COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

”Students who have completed all five events can go to refueling area as specified.”

”Eh...does that I can’t go to cheer people?

”Yeah, why are you sending you home?”

”• ? •” It took a while for Suzune to understand these people’s thoughts, because if you are tired, why do you want to still move around, and cheer other people?

”Well....if you’re interested, then go watch other classes’ games and get their data. After all, we are in second year now, and we will experience the sports festival again next year.”

”|||❛︵❛.)” Kushida-chan’s smile turned upside down, feeling helpless.

It’s all in order.

”Then I’ll go.” Karuizawa volunteered to sign up, ”My five projects are finished. I will definitely keep an eye on players from other classes.”

”I see. I’ll help too.” Sato felt like if she stayed here, work would be too much for her, ”My fifth project will start in ten minutes. After my five projects are finished, I will also go to investigate.”

”Sato-san, didn’t you say you will participate in horseback fighting?” But, Suzune gave her no face at all.

”...Ah...Hehe~Of course, I’ll sign up for the horseback fighting event. Kei, why don’t you come along as well?”

”Hey...my stamina isn’t very good.”

”Well... actually, Shinohara today...” Sato spoke softly to Karuizawa, and it seemed that she could vaguely hear that girl suddenly had that in morning, and now feeling uncomfortable.

”Oh....” Karuizawa agreed.

”Then, I will trouble you to do more work.” Suzune finalised her works in a little notebook, without being thankful at all.

”O——O” Chiaki Matsushita.

This scene made Matsushita, a student standing by, feel speechless, because weren’t they supposed to cheer her on?

Aren’t they very good friends?

”Horikita-san.”

At this time, a crisp voice came from behind Horikita.

Everyone looked over and immediately found that a petite girl with silver straight hair and a black beret was walking towards them.

Her fair and delicate face had a faint smile, revealing two charming dimples.

”President Sakayanagi!” The others were a little surprised.

”What should I do....? Do we need to bow...Hey, can anyone tell me?”

”Move over, you commoner!”

”Sakayanagi-san.”

Horikita’s eyes became alert, and she didn’t dare to relax at all because of Sakayanagi’s appearance.

Because she has more contact with Hikigaya-kun, and even in the past promotion process, Hikigaya had to trick Sakayanagi Arisu several times before he could get points, Suzune is also very wary of this Sakayanagi-san.

”President Sakayanagi came here this time, because she felt that our class could threaten yours? Or did you see that our classmate Ayanokoji-kun defeated Koenji-kun, and then hoped Ayanokoji-kun would not participate in the afternoon event? If that’s your purpose, you can go home and take a rest. Our class cannot accept such a thing.”

Looks quite aggressive.

¯\\_(⊙︿⊙)_/¯

Sakayanagi’s face became like this. ’Um....I have to say that Horikita-san doesn’t have many friends. Even if you come here with good intentions, you will be hindered by her.’

However, Horikita is now commander of second-year D class, so when facing the representatives of other classes, she naturally has to stand up.

”First of all, I’m not the commander of Class 2-A sports festival this time.” However, Sakayanagi remained quite calm, because she has dealt with a girl like her in the student council on a daily basis, ”So you don’t have to be hostile to me.”

She even smiled slightly and said sweetly, ”My class also cooperated with you and gave up participating in the long jump event. Isn’t that enough? So I just came here to say hello.”

”Okay, it’s done. So, what do you want to do here now?” Horikita said coldly without giving any face.

She didn’t believe that Sakayanagi was so kind and just came to say hello.

”Hey, Horikita, what are you doing!?”

”The girl said she didn’t sign up for the long jump, so she’s our partner. Your attitude is really bad!”

As expected, some boys in Class D had already started to complain.

Obviously, they were deceived by Sakayanagi’s cute appearance.

”I looked up to you....Horikita-san!”

”Yeah, it’s okay. We can’t ever hope to date a beautiful girl like you, and can only hope to see from afar...But, it’s really too much....!”

After all, Sakayanagi’s delicate appearance easily aroused boys’ desire to protect her.

Not to mention that Sakayanagi was leaning on a cane, and looked like she had difficulty walking.

Coupled with Sakayanagi’s fake and friendly smile, all of this makes these lickers even more pitiful.

”Are you guys stupid?” Sudo cursed right on the spot, ”Although this girl is Student council president, she is still the leader of Class A! Do you think she is a girl like Kushida?”

”She must be terrifying! Also, the other class isn’t participating in long jump because our class rented playground in exchange on the 20th!”

”You call them partners, but we are probably being ripped off!”

Um....Kushida-chan, whose name he called, looked over.

It seems that she did a good job of disguising herself.

Even after going through special exam that everyone agreed on, and then going through grouping that would lower her evaluation, her popularity did not drop.

Sudo can actually think. It’s amazing.

”What? Sudo, you are jealous, right?”

”Huh? I’m really annoyed by you idiots who are dreaming about shit?” Sudo laughed in anger.

Karuizawa and the others who were here just now didn’t say a word. These boys are really stupid.

Regardless of whether it is true or not, isn’t it intentional exposure of one’s own weakness to fight among oneself when facing outsiders?

”It’s really incredible.” Sakayanagi chuckled, and it was unclear what she was sighing about.

But those bootlickers were stunned for a moment.

As a result, people became increasingly dissatisfied with Sudo and Horikita.

How could such a cute girl be danger?

”You guys are really lively. I heard it all next door.” However, at this time a new voice interrupted.

Everyone looked over and saw that it was Ryuen-san with magenta hair parted in the middle.

He walked in with Ibuki and Albert.

”Ryuen, shouldn’t you be finishing your project now?” Sudo would never forgive Ryuen.

At last year’s sports meet, he was grossly disgusted and betrayed by Ryuen.

So, this is like enemies meeting and being extremely jealous of each other.

If his vigilance was raised by 50% just now because of Sakayanagi’s arrival, it has now become 100% with the addition of anger.

”What do you want to do again? Then you missed it! Because I completed all 5 compulsory events and got first place in all of them!” Sudo looked very proud.

Only, if he had a tail to show it off.

”Haha... so you performed okay, but this was without my intervention, so are you happy about it? It’s just that I don’t want to confront you. My morning project is finished.”

”What! Oh no! My project has also started!” A student from Class D shouted immediately, ”What should I do? What should I do?”

Because he is going to do the shot put.

But now it has already started.

If you fail to arrive at the scene, you will be judged as a failure.

2 points will be deducted.

”….” This made Kamuro-san, who had accompanied Sakayanagi, speechless.

Although Class D seems to be intimidating because of Ayanokoji, it seems people are just overthinking it.

”Horikita-san.” Sakayanagi explained why she came, because it’s getting too loud here, ”I just came here just to chat and become friends. If you perform well and get first place. Then I welcome you to join Class 2A. I see your perseverance, and recognize you on behalf of Class 2A.”

”What?”

One word can cause a thousand deaf or sleeping bots to reboot their system.

The students around her finally realized that Horikita is not working hard to get 2 million personal points for first place, but... wanted to get a transfer ticket to Class A?

How, how could this happen? After Koenji, another student is going to Class A!

”Horikita-san, what Sakayanagi-san said isn’t true, right?”

”Do you really want to use the class transfer coupon?”

”Why?”

”Are you going to follow Koenji’s example and betray us?”

”I was your number one fan, Horikita-san!”

”…” Suzune was immediately surrounded.

”You’re amazing, Sakayanagi. You’re really good at controlling people’s minds.” Ryuen took his people away.

He thought there would be something fun here, but Sakayanagi has already disturbed people.

Every word she said destroyed the atmosphere and cohesion of Horikita’s class.

”Friends.”

So to speak.

There was no need for Ryuen to take action, as morale of second-year class D was already low.

As a result, those students had no intention of participating in various projects in sixth session in the afternoon.

”Is Horikita Suzune really going to Class A?” However, there are idiots in Ryuen’s class.

That is Ibuki-san.

She also heard Sakayanagi’s invitation to Horikita Suzune.

In this sports festival, in addition to class competition, individuals can also compete.

However, Ryuen has analyzed that the first place individual reward is 2 million points and a class transfer coupon.

The points are of course needless to say, but class transfer coupon is useless.

’You, Horikita Suzune, actually want to run to Class A? Even if you want to transfer back, do you still want to go to Class A to learn from experience? This kind of thing....’

”Hey Horikita, you’re going to Class A, right? So your goal is to get highest score among second-year girls, right? I won’t lose to you! The transfer paper is mine. I’m going to Class B.”

( ‾ʖ̫‾) Ryuen’s face became plain.
