COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

”Damn... Hikigaya, isn’t the relationship between you and Horikita inseparable?”

Sudo felt like he watched something amazing just now.

Hachiman didn’t deny it at this time.

Because both him and Horikita knew that they were not dating, but being too close could help them avoid some troubles caused by adolescent hormones, such as being harassed by other boys and girls.

So if you are already in a relationship and have a boyfriend or girlfriend, you can make these guys give up.

In other words, each is other’s shield.

Horikita’s action of sacrificing him now is correct. ’But I should also tell Horikita about my relationship with Kushida. Because she can say this to everyone else, it’s a bit unfair to the angel of our class....’

So, Hachiman prepared to go look for the cool black haired girl.

Sakura sent a message saying that she had finished taking photos of Horikita that she had taken with her today.

Can be given to the other party.

Although he came to help Sudo, Hikigaya-kun’s heart was filled with other people.

”Eh? Hikigaya-kun, Sudo-kun, why are you two together?” At this time, a voice came from behind them.

Hachiman knew without looking back that Onodera had arrived, her face looked.... suspiciously curious.

”..What’s that look for? Just now someone confessed to Horikita, so I came here, but now there’s no problem.” Hikigaya-kun said calmly, to prevent some kind of weird misunderstanding before these girls started to cook something.

Then leave on your own initiative.

Considering this is a meeting between Sudo and Onodera themselves.

As a light bulb, Hikigaya-kun decisively turned around and left.

Actually, no.

Although Hachiman took the initiative to leave, when Sudo and Onodera were heading towards the place where Horikita and Hashimoto were just now, Hachiman came back.

After all, he had promised Sudo to come over and help to suppress the momentum.

So, better stay here for now.

But Hikigaya-kun feels that there is not much point in staying. ’Because I was still standing at the corner of corridor, I heard talk easily between Sudo and Onodera.....’

”Actually... I’m sorry to have to find you so late.”

This was Onodera’s voice, you actually wouldn’t believe it, when did it turn so soft?

”But, it seems that I caused you trouble some time ago.”

”....Huh? Trouble?” Sudo was stunned.

”It’s a study session after school. Your grades aren’t that good, so we’re going to study together.”

Ah this.

Although he didn’t look at Sudo’s face, Hikigaya-kun could tell that he must have felt like he was hit by an arrow in the knee.

”Actually, I was playing with my friends at that time, and we were playing truth or da-----”

”.....” Sudo’s mouth went dry, but he still had to respond, ”Did you come here tonight specifically to clarify this?”

”Um... um.” Onodera was a little hesitant, but she nodded, ”It was fun hanging out together today. But, I thought about it, but... As expected, Sudo-kun. I’m sorry.”

She realised something is wrong with her, because when Sudo is scoring for class... helping and all. Why girls are still not interested in him?

Onodera realised something must be wrong with her, thinking...of similar to eating leftovers of other people.

She feels sick.

Onodera actually spoke out about this matter.

According to what Kushida said, doesn’t she actually have a crush on Sudo?

Then school trip is a golden opportunity for both of them to confess their love and become idiots together.

It can be said that if Onodera had taken the initiative to observe, she would have discovered that Sudo had even taken a bath when he came to the meeting.

It shows that he is also very excited.

So once she confesses, it will be possible.

As a result, Sudo was rejected without even giving a confession, it’s even more tragic, and dark history material.

Even though he already has a girlfriend for four months, Hikigaya finds that he still can’t understand girls’ thoughts at all.

”Um... Sudo-kun?” Onodera seemed to be looking at his face changes, whether it’s anger or something.

”Ah... I knew it a long time ago!” Sudo seemed very carefree, ”Then I’ll leave first. Is that okay?”

”Yes, sure.” Onodera nodded a little bit confused on what just happened, but since he is going, not a problem.

She realised her standards are too low, and need to be evaluated on boys.

Then Hachiman found Sudo walking away with a thud. At this time, he didn’t know how to comfort him.

Because now Sudo only looks free and easy, but he must be very depressed inside.

At this time, there is no point in trying to comfort him, Hachiman had also grown through a similar incident with girl whose name I won’t mention.

That’s why he had given up on love or dating girls in high school, or just at any time....He believes in Marriage, because it’s real.

Even for that...girl needs to be carefully selected, his standards are not high, he just doesn’t want other party to cause a miserable life for both of them...then divorce etc.

It’s better if you at least have some mutual understanding.

But Sudo also has his own plan.

Sure enough, after a while, news came that Sudo did not sleep at night, was full of energy late at night, and went outside to run ten laps.

At the same time.

In girls’ bathhouse. Hot and hazy.

The girls who had been out in the city for a bit also returned to hotel.

At the same time, these students also learned that such a thing had actually happened at ski resort. They were a little scared.

”So, what’s the situation with Yamamura-san, Kushida-san? Maybe it’s something fun to chat about....”

”...You shouldn’t laugh at other people’s troubles, Sakayanagi. They might be in for a real problem.”

”Mmmph! Kamuro-san is not funny at all. You shouldn’t think about people whom you just met for a couple of days too much.....” Sakayanagi has now washed her hair, taken a shower, and entered the hot spring.

So, girl was quite free now. Rather, she was in a good mood today.

’In Sapporo, I even treated Kamuro-san to an expensive Western meal at lunch time....When I came back, I got this news. But I was a little relieved because I got the news that batchmates were harassed by students from other schools, and then Hikigaya-kun directly arranged for teachers to connect and solved the problem directly. In this way, students can continue skiing with peace of mind even in the remaining two days. Aren’t you very efficient? I didn’t have to do anything at all!’

”Yamamura received psychological counseling from Hoshinomiya-sensei. When they encountered students from other classes, boys came to rescue, so nothing happened.”

Actually, Kamuro-san herself feels quite unhappy. ’Since hot spring is so big, why did Sakayanagi go to me on purpose? She even sat down next to me. It seems like we have a very good relationship. But what you did was very unkind, Sakayanagi.....’

It’s monologue time for Kamuro-san for a while, please listen to it.

’Did you know that when we went to city in the morning, Sakayanagi deliberately touched the back of Hikigaya’s hand in front of his girlfriend? But she probably doesn’t have such a thing as shamelessness. After all, if you really have a sense of shame, you won’t do such a thing....Although Sakayanagi did this, it can be confirmed she and Hikigaya did not make much progress. There wasn’t even a handshake....Kushida knew very early that you might like Hachiman Hikigaya. But it’s a pity. A whole semester has passed, and you Sakayanagi Arisu don’t even dare to touch him directly....’

”That’s indeed the character of Yamamura-san. But we shouldn’t blame the victim. We are outside the school now, and there are many uncertainties, so let’s take back orders I gave at school.”

She planned to let Yamamura move freely and stay with group members as much as possible.

Instead of tracking who and who individually.

After all, Sakayanagi herself had experienced being hit by someone getting off the bus to catch other bus in the morning.

”I’m sorry for not thinking it through this time. Let me give credit to Yamamura-san.”

”What about me, Kamuro-san? I even ran back to the hotel to get you gloves this morning.”

”You really know how to ask money for yourself. But I’ve already treated you specially, so there’s no need to directly state that you did those things.” In other words, the olive branch that Sakayanagi extended to Kamuro-san is still valid.

~hehe~

Kamuro-san curled her lips in disdain, she definitely won’t serve this girl after graduation.
