Caught in Affairs with Superstar

Chapter 1029: Chapter 600: Who Is Your Child’s Father? (Part 3)

This requires substantial funding to achieve the desired public relations effect.

Meanwhile, Zhou Yun herself must appear as much as possible in front of influential judges, leaving a good impression and bringing herself into their ”sphere of vision.”

Many later award ceremonies sent invitations to Zhou Yun, inviting her to attend.

Every event is interested in the emergent fresh blood.

However, Zhou Yun can only politely decline, as she soon has to return home to join a film shoot.

She cannot stay in the United States for long.

At the second award ceremony, Zhou Yun met Elizabeth again.

Elizabeth smiled and said, ”Are you about to return to China? Recently, I’ve heard many people complain that you’re hard to invite.”

Zhou Yun helplessly said, ”I have another film starting production soon, and I need to hurry back for filming.”

Elizabeth: ”I know, Shi Luoqi has already explained this to many people.”

”That’s great, I don’t want everyone to mistakenly think I’m arrogant.”

”Not at all, in these days you’ve fully captivated many with your charm,” Elizabeth said. ”Even my agent says you should actually stay and develop in Hollywood. Your image and language skills could secure you a place here.”

Zhou Yun: ”I’ll be back in the United States for filming soon.”

Elizabeth nodded and advised, ”Remember to let me know when you’re in New York or Los Angeles. I really like you, we should keep in touch in the future.”

Zhou Yun nodded in agreement.

”Contact me anytime when you come to China too,” Zhou Yun said, ”China’s transportation is very convenient now, we can reach any city within One Day.”

Elizabeth was a bit surprised, ”Is it that convenient?”

”Yes.” Zhou Yun nodded with a smile.

Actually, for foreigners like Elizabeth visiting China, unless it’s a long journey, they often only visit one city.

Elizabeth hasn’t experienced China’s transportation network.

When she attends events, she typically only makes international flights landing at Beijing or Shanghai, and during leisure time, she visits a few famous attractions to take a quick tour, and that’s usually it.

During this day’s award ceremony, ”Behind the Scenes” also went home empty-handed.

The Best Foreign Language Film was won by a Danish film, which was the frontrunner for the Best Foreign Language Film this year.

Zhou Yun, along with Shi Luoqi, Xue Qin, You Jiang, and Paimon’s staff took a group photo.

After this day, Zhou Yun would temporarily leave the ”Behind the Scenes” promotional team.

Whether she returns next time depends on whether the ”Behind the Scenes” Oscar journey goes smoothly and whether it remains on the path to the Oscars.

Zhou Yun completed her final work in the United States and embarked on her journey back to China.

Zhou Yun frequently made trending searches during these two weeks — her exposure during these two weeks was substantial, attending many public events, meaning her various styles captured the fashion world’s attention, and every film-related task was noted by the film industry.

And there are many people watching these two circles.

Therefore, almost every public event, Zhou Yun would make trending searches, attracting public attention.

On the day she returned home, many fans received the news and hurried to the airport to greet her.

Wearing sunglasses, Zhou Yun was immediately blinded by countless flashlights.

Fortunately, she wore sunglasses.

This was Zhou Yun’s inner monologue.

She waved at everyone, smiled once or twice, but faced with various questions, she did not say One Word in response.

Zhou Yun dislikes the actions of fans sending off or receiving at the airport — she’s already mentioned this.

This is a public space, and such behavior quite affects the surrounding environment. Zhou Yun dislikes the feeling of being surrounded by crowds, each calling out her name.

But Zhou Yun is not in a position to criticize fans for doing wrong; she knows this is their way of expressing affection, and she knows no matter how many times she says it, it won’t change the situation.

Zhou Yun never holds an optimistic view of relationships between idols and fans; only naive people think all fans will listen to idols.

Zhou Yun doesn’t think her fans would heed her words either.
