Starting Off Survival With A Small Treehouse

Chapter 766: Chapter 483: First Battle Victory! (5400 words!)

At this moment, the giant’s heart was very simple, just wanting to reclaim the object called the ”secret key.”

Xu Xin’s heart was moved.

Perhaps, he could hear the function of this ancient bronze dagger from its heart!

This thought only flashed in his mind before he directly vetoed it.

This big guy now had a deep hostility towards this side!

It even wanted to destroy this place!

So, he didn’t have the luxury to drag time and hear its heart. The main goal now was to drive it away, or even kill it!

”Boom boom boom boom boom!”

The explosions were continuous, mixed with the roars of the giant.

This wave of attack had an excellent effect; this time, the giant was even blown back a few steps by these dozens of heavy crossbow bolts!

Because now it was only about two hundred meters away from Lou Fei’Er and the others’ treehouse, at this distance, the power of the heavy crossbow could be perfectly exerted!

”I’ll go down to find some people to help load the crossbows!” Li Wenxi turned her head and ran downstairs.

As the thick smoke dispersed, the giant’s bloodstained arms were revealed, and the blood patterns flowed and flickered like boiling blood!

”Roar!” It let out a furious roar, utterly enraged!

It raised the Wolf Fang Club in its hand as if it was about to fling the entire giant club directly over!

”Not good!” Xu Xin’s face changed!

If the Wolf Fang Club were thrown over, could the treehouse withstand it!

”Don’t stop, keep firing!” He immediately ordered!

But there was no firing from Lou Fei’Er’s treehouse side.

”Reloading now! It will be ready soon!” Lou Fei’Er’s voice was somewhat anxious.

The direction the giant was looking at and attacking was clearly Xu Xin’s treehouse!

If it were her treehouse, she wouldn’t be so panicked, but if it threw the Wolf Fang Club onto Xu Xin’s treehouse...!

But each super-heavy crossbow could only be loaded with one bolt at a time, and manual reloading was required after firing.

”Where did Zeng Tao run off to? Wasn’t she supposed to help reload?”

Xu Xin’s hand was now hovering above the control panel, just about to fire that big weapon!

And the Blood Pattern Giant’s arm had already swung up, the Wolf Fang Club was about to fly out of its hand, smashing towards his treehouse!

Downstairs, there were countless cries of exclamation!

”Hey, big dummy! Look down! Look below! You big dumb!”

Suddenly, from the feet of the giant, came the scolding voice of a girl!

Zeng Tao’s voice?! Xu Xin’s eye twitched.

The giant also seemed startled by the sudden voice, stopped its actions, and looked down.

Only to see Zeng Tao holding a big knife, standing beneath it, looking up.

She had a face of disdain: ”Just wearing a leather apron, not even covering anything below, I’m going to get eye infections!”

The giant looked down at the ant-like Zeng Tao on the ground, heard her words, and suddenly let out a strange cry. Already somewhat irritable, it immediately went berserk!

It immediately lifted its foot, stomped fiercely towards where Zeng Tao was!

”Too slow, big dummy!” Zeng Tao suddenly flickered to the side, easily dodging this stomp, then swung her steel giant blade, chopping fiercely at the giant’s ankle!

Instantly, a deep scar was drawn on it, then she swiftly jumped away with two steps!

At this moment, her face was already streaked with two bright red blood patterns!

She had entered the burst state!

Zeng Tao’s burst state was a speed boost, allowing her to have her super strength while also possessing extremely agile speed, so she could dodge the giant’s foot just now.

”She... how did she get over there!” Li Wenxi exclaimed, covering her mouth.

She had just brought up Li Yajun, Le Youfang, and Niu Fugui, some old friends of Xu Xin, and saw this scene.

However, she was only surprised for a moment before immediately directing the others: ”You all, quickly go load the super-heavy crossbows!”

In the distance, the giant, after being attacked, let out a cry of pain, then became even angrier!

In its fury, it repeatedly lifted its foot to stomp at Zeng Tao, but all were dodged by Zeng Tao.

Zeng Tao even swung the giant blade each time, leaving deep wounds on its foot and ankle!

Of course, for her, the wounds were indeed deep, but for the giant, they were just flesh wounds.

But for the giant, this was enough to inflame its rage!

The giant was like a person stepping on a fly, unable to stomp it, and getting scratched several times, and was somewhat jumping with rage!

”Can’t cut through!” Zeng Tao, meanwhile, was avoiding the giant’s stomps, gritting her teeth.

Under such intense exercise in this heat, even she was already sweating profusely.

The weapon in her hand was the purple-class steel greatsword Xu Xin gave her, with tremendous power!

But the giant beast’s level was very high, its skin, and subcutaneous fat defense couldn’t be easily broken by ordinary attacks!

Of course, the giant’s body was similar in structure to humans, essentially equivalent to an enlarged mutated human, its green skin wasn’t like defensive organs such as carapace or scales, so its defensive ability was relatively weak.

Otherwise, it wouldn’t be pierced by blue-grade delayed explosive bolts and blown to tatters.

If Zeng Tao could stand still and swing with full force, she could inflict greater damage on the giant!

But now, she simply didn’t have the chance to build up force, could only dodge while finding opportunities to slash, so the power was indeed limited.
