COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

”Is the class transfer voucher bound to real name? Is trading allowed?”

Sakagami thought that Hikigaya would ask very important questions about class decision-making on behalf of Ryuen-sam who was absent today.

But, why do you ask such weird questions?

”The question you want to ask is not described in the information I got. I have to report it. Wait a moment.”

Then he took out his mobile phone and started editing the message and sending it to examiner.

Hey, you got a reply so fast!

[That’s an interesting question.]

Sakagami seemed to be reading the examiner’s reply,

[At first, I didn’t consider the possibility that some students would sell their transfer places. But there may be such a demand.....]

[Unfortunately, after my consideration, this time class transfer voucher is only worth 2 million personal points, so there are many restrictions, it is bound to the real name, and will be invalid after the expiration date. At the same time, non-real-name users cannot use it.]

”It can’t be sold.” Teacher Sakagami looked over.

In fact, he also reacted.

If it is a good thing, then it can naturally be traded to class to generate income, but it cannot be sold.

In Ryuen’s class, although there are many people who are good at sports, there are almost no absolute top students.

On the girls’ side, there are girls like Kinoshita who are professional sports majors and can compete for it.

But if a sports athlete in your class wins first place and gets a transfer ticket, she can transfer to another class, then yours will lose a great athlete.

Damn it’s poisonous.

”I see.” As he said this, Hikigaya-kun has already sat down.

Because he already understood the reasons why there would be class transfer papers and this method of adding and deducting points in evaluation scores at this sports festival.

’This is a special exam for 3rd graders, who are about to graduate, but due to the delay caused by Nagumo-senpai, competition among the class is not fierce enough. At the same time, remaining days in school for 3rd graders is not enough....But now. The chairman is stirring up spirit and intensity. It’s like forcing things to happen, should be very effective. The gap of 400 points is enough to make Class 3A and Class 3B go all out, take it seriously, and show their talents. At the same time, class transfer volume appeared. It’s useless to others. It is only valid for one semester and must be transferred back once it expires. But this transfer certificate will be used in next semester. For 3rd graders, it means...if it is confirmed that Class A of 3rd grade wins, then two athletes in the lower positions of Class BCD can be promoted. Therefore, the lower-ranking classes in 3rd grade have secured two places to be promoted to Class A! To get this spot, you don’t need to collect 20 million, but you can directly apply for it by performing well in this sports festival. Moreover, selection is based on students from one’s own grade, and is divided into genders... One place for boys and one place for girls. The pressure was reduced instantly.....!’

Hikigaya-kun is thinking very deeply right now, but Shiina Hiyori felt like he needed to be put on line, ”It won’t be sold to others.”

She reminded him just in case, because this boy just went silent after Sakagami’s response.

”.....”

Of course, there is more to it than that.

The rules of this sports festival are that every student has 5 basic points, and after participating in 5 compulsory events, they can get another 5 points.

This means that a student can bring at least 10 points to class. There are only 20 students in Grade 3 Class A.

The starting total score is 20X10=200 points

22 students in Grade 3 Class B. Starting total score: 22 x 10 = 220 points

31 people in Grade 3 Class C. Starting total score 31X10=310 points

33 people in Grade 3 Class D. Starting total score: 33 x 10 = 330 points

So this is victory of the class with more students, and one who takes the initiative has advantage.

Therefore, you can mobilize the lower classes to start a fierce rebellion.

Because if you hold on, the one with more people will win, Class A and B will be at the bottom.

’What a horrible and direct conspiracy and overt plot, 3rd grader.’ Even Hikigaya-kun felt sorry for them.

Since this was not his class’s home court, and he didn’t even have any cheats, Hikigaya-kun looked at Shiina, who was sitting next to him.

At this moment, Hiyori was still recording and searching for key words, and then decided to use easy-to-understand words to help the classmates understand exam rules more completely.

”It won’t be sold to others.”

Um....She has worked hard enough.

However, he always felt like how cute Shiina Hiyori was in a kimono, and now back to wearing her normal school uniform.

But, also think that other person has become more cute.

Second year class B, Ichinose’s class.

”This sports festival is still an advantage for our class. As long as Koenji doesn’t participate like last year.....”

People don’t want to think badly.

”I am sorry to disappoint you. When I came to class, I walked up the stairs and saw Koenji going towards upper floor. It seems that he has already paid the fee for promotion.”

Class C and D are downstairs, and only B and A are upstairs.

”That is to say...”

Shibata-kun almost crashed into the wall beside him, ”Did...Did he, I mean Koenji go to Class A?”

Ah....Fuck!

Koenji Rokusuke is a real monster.

He won genuine first place in the uninhabited island exam which just ended a month ago.

Everyone admits that other is a person who came from another world.

Although, Koenji was absent from last year’s sports festival.

But now that he has gone to a new class, he will definitely become more capable!

So in this sports festival, Class 2-A will definitely take first place!

A new dark cloud appeared over the Class 2-B, which had just awakened and gained some awareness.

”It only means we don’t have any talent in class to participate. Nothing more horrible than what Ichinose-san can achieve on 50m Marathon.”

Today’s Himeno Yuki is also very cold.

It made people’s smile bitterly.

”o _ o” Ichinose decided to just focus on what to eat during lunch break quietly instead.

xxxxxxx

Lunch break.

Student Council.

Brush, brush, brush.

All members of student council, from president to Vice president, to secretary and accountant, were required to work overtime at noon.

”💢” Ichinose felt like this day was just getting worse, her face became sullen which was actually rare.

”It’s alright Ichinose-san. I understand what you’re going through right now.”

It’s none other than, Sakayanagi Arisu who was comforting her to not feel herself being isolated.

”But..But... it’s like the whole world is targeting me! I can’t eat, Mako-chan told me to go on a diet again....”

”Hehe~~~” Amasawa covered her mouth, and tried her best not to laugh at these two miserable people with extreme body contrast seemed to be hugging each other.

The statement is that more overtime is being done during lunch break, and the usual working hours for student council members after school in afternoon from now until the sports festival will be cancelled.

No one can refute this.

Because rewards and punishments of the sports festival are very harsh. All classes need to take it seriously.

At same time, entire grade will participate in this sports festival.

Although most events have grade restrictions, some group events may allow students to compete with from other grades.

The projects that all students can sign up for are quite free.

”Registration starts at 6 o’clock tonight and ends at 0:00 on 25th.”

”All students need to choose 5 out of a dozen projects to sign up for and participate in. You can understand this as mandatory participation. As long as you sign up for these five projects and participate on the day, you will get 1 bonus point regardless of success or failure.”

”But these projects have limited requirements for the number of people and number of sessions.”

”So it’s first come, first served, the first one to sign up will get a spot, and once the number of people is reached, the project will close for registration.”

”Everyone only has three chances to regret. Please consider it carefully.”

These are registration rules told to them by their class teachers.

Some common and easy-to-score projects have become particularly popular.

After all, you can get rewards by signing up and participating, so you can play in any project.

However, it is not actually possible.

For example, if there is a standing long jump event, you did not sign up for it and instead signed up for the triple jump.

The amount of physical energy required will increase.

And because triple jump is less common than standing long jump, it requires additional training, which takes up more time.

In this way, although it is just registration, will also affect many factors such as individual and class scores, physical fitness distribution, etc.

Even students who are members of council need to sign up for suitable projects as early as possible.

Then it would be too cruel to work overtime in Student Council at this time.

So, it can be understood as President Sakayanagi’s love for everyone to quickly send others away.

This love was accepted by everyone.

”Thank you for your hard work tod---Yukinoshita, work is done. You can go home now.”

”Really.... it’s over.”

Even Yukino’s mood was a bit down today, her responses were very cold, when Hachiman tried to push some of his own work to her.

Ichinose’s face looked very sympathetic towards this junior.

The lunch break was not very long.

President Sakayanagi finished the work she needed to do and left with her puppy.

Tweet~ Tweet~

She received a message from her father on her mobile phone.

Remind her that she is not allowed to participate in sports festival’s events.

In response, Arisu Sakayanagi curled her lips.

Her father was still the same and forbade her to participate in any sports, but she had no choice but to accept it as her health was like that.

We can only hope that medical science will continue to advance and be able to address her heart problems.

”So, what’s the situation over here? Is it any fun to watch?” Sakayanagi-san held the cane in her left hand and passed 3rd grade building.

On small blackboard on first floor, current 3rd grade class evaluation scores are displayed.

Grade 3

Class A: 1846 points

Class B 1449 points

Class C, 640 points

Class D, 534 points

Among them, Class A of Grade 3 is far ahead, while C and D are lagging behind.

However, this time sports festival can gain up to 400 points. If Class A fails to defend or even gets fooled, it means that Class B of 3rd grade still has hope.

But if Class 3-A had been able to defend itself, perhaps the following special exam would not have been so intense, because Class 3-B would have found it difficult to catch up.

Of course, Sakayanagi didn’t care about the third graders at all.

Although she looks frail, that’s just how Miss Sakayanagi is.

She doesn’t care about the situation of people she doesn’t care about.

On the contrary, they want to control every move of people they care about.

What Arisu wants now is relationship between Hikigaya and Yukinoshita.
