COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

At this time, Ichinose and Yukinoshita had already changed into their performance costumes and came out.

All I can say is that good-looking people can wear whatever they want.

Sakura-san has a very good taste.

Fortunately, Hikigaya-kun had experienced the contrasting shock from many rehearsals and Chabashira-sensei before, so his heart was able to withstand it.

”The song White Album will be on stage in one minute~! Yoohoo!”

”Get ready, everyone!” The host opened curtain and said to people waiting for a short note.

1 minute! That’s really tight time.

The people who are here now are all social elites in this school.

Either she is the most beautiful girl in the school, or is a little devil who aims to take over two classes, or she has attacked all students in school, or she is an archangel who is loved by everyone.

Ichinose picked up silver microphone that was placed aside. She no longer had the slight nervousness girl had before, but showed a smile that made people’s heart beat faster.

”Well, Hikigaya-kun, Amasawa, and Yukinoshita, let’s complete this final performance together!”

”I understand, Melon-senpai!”

”Meow?”

As long as you can hold on for this half hour, this special test of harvesting guests will come to an end.

Everyone came to stage.

Although it was a temporary, no corners were cut and it appeared spacious, with musical instruments already on display.

The lights were very bright, giving people an inexplicable feeling of excitement and nervousness.

Hikigaya-kun sat in the position where the pianist should be.

Looking around, none of Yukinoshita and the others were stage frightened.

Even Ichinose, who seemed a little unconfident just now, now maintained a polite smile.

It turned out that she was either a top student or a good communicator with strong psychological quality.

In other words, Ichinose only shows her weak side to him now, which makes her look quite dazzling to the outside world.

I don’t know if this is a good or bad change.

However, Hachiman noticed that although Yukinoshita was not stage-frightened, she frequently looked in one direction, and seemed to be relieved after a few times.

Although he was standing on a brightly lit stage, the stage below was actually quite dark, but Hikigaya-kun could still see the crowd below at a glance.

Then, following the direction that Yukinoshita Yukino had just been paying attention to, he found a beautiful young lady in seventh row.

That was Yukinoshita’s elder sister, Yukinoshita Haruno, who looked 70% similar to his junior.

Hachiman knew why Yukinoshita had just breathed a sigh of relief.

She said that person she was meeting now was her sister, but was actually more nervous that her mother would come.

This time, many parents got invited two children to the event, usually one parent with one sibling, so Yukino was worried this would be the case in her own family.

But now, Haruno was sitting quietly, with an empty seat next to her, with no one there.

In other words, Yukinoshita understood that her mother did not come.

However, Hachiman still took one more look in the direction of Yukinoshita Haruno.

Because when Chabashira was performing, Hachiman deliberately used the expression of a student to express his feelings to restrain the male teachers’ behavior, and at that time someone deliberately echoed him loudly, ”By the way, I didn’t realize it before, but I think our class’s Chabashira is also a great beauty.....”

But that was not voice of the second-year class D student, but voice of Yukinoshita Haruno.

Obviously, she must have seized the atmosphere and deliberately heated it up, thus adding fuel to the fire.

What a big devil!

That’s not all.

When Hachiman looked over, he found that Yukinoshita Haruno actually nodded slightly at him and then blinked.

Although she is an older sister, she gives people a very cute feeling.

Hachiman felt as if he was attacked by the opponent.

Wrong, Wait a moment!

Hikigaya-kun reacted.

Yukinoshita Haruno was reacting to him looking at her.

In other words, this girl’s insight is also max! She can see it with just a glance.

This is a bit scary.

For the first time, Hachiman felt fortunate this person was not in this school and was not his senior.

But thinking of this, he couldn’t help but burst into surprise.

Because the seat next to Haruno was originally empty. But now someone has come, a woman with straight black hair.

She is very tall, and wore a women’s suit with trousers.

She has beautiful facial features and is the type of big sister who would look very pretty if she changed her dressing style, holding a bouquet of flowers.

This person is known to Hikigaya-kun. Or rather, it’s more than just knowing each other.

Hello, hello, hello.

Although Yukinoshita’s mother did not come, Hiratsuka-sensei did, which is a bit too much!

You know, Hikigaya-kun was able to enter this school thanks to the recommendation of Hiratsuka-sensei.

So, he looked at what she was holding, which was a large bouquet of flowers.

Miss Hiratsuka came in as a guest, so it seemed strange for her to bring flowers, especially in this kind of occasion.

What does this female teacher want to do?

Now only ones who can perform and finish the show are him, Yukinoshita, Amasawa Ichika, and Ichinose-san.

Only 4 of them.

What Hachiman thought was that Hiratsuka-sensei had always been single, and...had very little luck with men.

When Chabashira-sensei left school last year, Hikigaya asked her to bring a bouquet of flowers to Hiratsuka-sensei.

Now, the bouquet of flowers that she brought was very big, and it was not from school.

Now, Miss Hiratsuka brings her own flowers when she enters as a guest.

According to what Chabashira said, she and Hiratsuka were classmates, looking now at both her old friends Chie and Sae-chan, both were performing just now.

If Hiratsuka came to see a friend, then she should have gone to give flowers just now, but she didn’t.

Even now, more than ten minutes after Chabashira-sensei and her group’s performance ended, Hiratsuka-sensei did not go to give them flowers.

Then, only one explanation.

She had brought the flowers specifically as a return gift to him.

But there was a commotion between teachers and students at Chabashira’s place, and were immediately stopped.

So you’re going to do that too?

Hachiman couldn’t imagine himself being given flowers by a female teacher.

So, he paid more attention there and noticed that Haruno seemed to pull Hiratsuka’s sleeve and said something, and then teacher’s eyebrows bent down.

It seems like she has given up on some plan.

Because distance was too far, he couldn’t hear clearly, so could only vaguely guess, ”Shizuka, my Shizuka, this is not the way to return a gift. You will cause trouble to others. Besides, the other party is still a student...”

The first half of sentence is quite correct. This big devil sister seems to be somewhat reliable.

”But since the flowers are ready, please do me a favor. I will give them to my sister later.”

by Yukinoshita Haruno.

This is too much.

”Hikigaya-kun?” Ichinose who stood beside Hachiman and noticed his troubled state. He seemed to be paying close attention to something.

”Nothing.” Hachiman responded quietly to avoid having another targeting look.

Then, continuing to perform like a human observer, he looked away.

Um...Sure enough, looking elsewhere made him feel more at ease.

You can see those standing on right side of the door are current first-grade Class B who don’t have many points and can only buy standing tickets.

In fact, they are Isshiki Iroha, Tsubaki Sakurako, and Utomiya from original first-grade Class C.

Utomiya stood against the door with a serious look.

However, Tsubaki Sakurako was holding her cell phone as if preparing to take a photo.

Isshiki Iroha waved glow stick in her hand excitedly!

In front of standing room, there is a long row of seats filled with students from Class D and A of Grade 1.

This time, performance was organized by Amasawa Ichika’s first-year Class A.

The first-year Class D became Ichika’s tools, but she was still nice to items and non-living things.

At least they were given seats, he could see Nanase-chan talking to the students around her.

Amasawa is a good leader.

In 5th row, Hachiman saw some students from his current class.

For example, Shiina-san who has beautiful silver hair.

Although there are many SSS tier level girls here, he found that Hiyori also has her own shining points.

However, she had already changed out of her kimono, which was a bit of a shame.

Ibuki didn’t change, probably because she didn’t have time to change and was brought here by Hiyori.

As for Ryuen, didn’t see.

Hikigaya could imagine the reason why Ryuen didn’t come.

”Performance? That’s Hikigaya’s way of making money. I won’t go. I have no interest in being harvested anymore.”

So, Ryuen with an irritated face probably didn’t come.

”Come on Gozaima----!!”

”Hikigaya-kun!” In the front row were familiar faces from his old class.

It was Karuizawa’s small group, as well as Hasebe Haruka and others.

The familiar classmate Sakura was also there, holding a camera and sitting with mother Haruka.

Probably because they bought seats as a group, so all sat together.

Even though distance was far, he could understand what Sakura was saying.

”Come on, come on, Hikigaya-kun~!” This is what she was saying.

He was encouraged by Sakura Airi!

That’s saying a lot, and gave him a lot of boost in confidence, morale, and sort of pumped up.

Hachiman continued to focus and noticed Asahina-senpai who had an injured foot.

She was sitting with the yawning Kiryuin-senpai.

Asahina was taking pictures with her mobile phone and it seemed that she happened to take a picture of him, so she waved to him.

She came to support even though girl was injured.

Hachiman thinks Asahina is a really good person.

Then, he saw that seats reserved for Ichinose’s mother and sister were also full and looking over here with big eyes, probably a first time.

A little peace of mind.
