Starting Off Survival With A Small Treehouse

Chapter 398: Chapter 300: The Power of the Behemoth, Too Strong! _2

Probably losing one’s mind.

”Whimper!” Keke cried out, jumping onto him, even Silver King Mimi gathered around, preventing him from going out.

The Lake Giant Python outside certainly exerted tremendous pressure on them, even Keke, who always leaped around, was scared into silence earlier.

Xu Xin thought of Zhao Xiaochuan’s special equipment, the [Stealth Cloak]. How he wished he had one now.

”To be honest, your going over there doesn’t mean much. If the giant python wants to attack Ma Hongwei, can you really stop it?” Lou Fei’Er persuaded earnestly, ”Stay in the treehouse. I’ll go over. I’m fast, can resurrect, I’m the best choice!”

”Hmm...” Xu Xin pondered.

This Lake Giant Python doesn’t have a trace of Blood Pattern on it, clearly it’s of the giant beast bloodline.

And judging by its current behavior, it completely disregards those mutated creatures on the ground, yet doesn’t have the desire to attack them either. It seems to view them as mere ants on the ground that it can step on without a second thought.

It may not belong to the same camp as the Blood Pattern Race, but it doesn’t seem to be hostile either.

The giant python seems utterly indifferent to the mutated creatures.

Ma Hongwei is now a mutated creature; perhaps if he doesn’t provoke it, the giant python won’t pay him any mind?

Lou Fei’Er is also a mutated creature; sending her over might be a good choice.

While he was delayed for this moment, the giant python had already reached Ma Hongwei’s treehouse.

”Sizz! Crack...”

The electric grid surrounding Ma Hongwei’s treehouse was crushed directly by the giant python, Xu Xin saw the glaring electric sparks from afar, but the giant python didn’t even react, as if it simply crushed through a sheet of leaves effortlessly.

The giant python’s massive head approached the treehouse.

At this moment, its head was only a few meters away from the treehouse’s canopy, seemingly curious about how this tree produced such explosive sounds earlier.

The giant python slowly moved its head, its abyss-like eyes approaching the window, peering inside.

Meanwhile, Ma Hongwei hid on one side of the window, sitting on the ground with his mouth covered, not daring to move a muscle, his heart pounding hard.

He was now less than a meter away from the giant python’s abyss-like black pupils!

Although he didn’t dare look at the window, the sunlight outside was completely blocked, the giant python was clearly at the window!

Luckily, the giant python only scrutinized the interior for a few eyes then lost interest in the contents, lifted its head.

Sunlight again shone through the window, allowing Ma Hongwei to breathe slightly.

However, now is still not the time to relax, after all, outside, there remains the sound of the giant python slowly moving on the ground.

He slowly stood up, pressed against the treehouse wall, controlled the control panel inside the treehouse, and observed the outside situation.

At this glance, he instantly turned aghast.

The giant python didn’t leave, and began circling around the treehouse!

Its huge body had already enveloped the treehouse. This felt like the python’s most commonly used attack method, strangulation!

No way...

This giant python surely wouldn’t strangle a tree, right?

However, contrary to wishes, the giant python’s huge body suddenly accelerated, and at an unimaginable speed, it immediately wrapped around the entire treehouse canopy!

”Crack!” Sound of shattering came from all directions, cracks appeared on the wall, and the treehouse began to violently tremble!

The entire interior of the treehouse was plunged into pitch-black darkness, as the giant python’s body wrapped around the canopy completely blocked windows on all four sides of the treehouse!

”Damn!” Ma Hongwei immediately attempted to manipulate the crossbow for a final counterattack, but at this moment, the crossbow on the treehouse wall had already been completely crushed by the giant python’s wrapping!

”Boom! Boom boom boom!” The wall of the treehouse resounded with continuous explosions!

That’s the explosive bolts!

The treehouse crossbows had been crushed by the giant python, and the explosive bolts inside were impacted, beginning to explode!

Hundreds of explosive bolts started single-point detonating, causing immense impact force!

In Ma Hongwei’s horrified gaze, the treehouse wall was completely blasted through amid continuous explosions.

And the entire treehouse also began to fall apart amidst the explosion sounds!

In contrast, the giant python outside, after being near the body of the exploding explosive bolts, was merely hissing with tongues flicking, without even dodging!

Too tough! With current weapons, they could only tickle it!

”It’s over...” Ma Hongwei sat down in despair, awaiting death.

...

At a distance of dozens of meters from the giant python, Lou Fei’Er wearing blue-grade leather armor, hid behind a tree, witnessing this scene.

”This giant python’s strength is too much, directly crushed the treehouse?” she muttered to herself.

Ultimately, Xu Xin didn’t act himself but sent her over.

He always felt that he had an inexplicable attraction to the giant python and couldn’t risk his life.

However, Lou Fei’Er could.

She’s a mutated creature. According to previous observations, the giant python might not mind her presence, as long as she doesn’t actively provoke it, there should be no issues.

Seizing the lack of other mutated creatures nearby now, Lou Fei’Er quickly approached along the path the giant python created, nearing Ma Hongwei’s treehouse, only a few dozen meters from the giant python, but didn’t alert it.
