COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

Other side.

Also in supermarket.

”What’s wrong, Amasawa?”

At the end of this sports festival, Class 1-A of won first place + 200 points, while Class D, as an allied class, has now been carried by others.

Got second place, so also got a +100 point.

That’s not all.

Thanks to assistance of Amasawa’s class, a boy and a girl from their Class D both won first place in individual scores.

Girl opted for Class A, while boy took money.

Although it is only valid for half a year, it can also be regarded as a learning experience.

Current score is also very stable.

Grade 1

Class A (Amasawa) 1805 points

Class B (Utomiya) 1005 points

Class C (formerly Yagami) 360 points

Class D (Nanase) 330 points

Nanase is still in Class D, but it seems like she can also experience feeling of climbing up.

Today, final exam results for this semester for their first-year students were announced.

Written examination.

Exchange teams.

The two classes made each other’s papers, and Class A and Class D of Grade 1 were matched.

Therefore, students who are not doing well in both classes should be able to rest assured, after all, they are all wearing the same pants.

Now, Nanase, representing Class D, came with Amasawa to buy a printer and copy paper, to be used when producing the examination papers.

The two of them spent quite a long time choosing, but when Nanase wanted to make a decision, she found that Amasawa seemed to be looking in one direction in a daze.

Nanase looked over curiously.

As expected, she nodded.

”In this sports festival, Horikita-senpai really did win first place. Just as you said, she really went to Class 2-C. Horikita-senpai and Hikigaya-senpai have a really good relationship...I think this is quite romantic.” The innocent junior Nanase was a little envious.

But Amasawa felt sad when she heard this, even though she got her to stop using -san...but now it feels more dangerous.

’Although I already knew that I was not the first one..But I felt unhappy when I saw my senior getting so close to other girls....’

Even though she already knew that Hikigaya-senpai often went out with Kushida-senpai, she also agreed to let girl date him.

Then there should be a lot of intimacy and interaction between the two.

’But, even though I know all this, I’m not as disappointed as I am now when I see Hikigaya-senpai and Horikita-senpai together. Is it because I know that Kushida-senpai will definitely lose? Or is it because I have never considered Kushida-senpai as an opponent? It’s just Horikita-senpai. With her, feels like family...The mood is really subtle.’

On the other hand, after Hikigaya returned to the dormitory, he saw Horikita in maid outfit as he wished.

It’s not luxurious or sexy, it’s just a pure white dress, but it’s true that good-looking people look good no matter what they wear.

Although Horikita-san would reject him with the words, ”Hikigaya-kun, could you please stop looking over here?”

However, Hikigaya-kun felt that he could continue learning to cook with Horikita in this way.

So, two sides settled dinner.

Because he had to go out very early the next day, Hikigaya-kun washed dishes and returned to his dormitory.

Only.

”Click.”

Hikigaya-kun swiped his card to enter the room, but suddenly stopped, because the room was very clean, and both floor and bed had been carefully cleaned.

It has a light fragrance.

In other words, there should be someone to do cleaning.

So is it possible to stay in room?

”...Amasawa?”

However, a sound suddenly appeared in the room which was obviously empty.

”Hey, It’s me!”

Then fluorescent lights were turned on. A girl with purple twintails sat on Hikigaya’s chair.

”But this is not the room you cleaned....”

”It’s annoying. Isn’t this Hikigaya-senpai’s job?”

Hikigaya-kun is the one who wants to be a househusband. Amasawa is determined to go out and work.

The division of labor between the two is very clear.

”Actually, it was Ichinose-senpai who came over. She was very virtuous and serious while doing so. Hehe~”

Hachiman actually didn’t tell Amasawa about his agreement with Ichinose, but she would often follow Kushida, or occasionally stare at him, or aim at his room.

So it must have been discovered quite a while ago.

She just watched Ichinose tidy up the house.

”Because Ichinose-senpai was inside, I could only stay in the corridor and wait for her to leave....”

In other words, she actually arrived very early, but when she saw someone there, passively avoided them.

It sounds a bit pitiful.

Hachiman guessed that she probably just went to Kushida-chan’s room after she found out and waited for Ichinose to leave.

”So, Hikigaya-senpai, since you gave the room card to Kushida-senpai and Ichinose-senpai, why can’t you give it to me? We all signed the same agreement. Meow?” Amasawa seemed a little dissatisfied, she obviously didn’t make sad cat noises before, ”Every time I can only pry open the door to get into your room.”

No no no.

It’s because you often do things like this that Hikigaya-kun doesn’t dare to give you the room card.

Aren’t you going to break in by prying the door?

What do White Room students learn?

Hikigaya-kun is curious. ’Because I’m going on a school trip tomorrow, five days and four nights includes the weekend....’

This took up junior Amasawa’s time every Sunday, so Hachiman asked her to come over in the evening.

By the way, ask her if there are any specialties she wants.

”It’s great to be in Hokkaido. High school life is so fulfilling.” Amasawa now lay on his bed, looking somewhat interested, moving her legs in a teasing up down manner, ”Ah...I wanted to go.”

Her mood is sullen, but it caused him to avoid her legs and change topic.

But Hachiman knew that she was a White Room student, and began training shortly after they were born, which meant that they had been in that facility since they were young.

So, everything outside is new to her.

But she is a freshman now, and this month’s special exam is for freshmen only, not for seniors, so she can only take the written exam.

”So, what specialties do you want----” However, just as Hikigaya asked, someone rang the doorbell.

”Hikigaya! Are you there? Help!”

”…”

It’s a boy’s voice.

So why did a boy come to his dormitory?

”I’ll go out and take a look.”

”Yeah.” Amasawa didn’t have any objections. She had originally thought that if someone came over, she would have to hide somewhere, such as in bathroom, in closet, or even under the bed.

But now it seems that Hikigaya-senpai wants to send him away instead of letting her hide, which means that her side is more important.

This is really comforting.

”....Puff.” Amasawa suddenly came to her senses and almost laughed out loud, because she almost even made a boy jealous?
