COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

If you can book the whole place by yourself, you will feel good.

So Hikigaya-kun stopped making things difficult for Yukimura and instead picked up his own change of clothes and headed to boys’ bathhouse.

Unlike, girls’ bathhouse next door seems to be very lively.

However, the sound insulation is very good, so he could only vaguely feel that there were many people.

But when got to boys’ bathhouse, there was indeed no one there.

However, Hikigaya-kun felt that when he had arrived at the bathhouse, and there seemed to be some noise near door.

It seemed like someone had put up a sign at entrance to prevent others from going in.

When someone wants to get closer, they can vaguely hear it.

”Hikigaya Hachiman is inside.”

”That guy, yes, that 22 centimeters.”

”One during the training camp...”

”What? Then I’ll wash it later.”

”Me too!”

”....”

So, why is this happening?

Hikigaya-kun feels as if he is being excluded.

Compared with boys’, girls’ side is very lively.

During normal times, there are naturally many girls taking a bath.

There are a total of 154 students in the grade. Although they are divided into two groups and placed in different hotels, there are nearly 40 girls where we are now.

If you really give in completely, don’t know when it will be your turn to take a shower.

Sakayanagi is among them, of course, with the puppy beside her, Kamuro-san is washing her hair, and Morishita is holding the shampoo on the side.

It seems like students in Class A have a really good relationship with each other.

”Horikita, Ichinose and Kushida are not here yet.” Kamuro-san noticed this behaviour and reported.

”Everyone’s bathing schedule and habits are different, so it’s not good to interfere too much.”

In fact, Sakayanagi felt that bathhouse was not a place where it was easy to obtain information, after all, there were so many students present and the crowds were diverse.

Once you know the information, it will be easy for others to hear it.

If you seek what you want to know, it may also be exposed.

It’s also good for her if someone like Ichinose doesn’t come.

’Although I am confident in my talent and intelligence, I feel pressured when it comes to my figure....’

But Sakayanagi herself didn’t expect that Ichinose and others would take a bath so late. ’Is it because of me? Pity or are you trying to bully me again, now it makes me even more self-conscious....’

”O ! o”

There is no special restriction on bathing time, you can come as long as you have time, that’s why this hotel is called a hot spring hotel, water is always hot.

When Horikita Suzune arrived at the bathhouse later, she found that there were still two students inside.

They seemed to be talking.

The voice of one of them was more familiar, it was Kikyo Kushida, and Horikita listened carefully to other one and recognized it.

She is a girl named Nishikawa from Class A.

This was a task that Hikigaya-kun assigned to her shortly after she first entered school.

Suzune was asked to recite the entire grade roster so that she could quickly identify all students in the grade.

However, at that time she only had written information, and voices were what she had encountered and recorded over the past year or so.

Horikita is also working hard to grow.

There is nothing much to say about this.

Suzune came to the hot spring without saying hello to the two people in hot spring.

She sat down and immediately felt the warmth of hot spring. It was as if she was completely wrapped up.

”Buff....Fuuuu.”

Bubbles~

Stare~~

”.....” Kushida-chan.

”....” Nishikawa.

”What?”

The two of them seemed to be silent at same time, but it was very quick.

”Yes, I’m also looking forward to tomorrow’s event.” But Kushida-chan continued to talk without looking back.

”Yeah.” Nishikawa also continued to talk to Kushida, and seemed to ignore Horikita who didn’t say hello to them either.

It’s like a wall.

Finally, ten minutes later.

”Well, I’ll be out first....”

If this was a trick to get information, then they should stay, but it was obvious that girl from Class A did not come for this.

Horikita Suzune felt that she had grown and her alertness had improved.

The main reason for this judgment is that after confirming Nishikawa had left, Kushida-chan’s angelic smile disappeared completely, and she even began to turn evil.

”Do you know how to swim, Kushida-san? Or is it your breasts that keeps you floating?”

◕︵◕

”...I have a high tolerance for hot springs, so I’ll wait for Nishikawa to leave first, and then I’ll have the whole place to myself.”

Um....

In other words, she feels that Horikita has disturbed her little world.

”I don’t mean to disturb your social work. But I don’t like taking a hot spring bath with others. So, if you feel dissatisfied, you could have left with Nishikawa-san just now.”

Horikita said calmly.

???

Then why Kushida-chan feels it’s quite explosive to herself, ”Why do you say it like I will have to clean dirty water after you are done bathing?”

”I haven’t said anything like that at all. Could it be because of bathing so long? It’s okay, you can leave Kushida-san.”

”Tsk....Hey, you know what I think, Horikita Suzune is jealous, hehe~”

Suzune was already very clear that the little angel in front of her was just a hypocritical white lotus, with an angelic and a dark side.

However, this kind of scene has been seen many times, or perhaps this is the real Kushida.

Suzune remained quiet, because it’s not upto her if Kushida gets sick, she herself gave her a warning before.

It’s her fault for ignoring it.

”You didn’t listen to me, I meant, I want to take a hot spring bath by myself. So how could I leave first?”

”Do you usually reveal this true side of yourself to Hikigaya-kun?”

”Hmm...?” Kushida-chan seemed to be stuck. She blinked hard to understand it she heard right.

But Horikita didn’t continue topic, and changed herself, ”You have a lot of friends. I haven’t even talked to Nishikawa-san. No, to be correct this is the first time I have seen her face.”

Meow~ Meow~!

However, Kushida-chan also seemed to reject the new topic brought up by Horikita.

In other words, everyone is on school trips and living in a group now. In other words, there are very few opportunities to see Hikigaya alone.

Therefore, it becomes more difficult to vent emotions.

’Then why not go to Horikita to relax now? Anyway, I had put so much effort into this tool of Horikita, but it turned out to be useless, so it’s a good opportunity to make use of it....’

So Kushida-chan complained without any concern, ”That girl was crying and begging me to come with her. She said something shameful. With her skinny body, it’s no wonder she would think that way. After all, a flat plate doesn’t even have corners to put leftovers.”

Although she knew no one could hear her, words were still poisonous.

Fortunately, she didn’t say this in front of Sakayanagi.

But Horikita nodded. ’It turns out that Hikigaya-kun usually has to listen to Kushida-san complaining like this....This true side of hers is very difficult to deal with. Kushida-san was complaining about Nishikawa-san in her heart, but she had to pretend to care about the other person and even help her on face. It’s really hard for Kushida-san.’

Horikita felt that she could not learn this kind of survival mode. ’Compared to me, Kushida-san is still very important. Therefore, it is often seen that Hikigaya-kun and her have a close personal relationship.....’

It’s just noticed that Kushida moved a little closer to her.

”You and I are considered good friends in the eyes of other people, so it would be weird if we kept such a distance as friends, right Horikita.”

”Stop. If you come any closer I will report Kushida-san for harassment.”

”Eh....”

In other words, do you want to blame little angel Kushida-chan? Can you not do face-saving project?

”Who would come here at this time?” Horikita was actually thinking of taking a shower later and then renting place out.

So, deliberately chose a later time to come.

Sure enough, when she arrived at the big bathhouse, didn’t encounter any noisy scene.

But who else would choose this time?

”Horikita Suzune!”

”I finally waited for you!”

A girl with a very flat body, who was similar to Nishikawa classmate who needed to be consoled, walked in.

But this is Ibuki Rei, tool that Horikita used to trick into coming to Class C.

As for what she said at sports festival, she wanted Ibuki to assist her, and then would find an opportunity to compete with Ibuki.

But until now, she is still standing Ibuki up.

After all, the goal has been achieved, so why bother with Ibuki?

The result seems to be that leaving opponent alone will only provoke Ibuki’s anger.

”I clearly asked you for several gambling challenges, why did you reject them all!”

Ibuki felt that she was cheated.

”Nani Core...! Do you gamble?”
