Chapter 1277: Chapter 1278: This is Their Skill

As soon as she seized the ball, Tobanya kicked it high into the air; the ball was kicked so high it nearly disappeared from sight, but Shi Shi quickly and accurately arrived at the spot where the ball would land.

”Vice instructor!” As Shi Shi called for Ye Zhi, she also kicked the ball towards Ye Zhi.

Ye Zhi immediately bypassed Li Wuyu, who was blocking her, lifted her foot, and kicked the ball directly into the eye of the wind.

”Ahhhhhh...” Now it was Ye Zhi’s team’s turn to cheer.

Du Aya expressed her dissatisfaction to An Jing: ”Instructor, who kicks the ball that high until it’s out of sight? If it’s out of sight, how can we even kick it?”

An Jing said, ”There’s no rule against it. We can also kick the ball that high; we just need someone on our team who can catch the ball this precisely and kick it to a teammate.”

In other words, this was their skill.

Only then did Du Aya stop complaining and accepted that Ye Zhi’s team had scored a goal as well.

Just after Ye Zhi kicked the ball through the eye of the wind, she came to show off to An Jing: ”Boss, I scored a goal, what about you? When will you score?”

An Jing was instantly both annoyed and amused.

Li Wuyu, however, said dominantly: ”So, this is how you kick the ball, right? Well, I won’t be polite to you anymore. See how the ball is under my control; let’s see how you can still kick it like that!”

Unexpectedly, Li Wuyu really did dominate the ball for the entire game, not letting it return to the feet of Ye Zhi’s team.

”Lie Qi!” Seeing a good opportunity, Li Wuyu then kicked the ball towards Lie Qi.

But the ball was too high, and judging by Lie Qi’s position, he couldn’t reach it with his foot. Lie Qi thought to try and head it into the eye of the wind, but before he could jump up, someone beat him to it.

Du Aya leapt high into the air and headed the ball into the eye of the wind.

Du Aya was naturally tall, and the height of her leap was simply beyond what Lie Qi could achieve.

Lie Qi could tell that even if he jumped, he wouldn’t have been able to head the ball into the eye of the wind.

And as soon as Du Aya had headed the ball into the eye of the wind, before An Jing and her team had time to cheer, Du Aya went crazy with joy, laughing as she ran a lap around the field, happily shouting, ”I scored! Haha, I scored!”

When Du Aya returned, An Jing and her teammates wanted to toss Du Aya in the air to celebrate, but Du Aya was too stout and heavy for the few of them to lift easily, so they forwent that idea. Instead, they circled around Du Aya, holding and bouncing together with her as a way to celebrate.

It wasn’t until An Jing and her teammates finished celebrating that Ye Zhi asked An Jing, ”What’s going on with your team? It’s always those who are not good at kicking the ball that score.”

An Jing laughed and said, ”This shows that every member of our team cannot be underestimated; every player is indispensable.”

”Right!” Du Aya and the others immediately echoed in agreement.

With a bit of time left in the game and only leading by one goal more than Ye Zhi’s team, it was possible for Ye Zhi’s team to catch up at any moment, so no one on An Jing’s team dared to let their guard down.

However, because their team was one goal ahead, their morale was greatly boosted.

Perhaps it was the confidence from scoring a goal that made Du Aya a lot more agile than when she first started kicking the ball; now, she seemed to move with much more flexibility.

Everyone saw her, along with An Jing and Li Wuyu, passing the ball to you, then to me, or to her.
