The lowest level among those present was Level 8, and they were all top-ranked players on the world rankings. Even if the information provided by Mu Ying wasn’t very useful, obtaining cultivation materials wasn’t a difficult task for them.

Apart from Maz, none of the others had their own territories, and most of them were developing in Qingshan City.

Thinking that Mu Ying was collecting cultivation materials to train the future new forces of the territory, and that this would be beneficial to them as well, they didn’t hesitate much and all signed the contract.

Maz hesitated a bit more, as long as Mu Ying didn’t ask for his Meditation Method, which made him feel more at ease, he also agreed to sign the contract.

He was also reminded by Mu Ying that the apocalypse had been going on for more than two years, and once some territory became a medium-sized city and the competition for City-level Territories had ended, and the world’s blockade was lifted, there would no longer be knowledge gifts, so he too needed to find a way to collect cultivation materials for his territory.

However, he planned to assign this task to his subordinate officials after returning, letting them spend money to purchase the materials.

After everyone had signed the contract, Mu Ying didn’t keep them in suspense and told them outright about the relationship between professional inheritance and Divine Positions, as well as the information she had gathered.

“So, it’s enough just to record the knowledge and spread the teachings?” Maz felt that it sounded a bit frivolous, was ascending to godhood so simple?

Mu Ying shook her head, “It’s just helpful. Some became the God of Knowledge by spreading knowledge, and others became the God of their Profession by disseminating professional knowledge, but I’m not quite sure to what extent this has to be done. You’ll have to explore that on your own. I’m also in the midst of exploring, but collecting and recording professional knowledge is definitely fundamental.”

“Can Priests and Paladins only become Subordinate Gods?” Draco frowned.

“Being a Subordinate God might not be so bad. I’ve heard that in the outside world, a powerful God’s Subordinate God is more popular than a God with less Divine Power, especially those who can cooperate with Evolution Centers to participate in world evolution,” Vinica said. She learned a lot of information while traveling and talking to outsiders from different places.

“However, all the planetary Divine Positions are vacant; there are many opportunities, and the potential isn’t bad. Being a Subordinate God is somewhat of a loss,” Xie Sen added.

He didn’t like the feeling of being subservient. His Attributes were actually very well-suited to being a Paladin or a Forest Patrol, but he had no religious beliefs and preferred power that couldn’t be taken away by others, which was why he chose Forest Patrol.

Nature is devoid of self-consciousness, equivalent to Law, giving him more freedom.

“Anyway, what I’ve learned is mostly this, and you probably understand after seeing the materials I’ve collected. I only plan for the territory to fund the collection of materials to set up a Basic School that provides enlightenment education for all professions except Priest and Paladin, roughly teaching up to around Level 3.

In fact, most ordinary people’s Attributes and Talent are only good enough to learn up to that level. Those with outstanding talent and the ability to further their studies will definitely need to find other avenues to advance.”

I personally also plan to establish a Druid College to train Druids. As for other professions, that will depend on you.

If you are interested in spreading professional knowledge through education as well, Qingshan City welcomes you to set up higher-level vocational schools here. I can also provide some conveniences.

This includes granting the right to use a Sub-camp as the school’s campus, or at least 100 Gold Coins in financial support, but in return, I need to own half of the school’s shares. However, I can assure you that no matter how many shares I hold, I will only participate in profit distribution. As long as the school doesn’t harm the territory, I will not get involved in its management,” Mu Ying concluded.

This was her most important goal for this occasion.

She neither wanted to bother herself with managing nor wanted to deprive the Local People of learning opportunities. The faculty for higher-level professional schools was beyond her reach, and with Divine Positions at stake, she preferred more suitable people taking charge.

Sub-camps are indeed precious, but for her, granting a right of use was easy, and owning shares was an added income opportunity for the territory.

In places with many schools, more people come to study, and a larger population leads to a more prosperous territory, which is only beneficial and not harmful.

And where are the most talented people found? Naturally, in the place with the most schools.

After Mu Ying finished speaking, the others were stunned.

“A Sub-camp and 100 Gold Coins? All for only half of the shares in dividends?” Huo Shaobai wanted to confirm again.

He knew the Half-Breeds were still in debt after obtaining the rights to use a Sub-camp, paying it off as an entire race, which showed how valuable a Sub-camp was.

Mu Ying nodded, “I value the additional revenue that schools bring to the territory, so I’m willing to support it. It’s just you guys, all leading figures in your respective Professions, with your own Experience. Setting up a school is well-assured.”

Even if they weren’t good at managing a school, the money would allow them to hire personnel, and though they might not be great at teaching, their personal cultivation Experience was invaluable, as each was a walking billboard and a treasure trove of professional knowledge.

Huo Shaobai was tempted. Their Mercenary Group had expanded quite a bit and had become the largest in the territory. They had incorporated the training methods of the military into their group, which was very helpful for Skill-based professions that focused on Physical fitness. However, as the number of personnel increased, there wasn’t a suitable place for training, and they hadn’t done much research in this area.

Moreover, with a Mercenary Group behind him and connections among various Professions—even though not all were as high-level as him, many were quite promising—he had a foundation to work with, and setting up a school seemed like a good idea, especially with the offer of a Sub-camp for a campus being such a generous condition.

He didn’t necessarily have to set up just a Warrior School; he could include other Professions, particularly Skill-based professions.

He didn’t have that many requirements; it wasn’t for a Divine Position, but more importantly for the development of the Mercenary Group. Their capable but disabled members would also have a fallback option, becoming instructors at a school, for instance.

Huo Shaobai immediately told Mu Ying he would start preparing and talk to her once he had an idea.

“I’m good at fighting, but running a school, I’m afraid that’s not my thing. I won’t insist on a Divine Position,” Draco sighed. The Sub-camp was certainly appealing, but he was aware of his capabilities.

Atom had a similar sentiment; running a school required more than just strength but also leadership skills. If he had been good at that, he wouldn’t have been on his own so much.

Vinica was momentarily tempted but, upon reflection, realized her Profession wasn’t suited to staying in one place. She thought it was probably better to impart professional knowledge in a scattered fashion while traveling, so she too shook her head.
