Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

Chapter 68: Chapter 60 The First Beauty to Eat Crab

When Xuelian saw Zhao Rong taking off his clothes, she said joyfully, ”Brother Zhao Rong, then let me be the first to try it out...”

Hearing this, Zhao Rong replied happily, ”In that case, you can stay at my place tonight. I’ll properly teach you...”

Before Zhao Rong could finish, Yu Lan stepped forward and blocked Xuelian. ”Brother Zhao Rong, since you’re going to teach your skills, I should stay at your place too,” she said. ”I want to see just how good Brother Zhao Rong’s ’skills’ really are.” Yu Lan heavily emphasized the word ”skills” while giving Zhao Rong a sultry look. However, Zhao Rong didn’t realize her words carried a double meaning at all.

He simply patted his chest and declared, ”Of course my skills are very strong.”

Hearing that Zhao Rong’s skills were strong, Lili, who had been standing at the very back, rushed forward. She said without a trace of shyness, ”Brother Zhao Rong, I love it when a man has good skills.” After that, Lili insisted on staying in Zhao Rong’s room.

When Zhao Rong saw that all three beauties wanted to stay and have him help them level up, he said gleefully, ”Since you all want to cultivate with me and level up, you can all stay.”

Then, Zhao Rong turned to Tao Hua, who was standing in the corner of the room. ”Tao Hua, I’ll have to trouble you to guide me from the side.”

When the three beauties heard that Tao Hua would be supervising *that* kind of activity, their eyes went wide with shock. Lili said in surprise, ”Brother Zhao Rong, if your skills are so good, why do you need Tao Hua to guide you? Does Tao Hua have a lot of experience?”

Yu Lan was also in disbelief. ”Brother Zhao Rong, if we’re... exercising, and you have Sister Tao Hua watching, can you really let yourself go?”

Xuelian swallowed hard and added, ”Brother Zhao Rong, it feels so awkward having Sister Tao Hua watching us.”

Listening to them, Zhao Rong was confused. ”This is my first time helping someone level up, and I’m using the powerful Dragon Crystal. If Tao Hua isn’t here to guide me, I’m afraid I won’t be able to complete the task.”

Only then did the three beauties finally understand. It turned out Zhao Rong was talking about being good at cultivation, not being good in bed. The three of them sighed as their salacious fantasies instantly shattered.

「Deep in the night.」

The lights in Zhao Rong’s villa were all out, except for his bedroom, which was brightly lit. Under Tao Hua’s guidance, Zhao Rong was using the power of the Dragon Crystal to transfer True Qi to Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian, helping them cultivate. The Dragon Crystal was a Divine Artifact. By transferring True Qi through it, Zhao Rong not only wouldn’t lose any True Qi but would actually gain some. Tao Hua felt confident she could teach Zhao Rong this win-win technique that killed two birds with one stone.

Tao Hua had initially assumed that the seemingly foolish and clumsy Zhao Rong wouldn’t be able to grasp the essentials quickly. Therefore, she had no hope that he could help three women level up in a single night. She even thought that she’d be counting her blessings if Zhao Rong could just help one of them level up. However, what Tao Hua didn’t expect was that although Zhao Rong looked a bit foolish and clumsy on the outside, he was inwardly sharp and naturally intelligent.

After teaching Zhao Rong the essentials of transferring True Qi, she went to rest on a nearby bed. Lying down, she told him, ”Don’t rush. Just follow the method I taught you and slowly transfer True Qi using the Dragon Crystal. If you can help one girl level up tonight, you’ll have succeeded.”

Tao Hua was exhausted. After speaking, she planned to just close her eyes for a bit so she could wake up later to continue guiding him. But she was so tired that she accidentally fell fast asleep.

Once Tao Hua was asleep, Zhao Rong began transferring True Qi to the three women. According to Tao Hua’s instructions, he sat cross-legged, placed the Dragon Crystal between his palms, and aimed them at the meditating women in front of him. He then began to channel energy from the storm in his Dantian, sending True Qi through his meridians to the Dragon Crystal. After being filtered and amplified by the Dragon Crystal, the True Qi was then transmitted into the bodies of the meditating women.

Tao Hua had said he could only transfer True Qi to one person at a time. However, seeing that Tao Hua was sound asleep, Zhao Rong felt that doing it one by one was not only slow but also troublesome. Why not transfer True Qi to all three at once? It would be faster and more efficient. So, sitting behind them with the Dragon Crystal between his palms, he had the three women sit side-by-side in front of him. He then transferred True Qi to each of them for ten minutes at a time, rotating between them.

Although this was his first time ever transferring True Qi to help others level up, his natural intelligence and extraordinary talent made the process feel completely intuitive. He didn’t feel the least bit unfamiliar with it; on the contrary, it felt like second nature. The task that should have taken an entire night was completed by Zhao Rong in just half that time. After helping the three women level up, Zhao Rong and the others felt tired. So, they made some makeshift beds on the floor and fell asleep.

「The next morning, as day broke.」

Tao Hua was the first to wake up. When she realized she had slept through the entire night without guiding Zhao Rong, she was horrified. It’s over! I was supposed to guide Zhao Rong until he helped the three women level up... How could I have been so careless as to fall asleep? This is a disaster! That clumsy Zhao Rong must have caused some kind of trouble.

Gripped by fear, Tao Hua shot up from the bed with a carp flip. Standing on the bed, she saw Zhao Rong—who should have been sitting in meditation—sprawled on the ground instead. Her heart skipped a beat. It’s over. He must have used the wrong technique, causing the transfer to fail and giving himself internal injuries!

As she jumped off the bed, about to help Zhao Rong up, she suddenly noticed Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian lying haphazardly on the floor next to him. Tao Hua’s eyes widened, and she felt an urge to slap herself. This is bad. Because I overslept, I’ve not only caused trouble, but I’ve caused a huge disaster. It seems Zhao Rong’s transfer failed, leaving him with severe internal injuries, and the three women have been gravely injured as well. Otherwise, why wouldn’t they be sleeping in their own rooms instead of being sprawled all over the floor?

She thought grimly, Saving them is the priority. With internal injuries, the heart is the most likely to stop.

Tao Hua leaped to Zhao Rong’s side, laid him flat on his back, and prepared to perform CPR and artificial respiration. With swift, precise movements, she pulled open his shirt and found the correct spot over his heart. Placing one hand over the other, she began compressions.

As Tao Hua started CPR, pressing on his chest with a steady rhythm, the sleeping Zhao Rong had a nightmare. A villain was smashing a huge boulder down on top of him. The rock pressed heavily on his chest, crushing the air from his lungs.

Just then, Tao Hua finished the chest compressions and leaned down to begin artificial respiration. As her lips approached his, ready to breathe air into his mouth, Zhao Rong suddenly jolted awake. Waking up so abruptly, he didn’t have time to process anything before he saw a pair of beautiful red lips descending toward his own. His eyes flew open. He was simultaneously terrified and filled with bliss.

Gazing at the fiery red lips coming closer, he thought, What’s been happening lately? It’s not just top-tier beauties like Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian revolving around me... Now even the beautiful and powerful martial artist Tao Hua has taken a liking to me and is making a move! This Tao Hua is really something else. Coming to kiss me first thing in the morning without any warning? Doesn’t she mind my crankiness from being woken up or that I haven’t brushed my teeth?

Just as Tao Hua was giving Zhao Rong mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, Lili, who was sleeping nearby, rolled over and groggily opened her eyes. She was just in time to see Tao Hua hugging and kissing Zhao Rong.

Lili shot bolt upright. I never would have guessed! The ever-demure and righteous Tao Hua has fallen for Brother Zhao Rong too? And she’s even beating everyone else to the punch by making a move on him!

Thinking this, Lili immediately stood up, grabbed Tao Hua’s arm, and demanded, ”Tao Hua, what are you doing?”

Feeling someone pull her arm, Tao Hua shook it off. ”Don’t bother me! I’m giving Zhao Rong artificial respiration.”

Lili was stunned for a moment. Oh, come on! If you want to kiss Brother Zhao Rong, just kiss him. Why use such an unconvincing excuse? ’Giving him artificial respiration’? Do you really think that excuse will make me, Lili, just stand by and watch? That it will let me see a handsome, talented hero like Brother Zhao Rong get taken advantage of by you?

Not about to back down, Lili stepped forward and pulled at Tao Hua. ”Tao Hua, you said you were giving Brother Zhao Rong artificial respiration, right? I think you’re tired. Stand up, let go of that man, and let me do it.” With that, Lili started trying to push Tao Hua away.

The noise from their argument woke up Yu Lan and Xuelian. When the two beauties saw Tao Hua and Lili fighting over who got to kiss Zhao Rong, they lost their composure.

Yu Lan looked at Tao Hua and said, ”Sister Tao Hua, how could you do something like this so early in the morning?”

Xuelian looked at Lili. ”Sister Lili, so you and Sister Tao Hua already plotted this, to take turns kissing Brother Zhao Rong first thing in the morning...”

When Tao Hua saw that Lili, Yu Lan, and Xuelian were all perfectly fine and clearly not suffering from any internal injuries, she let go of Zhao Rong. She stared at the three of them in surprise. ”You mean... you’re not injured?”

The three women looked at her, confused. ”Injured? What are you talking about?”

Tao Hua’s eyes were wide. ”Last night, when Zhao Rong was transferring True Qi to you, the process wasn’t interrupted? You weren’t hurt?”

Hearing this, the three women immediately shook their heads. ”Last night, Brother Zhao Rong perfectly transferred the True Qi to us, and he even successfully helped all three of us level up.”

At last, Tao Hua understood. The kid had actually managed to complete the mission perfectly last night. But if he completed the mission, why was he unconscious? Could he be faking it just to get me to give him artificial respiration... to take advantage of me?

Just then, Zhao Rong’s eyes fluttered slightly open. He was peeking to see if Tao Hua was going to kiss him again.
