In this death chase scene, during the chase part, there are few scenes where the two people appear in the same frame, which also leads to their scenes being filmed separately.

Only some scenes that need to appear in the same frame will have them perform together.

Just for this chase segment, the official filming took nearly an hour.

What Zhou Yun didn’t expect was that during filming, Tim Lang suddenly had the idea to add scenes where they jumped onto trees, leaping and running between the branches.

These scenes depend on computer special effects, no need for sets, but require Special Effects Team and photography team to discuss on-site how to shoot them.

Tim Lang went with them to discuss the plan, Zhou Yun and Hugh Redman could only wait aside.

Waiting is a common occurrence for an actor.

The two sat together and chatted.

”How did you become an actor?” Hugh Redman asked.

”Me? I initially just needed to make money to pay off debt, so I entered this industry.” Zhou Yun said, ”Later, because I somehow got involved in a scandal with my boyfriend—actually, we didn’t know each other at all at the time, we weren’t together, but he was already very popular then, I also became popular, and then got some acting opportunities.”

Hugh Redman said, ”I saw online that your debut was only four or five years ago.”

”Yes.” Zhou Yun nodded.

”But you’ve already reached the top tier of this industry.” Hugh Redman said, ”If you were a European or American actor, you might have already gained international fame and become a globally recognized celebrity.”

”I don’t feel that I’m not good enough now, I’m already very good.” Zhou Yun said, ”If I were a European or American actor, given your environment here, perhaps I wouldn’t have so much space, I know your industry is very matured, each film has a very mature actor selection system, based on my past acting experiences, it’s likely movies like ’Life’ and ’Behind the Scenes’ couldn’t have been made.”

Hugh Redman: ”In our United States, there are many independent films.”

”I mean, agencies here might not necessarily agree for me to act in those films.” Zhou Yun said, ”Many times choosing to act in a film seems like a very risky decision, I know it myself, but because I still have some autonomy, even though it’s risky and not seen favorably, I still took it.”

Hugh Redman said, ”You’re very courageous.”

”More like willfulness, I also know that doing so had a high chance of failing, I was just lucky to encounter two very talented directors.” Zhou Yun said, ”The longer I stay in this industry, the more I understand. I realize how risky my decision was back then.”

”But you succeeded, which shows your judgment was correct at that time.” Hugh Redman said, ”A valuable risk.”

Zhou Yun asked, ”What about you? Why did you become an actor?”

”Good looks, ever since I was young many people said I should become an actor, my parents always encouraged me to participate in some performance programs, later I stepped into the industry.” Hugh Redman said, ”And I was quite lucky, met a very good agent who introduced me to a lot of producers and directors, smoothly got some acting opportunities, slowly more people came to know me.”

”Did you study acting?” Zhou Yun asked.

Hugh Redman nodded, ”I studied acting.”

Zhou Yun: ”I haven’t studied systematically.”

”But you act very well.” Hugh Redman said, ”You’re amazing, to know, I’ve rarely heard Hollywood people frequently mentioning an Asian actor, I’ve heard of many directors, but really few actors, yet all your works have received a lot of discussion, many critics too, praise your acting skills highly, it’s quite rare.”

Zhou Yun thought, that might be because ’Behind the Scenes’ once broke into the American award season, and she was even nominated for Golden Globe’s Best Actress, which is why she got recognized.

At this point, Hugh Redman mentioned another show, ”I really liked your series ’Deep Sea,’ although it’s not very popular, I heard from a friend it was good, so I watched it, it was my first time watching your acting.”
