge of excitement, If I can survive this, I’m still getting on a Harley, and I’m still going to kill Zhao Rong.

However, when Zhao Rong sprayed the liquid from the hose into the inferno, the flames, which had been starting to die down, suddenly roared back to life, growing larger and higher. The fire was now more ferocious than ever. The few gang members who had been on the verge of escaping were once again swallowed by the blaze.

Just as Zhao Rong was wondering how water could possibly accelerate a fire, the owner of the fish stall ran out, yelling angrily, ”Little security guard, when you’re trying to save people, could you at least check what you’re grabbing first? Try to tell the difference between a water hose and a gasoline line before you start fighting fires!”

Instantly, Zhao Rong was hit by the strong scent of gasoline. It turned out that, despite his good intentions, he had grabbed the wrong hose. He had mistaken the gasoline line for the water hose. It was Zhao Rong’s gasoline that fueled the flames, turning what might have been a narrow escape for several of the bikers into a fiery grave for all of them.

Zhao Rong couldn’t help but shake his head. Shit, my apologies, he thought. Don’t blame me for killing you with gasoline. If you have to blame someone, blame the fish vendor. He put the gasoline and water hoses right next to each other, and they’re even the same color! How the hell was I supposed to know which was which?

Just then, Zhao Rong started to feel that perhaps he had gone too far, that his actions had been too ruthless. But as he was berating himself, the surrounding crowd burst into a frenzy of applause.

A beautiful woman whose gold earrings had been snatched by the gang gave him a thumbs-up. ”Little security guard, no guts, no glory! The way you poured fuel on the fire just now was absolutely thrilling!”

A buxom woman whose gold necklace had been stolen watched the bikers dying painfully in the fire and commented, ”Little security guard, only a ruthless man like you can accomplish great things.”

A stunning woman with an E-cup bust and a slender waist gazed at Zhao Rong, infatuated. ”Young man, seeing that masculine side of you... I literally can’t keep my legs together. I just want to clamp you between them...”

After dealing with the first group of bikers, Zhao Rong continued his pursuit of the ones who had gotten ahead. By now, he was tired of running. He activated his Special Abilities and used Instant Teleportation to appear on the bikers’ inevitable path, where he quickly concealed himself.

Zhao Rong strung a wire up high across the road, planning to yank the riders right off their motorcycles. Below, he clutched a few sturdy steel rebars, ready to jam them into the wheel spokes of the speeding bikes.

Meanwhile, the two gang members who had stolen Wang Meili’s bag were speeding away, overjoyed. ”Looks like our riding skills are just too good! We didn’t just shake that little security guard, we lost everyone who tried to surround us.”

The one on the back laughed wildly. ”Bro, today’s heist was absolutely perfect! I bet we’re going to score a huge pile of money.”

Just as the two bikers were congratulating themselves on outrunning both Zhao Rong and the police, the wire Zhao Rong had set up caught the driver, flinging him through the air. He crashed to the ground, half-dead. Seeing his leader get snagged by the wire, the man on the back quickly took control of the handlebars, ducked his head, and sped right under the trap.

After successfully dodging the wire, the bag-holding biker cursed, ”Damn it, what old hag hangs a clothesline across the road? Is she trying to get someone killed?” At the same time, he glanced at his half-dead leader on the ground not far away. Sorry, big bro, he thought. But it seems I’m the lucky one. The wire didn’t get me, so I guess all this money is mine to spend. You were always calling me dumb and stupid, but it turns out idiots have their own dumb luck. My fate is better than yours.

But before the gloating biker could finish his triumphant thought, Zhao Rong hurled the steel rebars in his hand directly into the motorcycle’s spokes. The high-speed bike screeched to a halt, and its rider was mercilessly thrown off, sent flying into a nearby wall.

As he hurtled toward it, the biker noticed the wall was made of packed earth. Even though my motorcycle is wrecked and I’m hitting a wall, how can a dirt wall possibly kill me? he thought with a sense of relief. He couldn’t help but chuckle inwardly.

His relief was cut short when he saw that some bored bastard had hammered a long nail into the wall. He was heading straight for it. With a final, agonized scream, the bag-holding biker was impaled through the head by the nail, dying instantly.

After he died against the wall, the first biker, the one who had been yanked off by the wire, slowly regained consciousness. When he saw his comrade dead, he immediately began crawling toward the stolen bag. As he dragged himself forward, he thought, Brother, thank you for getting yourself killed. Now that you’re dead, all this money is mine. Even though I’m seriously injured, with all this cash, I can get the best treatment and live a life of luxury.

When he finally reached the bag, his eyes gleaming with greed, he tore it open. This bag has to be stuffed with cash! Maybe there are even US Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds in here. I’ve really struck it rich today!

But when he looked inside, he was dumbfounded. The bag was filled not with cash, but with Island Country DVDs. As he furiously threw the discs onto the ground, he muttered in disbelief, ”Didn’t the boss get solid info that the rich kid, Bai Xiaojun, was having a girl bring him a big bag of cash for school? How did a bag full of cash suddenly turn into a bag full of discs? And Island Country ones, at that?”

While the biker was struggling to understand, Zhao Rong sauntered over. He took the bag from the man’s hands and said, ”Big bro, in all my life, I’ve seen bad guys who rob money, grain, and women. But I’ve never seen one who robs Island Country DVDs. You’ve really opened my eyes today.”

With that, Zhao Rong kicked the man on the ground, spat beside him, and walked away with the bag.

Watching Zhao Rong leave, the injured biker felt a storm of curses rage in his mind, but he was still relieved. He might not have gotten the money, but at least he had survived. Whatever, he told himself. As long as I’m alive, that’s what matters. There’ll be other chances.

But just as he was savoring the fact that he was still alive, the body of his comrade, which had been impaled on the wall, suddenly slumped forward. It fell directly on top of him, and the impact instantly crushed the life out of him.

「At the school」

Bai Xiaojun stormed furiously out of his classroom, ready to find and beat up Wang Meili.

Meanwhile, Zhao Rong walked toward the school with the bag in his hand. No matter what, he thought, today I’m going to teach that useless second-generation rich kid Bai Xiaojun a lesson. I’m going to beat him so badly he’ll be picking his teeth off the floor.
