Chapter 1033: Chapter 601: New Play_2

Yuk Chu said, ”No, no, Yin Zhou is not the type of person who shirks responsibility. He will definitely take on the responsibility of being a father.”

Yuk Chu’s tone was full of confidence in Yin Zhou.

Zhou Yun also didn’t think Yin Zhou was someone who wouldn’t take responsibility, but this matter is too significant, and until it’s time to bear responsibility, no one knows what choice the person will ultimately make.

Zhou Yun also dared not guarantee that Yin Zhou would definitely take responsibility.

This child was not planned by them; it was an accident.

Yuk Chu said, ”Sister Lan, Xiao Yun, I’ll talk to Yin Zhou about this myself. Whether he wants to acknowledge this child or not won’t affect my decision to have this baby.”

Yuk Chu was very determined.

Upon hearing Yuk Chu say this, Zhou Yun and Zhou Lan naturally could only support her.

...

After leaving Yuk Chu’s house, Zhou Yun and Zhou Lan exchanged a bitter smile in the elevator.

Zhou Lan asked, ”What do you think Yin Zhou’s attitude will be?”

”I don’t know.” Zhou Yun shook her head, ”Yin Zhou is already under a lot of financial pressure, and if this child is born, there will be more expenses.”

”Yuk Chu’s own income is more than enough to raise the child; the key is whether Yin Zhou is willing to accept the fact that he has to be a father,” Zhou Lan sighed, ”Honestly, if I were in Yin Zhou’s position, suddenly being told I have a child, my first reaction would definitely be refusal.”

Zhou Yun: ”Huh? Sister Lan, would that be your reaction?”

”Suddenly having someone in your life who you’re unable to sever ties with for the rest of your life, if it were you, would you be able to accept it willingly?”

”No.”

”It’s terrifying,” Zhou Lan said.

”When you put it that way, it is a bit scary.”

”More than just a bit,” Zhou Lan walked out of the elevator, asking, ”Did you drive here?”

”Yes.”

”Then I won’t see you off,” Zhou Lan yawned, ”I’ll go home and catch up on sleep; I didn’t rest well after running here last night.”

”You’ve worked hard,” Zhou Yun said to Zhou Lan, ”Go home and rest, I’ll come back later to keep her company.”

”Okay.”

Zhou Yun returned home and told Song Chi about the matter.

Song Chi stared at Zhou Yun in disbelief and asked, ”Really?”

Zhou Yun: ”Yes, really.”

”This...” Song Chi was taken aback.

Zhou Yun suddenly thought of the question Zhou Lan asked her, so she asked Song Chi, ”If I suddenly told you I was pregnant, what would your reaction be?”

Song Chi’s eyes widened in shock: ”You’re pregnant too?”

”No! I just wanted to ask, if I suddenly told you I was pregnant, would you be happy?”

”If it were you, of course I’d be happy,” Song Chi said.

”What if it were your ex-girlfriend?” Zhou Yun asked again.

Song Chi: ”...Impossible, right? Can one get pregnant out of thin air?”

Zhou Yun: ”...”

Zhou Yun said, ”I mean, if you broke up with someone and after a while, they suddenly told you she’s pregnant, what would your reaction be?”

Song Chi blinked and fell silent, thinking for a long time without speaking.

Well, Zhou Yun didn’t need to hear Song Chi say the answer himself.

”I just want to know how Yin Zhou will react now,” Zhou Yun sat down, ”If Yin Zhou refuses to accept it, then Chuchu will have to raise this child on her own?”

She pondered deeply.

Song Chi sat down next to Zhou Yun and held her in his arms.

”Don’t always think of the worst possible outcome.”

Zhou Yun shook her head and said, ”I just have a habit of preparing for the worst, so if it does happen, I won’t be overly surprised.”

Song Chi said, ”Haven’t you known Yin Zhou for a long time? Don’t you know what kind of person he is?”

”The Yin Zhou I know is only the face he shows me. When Lew Qingqing was in love with her young boyfriend, wasn’t it sweet and inseparable despite being in a hopeless environment? In the end, the person who once promised everlasting love still escaped the mountain of reality, and Lew Qingqing had to give birth to the child on her own.”

”Don’t be pessimistic about everyone because of Lew Qingqing’s experience,” Song Chi gently stroked Zhou Yun’s black hair and said, ”At least I won’t.”

”That’s because you love me now.”

”I will always love you.”

”Every couple at the beginning of their relationship thinks their love will last forever.”
