Caught in Affairs with Superstar

Chapter 367: Chapter 314: Rise: 150_2

The commotion they caused was not small, and people around turned their heads to look.

Zhou Yun put on a baseball cap and followed immediately.

She guessed that perhaps someone had secretly recognized her and taken a photo. But it didn’t matter to Zhou Yun, she wasn’t the type to stay indoors just to avoid being photographed.

With all the disruption caused by Wei Heyun, Zhou Yun hadn’t had lunch yet.

It was already one in the afternoon, and Zhou Yun decided it was time for lunch.

This time, she didn’t search online for a good restaurant, but decided to stroll around, to look around and pick a place as fate would have it.

Since she was going to stay in this city for a few more days anyway, she had time to check out all the delicious spots.

After walking for a while, she suddenly felt someone was following her.

?

Had someone recognized her?

A fan?

Or someone else?

Zhou Yun hesitated for a moment, and when she reached a corner, she stopped and turned to look at the person behind her.

When she saw him, she was startled and dumbfounded, a bit unexpected.

The pursuer was actually Wei Heyun, who had stormed out earlier.

He had his hands in his pockets, still wearing those sunglasses, looking incredibly arrogant, staying about five meters behind her.

Seeing her looking back, he pretended not to see her and theatrically looked up at the sky.

Zhou Yun was completely baffled and took a moment to gather her senses.

What was Wei Heyun’s intention?

Hadn’t he left? Why suddenly tail her like this?

Zhou Yun stood there waiting for Wei Heyun to come over.

But Wei Heyun, acting as if he couldn’t see her, continued to look up at the sky.

Zhou Yun: ”...”

She really hoped a bird would fly over at this moment and poop on his face.

She cursed inwardly, thinking since Wei Heyun didn’t come over and pretended not to see her, then she would pretend not to see him too.

Zhou Yun turned around and walked away, ignoring Wei Heyun.

So, behind Zhou Yun, whom she couldn’t see, Wei Heyun watched her retreating figure in frustration, unbelievable that he had followed her so obviously and she still ignored him!

After much internal struggle, Wei Heyun finally put aside his so-called pride and followed her.

He wanted to see where this woman was going!

Thus, Wei Heyun followed Zhou Yun all the way to a local cuisine restaurant.

He saw Zhou Yun walk into this out-of-place local restaurant and his eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

Was she really going to eat here?

For real?

Wei Heyun was so surprised because he had seen too many female celebrities since childhood, and although each had their own beauty and talent, he had never seen a celebrity who would eat at such a ”fly restaurant” in public.

It really didn’t match their glamorous image.

Today, Zhou Yun was dressed casually in loose jeans and a simple jacket, not so exquisite, but her presence there, with a laid-back and casual air, seemed ready for any photographer’s camera for a perfect street-style shot.

This had nothing to do with what she wore.

She couldn’t shake off the celebrity temperament—many might think if a glamorous celebrity came off stage and dressed like an ordinary person, they would blend in.

Maybe some could, but some simply couldn’t.

Zhou Yun was among those who couldn’t.

But Wei Heyun discovered that Zhou Yun walked into the ”fly restaurant” very naturally, without any hesitation or disdain for the place’s lowers standards and cleanliness.

Wei Heyun felt a bit of disdain.

But he followed her in anyway.

The small restaurant had divided the space into private booths with canvases.

When the waitress asked Zhou Yun how many, she answered one.

Wei Heyun’s facade of indifference finally crumbled. He hurried forward a few steps and said, ”Two.”

The waitress, puzzled by this suddenly appearing man, soon became shy and blushing at his handsome face, her expression changing.

It’s the usual reaction when encountering a handsome man unexpectedly.

So much so that she forgot to ask Zhou Yun if this suddenly appearing man was actually with her.

No matter, Zhou Yun believed, no matter how she answered, Wei Heyun would have the nerve to sit down at her table anyway.

Zhou Yun sat down, crossed her arms in front of her chest, looked at Wei Heyun, and said, ”Weren’t you mad, turned around and left? Why follow me here then?”
