COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

”I will give you a favor, Yukimura.”

”....You don’t look like you are sorry.”

”Really? I obviously am.”

Grass! Do you think Yukimura with four eyes would believe it?

”I was wrong this time. I didn’t cooperate well. Those three sturdy security guards wanted me to drop out of school. I told them I would be at teaching building at five o’clock.”

”Take you out....? What’s that supposed to mean?”

”In the future.” However, Ayanokoji Kiyotaka said without even looking at Yukimura, or acknowledging his existence, ”Until graduation, I will give you half of the points I earn, whether it is living expenses or rewards from school.”

”I am now really confused. Did you run away from home or something? I get the feeling you are from a well-off family, Ayanokoji.”

Yukimura frowned.

His glasses were broken and his eyesight was not good, so he couldn’t see Ayanokoji’s expression clearly.

”I like this school very much, and I hope to stay here. But there will definitely be people who want to persuade me to drop out in future. So, maybe I’ll need your help then. And Yukimura, you’ve always wanted to improve your physical fitness, right? I can help you.”

Hey!

Physical fitness is indeed Yukimura’s shortcoming.

’Ayanokoji’s physical fitness is super awesome, so if I can get training from him, it might be very helpful to me. Because today is the cultural festival, we will be notified of sports tomorrow.’ Therefore, it will be a huge test for Yukimura right now.

”If you say so, why should I refuse? But the point thing——”

”I can’t feel at ease unless you accept the points. Now you are the person who knows the most about me in this school, Yukimura.”

”Is that so—” Glasses-kun began to hesitate. If other party wants to feel at ease, then it seems that he can only follow what Ayanokoji say.

So he nodded.

Unfortunately, if Yukimura was wearing glasses now and could see Ayanokoji’s expression, he would realize that he might have been fooled.

Ayanokoji Kiyotaka is a White Room student, only qualified product, but also the biggest defective.

He has no emotions.

On the other side is Chairman’s office.

Since news about WR had come up, Chairman Sakayanagi naturally had to deal with it.

So he left reception room directly, ”I have to take care of some things....”

”I see. Then can I stay in this school for two more hours?” But there was a pretty girl with short hair sitting on chair in the reception room.

She has navy blue pupils and delicate facial features.

The chairman glanced at the girl with short hair, ”Okay. I will ask a teacher to assist you and confirm the time you leave school.”

From their conversation, it can be found that girl with short hair is not from here.

Also the person who came to this school as a guest today.

However, other party was very unique, and could stay two hours longer than normal guests, and left the school at 7 o’clock in evening.

This is a special treatment.

As Chairman of the board, he generally would not violate his bottom line.

It is naturally the same now.

So to speak, there is only one reason why other party is still in school.

That is, she used rules of this school and got herself allowed to stay temporarily.

On other side, Shopping street.

Hikigaya received news from Ishizaki Daichi that Ryuen was beaten.

But when he sent a private message to Ryuen suggesting going to see him, he was immediately rejected.

[I will take a few days off.]

’Is this because he is stubborn and doesn’t want others to see his miserable state after being injured? Ryuen still has a lot of prestige in the class, but judging from the photos taken by Ishizaki, he was beaten badly. So, he will lose face....’ Hikigaya-kun decided to show some consideration for Ryuen-san.

”Ding ding!”

However, received another message on his phone.

[Where is my senpai now? ?(^_-)” ]

by Amasawa Ichika.

Um....Because you have to perform at the cultural festival, and Hikigaya has a lot of pieces to practice, so he can only practice honestly.

But time is too tight, so he can only add rest time into schedule.

So he also sacrificed his weekend time, but because he was worried that Kushida was under a lot of pressure, he did not sacrifice Saturday morning occupied by Kushida, but instead sacrificed Sunday afternoon that Amasawa wanted.

So last Sunday he didn’t go on a date with her, but was practicing piano with Sakayanagi-san.

Then, as a reward, they will cook for each other on the day after cultural festival performance.

[At the supermarket.] Hikigaya-kun sent a message to other party.

Hachiman didn’t dare give her his room card yet, so if she wanted to go to his room, she still needed to say hello through him.

[Is that so? Then, Senpai, please stay in supermarket and don’t move around.] by Amasawa Ichika.

The tone of these words seems a bit subtle.

So, Hikigaya-kun clicked on the GPS of Amasawa Ichika.

This is the advantage of this school.

Mobile phones have built-in GPS, and students have been trained to be addicted to mobile phones, so they can find the corresponding students through GPS at any time.

Hachiman saw that Junior Amasawa’s GPS was moving very fast.

From student dormitory, she quickly arrived at the shopping street where the fountain was located near dormitory.

”Found it!” Ichika arrived at the supermarket where he was currently.

”....What’s wrong?” Hikigaya noticed her bad condition.

Amasawa put her hands on her knees and breathed slightly.

’This is quite an unusual situation. You have to know that she was born in White Room, and her physical fitness is very good. It only takes about 12 minutes to get from student dormitory to shopping street... This distance now allows her to catch her breath. So, there is only one conclusion: she rushed over at an extremely fast speed. She came here in a hurry.....’ Hachiman had a few question marks over his eyebrows.

”I-I was shocked. I received news that Yagami was expelled from school. Then I even got photos of him being suppressed by the instructors!”

Oh. This photo. It was taken by Sakayanagi’s dog.

But now Ichika is working under President Sakayanagi, who also knows Ichika’s identity as WR, so it is normal for her to send the photo....

”This is true. I have it on my device.”

”So are you injured, senpai?” But Amasawa looked at his body seriously.

It should be said that she knows Yagami very well.

She thinks that when Yagami is suppressed and leaves, he will definitely launch a strong counterattack.

So, someone will get hurt.

”Ah...I didn’t go.” Hachiman said immediately to calm this person down, because the way Amasawa was staring at him, it feels like seeing through in public no less!

”Didn’t you go?” Although Ichika was replying to Hikigaya-senpai, she also took the initiative to step forward and pat him on the back, chest, and wrists.

Thap! Pap! Grope~

It seemed that she did not believe the other person’s words at all, and instead confirmed his physical condition himself.

”...Uh...Uh..Look, I recorded evidence that Yagami changed his bracelet after attacking people on uninhabited island, but this escaped the inspection of Chairman Tsukishiro.”

On purpose. Words not said but understandable.

Amasawa nodded with a phew!

In fact, after gaining her freedom from uninhabited island, she has not contacted Yagami again.

Completely cut off ties with White Room.

As a past student, Ichika doesn’t think that Yagami will be able to fight against Ayanokoji-senpai if he continues to stay in school.

’If you really want to fight, it’s better to just make an appointment for a physical fight. If they want to do something else... like Yagami’s attack on Komiya-senpai and others, there is evidence and they can take action at any time Therefore, Yagami is not suitable for efforts in other directions....This can be considered as being inexperienced of world. Hopefully, I am catching up right now.....’ While Ichika didn’t reply for a while, it made Hachiman think of a few topics to continue.

”But will you be unhappy with Yagami expelled from school like this?”

”...” Amasawa felt like this was suddenly converted into a test for her, ”There’s nothing to be dissatisfied with. I no longer belong to White Room. Actually, I think it would be a good thing to send Yagami back as soon as possible. The education and values we received in White Room are very different from those of normal students here. So, I hope he goes back first before Yagami creates more risks.”

Her answer was top notch without any flaws.

The White Room hasn’t collapsed yet, so it can still provide some protection for people living inside.

Besides, Ichika didn’t think from beginning that they could defeat Ayanokoji-senpai, so she surrendered and blew herself up so quickly.

She wanted to live that’s all, not like those....buried.

She seized opportunity and found her freedom. But unfortunately, Yagami didn’t catch it. ’Or maybe Yagami was influenced by his Ayanokoji-senpai and became extremely paranoid. Only after a severe defeat could he wake up.....’

So, after finishing shopping, the two walked towards dormitory together.

Ichika has not yet revealed her close relationship with Hikigaya-senpai in front of others.

So, deliberately walked behind.

Prepare to pick her up after Hikigaya-senpai returns to the room.

Just as she was thinking this, Amasawa noticed that a beautiful big sister with short hair passed by her.

Then she walked straight towards Hikigaya-senpai who was waiting for the elevator.

”Guess who I am~” The other person actually covered Hikigaya-senpai’s eyes, and then used a very cute and familiar tone, ”Although there is no reward for guessing correctly.”
