Caught in Affairs with Superstar

Chapter 1032: Chapter 601: A New Drama

Zhou Yun parked the car, hurriedly entered the elevator, and went straight to Yuk Chu’s doorstep, ringing the doorbell.

After a few seconds, Zhou Lan came over to open the door.

The first moment Zhou Yun’s eyes met hers, Zhou Lan knew what Zhou Yun wanted to ask.

Zhou Lan replied, ”It’s Yin Zhou’s.”

”...” Zhou Yun thought to himself, ”Not surprising.”

Not the least bit unexpected.

Yuk Chu had dated Yin Zhou for some time, but Yuehai intervened and they broke up.

However, Zhou Yun always felt that the two never really severed their ties.

Yin Zhou, who has already decided to leave the circle, surprisingly had a child at this moment.

Zhou Yun asked, ”Does Yin Zhou know about this?”

Zhou Lan shook her head, saying, ”No, Yuk Chu said not to tell him yet, she doesn’t want him to know.”

Zhou Yun frowned, asking, ”Does she plan to hide it from Yin Zhou? Why?”

”Probably doesn’t want to burden Yin Zhou with worries at this time,” Zhou Lan said, ”You know about Yin Zhou’s dad’s situation.”

Zhou Yun: ”But this is no small matter, a child, Yin Zhou is the father, no matter what, they cannot hide it from him.”

”I don’t think Yuk Chu plans to keep it from him forever, just hasn’t decided yet,” Zhou Lan sighed, ”Yuk Chu might not have decided whether to keep the child.”

”How is she doing now?” Zhou Yun put on slippers and walked inside with Zhou Lan.

Zhou Lan said, ”She’s sleeping, hasn’t slept well at all last night.”

”So what should we do about it now?” Zhou Yun asked.

Zhou Lan said, ”I’ll talk to her first, no matter what, Yin Zhou has to know about this before any decision can be made. Whether to keep the child, he can’t be informed only after the fact.”

”That’s what I think too,” Zhou Yun nodded.

With Yuk Chu asleep in her room, Zhou Yun didn’t disturb her; she sat with Zhou Lan on the sofa, discussing how to proceed with the matter.

”Either, keep the child or don’t keep it.”

Zhou Lan said, ”Not keeping the child makes things quite straightforward and not complex; if kept, there are many problems to face. First, will Yin Zhou and Yuk Chu get married? Second, if they don’t marry, who will the child stay with? Third, should the matter be kept secret or made public?”

Thinking about these brings a tangled mess, numerous follow-up troubles.

Yet, Zhou Yun knows that despite the troubles, they must be faced.

Especially for Yin Zhou and Yuk Chu, they must face it.

An hour later, Yuk Chu came out of the room.

She saw Zhou Yun and greeted, ”Xiao Yun.”

Zhou Yun walked over and hugged Yuk Chu.

”How are you?”

”I’m dazed,” Yuk Chu smiled helplessly, ”Never thought I’d encounter something like this.”

Zhou Yun asked, ”Have you decided whether to tell Yin Zhou about this matter?”

Yuk Chu nodded, ”Of course, I’ll tell him. I just haven’t decided when yet.”

”Then let me ask you, if you were to marry Yin Zhou now, would you be willing to?”

Yuk Chu sank into distress.

”I hadn’t thought about this.”

Zhou Yun asked again, ”So... do you want to keep the child?”

”Of course, keep it,” Yuk Chu said firmly and without hesitation, ”No matter what, I’ll have it.”

”But, Chuchu, you must realize that having the child is a lifelong matter, are you ready?” Zhou Lan said, ”Once the child is born, you can never regret it, and think about this: if you don’t plan to marry Yin Zhou and you have a child, it might make marrying another man later much harder.”

Yuk Chu nodded, ”I know, I know the problems I might encounter, but Sister Lan, it’s life, I already feel it breathing inside me, I can’t possibly abort it; otherwise, I’d regret it forever.”

”If that’s the case, then contact Yin Zhou,” Zhou Lan said, ”He’s the father, he has the right to know, but have you thought about what attitudinal stance Yin Zhou might have? Would he be willing to become a father at such a young age?”

Yuk Chu did not speak.

Zhou Lan continued, ”Lew Qingqing’s child is with her previous boyfriend, but he was unwilling to become a father and bear those responsibilities at such a young age, so he broke up with Lew Qingqing; Lew Qingqing insisted on having the child and is now a single mother, you know her situation well, these are potential issues you could face.”
