Urban Martial Saint

The person who arrived was none other than Ye Qing. As he reached the entrance, he happened to see the fierce man beating someone.

Ye Qing had a good temper, but once he got angry, no one could hold him back.

There were two kinds of people he couldn’t tolerate, those who disregarded the lives of others, and men who hit women.

Ye Qing’s timing was perfect, and upon seeing him, the girls in the office couldn’t help but cheer.

Compared to the college student from before, Ye Qing’s composed nature made these girls feel safer.

The fierce man, however, didn’t care at all, glancing at Ye Qing and saying, ”Who the hell are you? Do you have a say here? Go wherever the hell you should, and don’t fucking annoy me!”

Mu Qingrong looked at Ye Qing in shock and after a long while, she finally managed to utter two words: ”Ye Qing.”

Ye Qing walked into the office, completely ignoring the dozen or so men standing by. He went straight to Mu Qingrong and asked, ”Are you alright?”

”I’m fine.” When Mu Qingrong managed to say these two words, tears finally broke free and streamed down her face.

For a girl to bear such a situation was already difficult. Yet she felt no grievance at all. At this moment, all her heart surged with was the excitement that Ye Qing was still alive!

Ye Qing nodded and helped the college student up from the ground, saying, ”You’re very brave!”

The college student was still shaking, attempting to muster a smile, but it looked more like a cry.

”What the fuck, is this some kind of soap opera you’re playing? Don’t you see the situation here? Huh? You think I’m here to make a movie for you?” The fierce man glared and pointed at Ye Qing, saying, ”You, come here, come here, come here!”

Ye Qing obediently walked over to the fierce man, who grabbed him by the collar and pulled him close. Without even looking at Ye Qing and acting as if nobody else mattered, he looked towards a distant window and said, ”Kid, do you know who I am? Let me tell you, I’m He Biao. I used to be known as Biao in the Xicheng District.

You didn’t bother to ask around about who Biao is, and you just fucking yell around here. Are you fucking disrespecting me?”

As He Biao spoke, he tried to slap Ye Qing’s face, a trick he often used. Although it didn’t hurt, it was humiliating.

However, his hand never reached Ye Qing’s face, as Ye Qing directly caught his wrist.

He Biao was taken aback and turned to look at Ye Qing, suddenly furious: ”Are you fucking looking for death?”

Ye Qing’s right hand moved slightly back half a foot, then he suddenly made a fist and struck, hitting He Biao right in the face.

With one punch, He Biao stood in place for a while trying to process what happened as blood flowed from his nose and mouth before finally covering them with his hands. He slowly bent down to crouch on the ground and then turned over and lay there, rolling around, before letting out a piercing scream of agony.

The people at the scene were confused by He Biao’s series of reactions. What was happening? Was it painful or not? To yell out in pain after such a delay, was he acting?

He Biao was truly in pain, but Ye Qing’s punch had been so sudden that it had confused him. It took him a while to come to his senses and feel the pain, which was why he behaved like this. In fact, the pain was so severe that he couldn’t even stand up, which was why he rolled on the ground.

”Hey, Old He, what are you doing?” Zhang Chuanyou was utterly astonished and said, ”Stop playing, this young man is damn arrogant. Take him out!”

He Biao didn’t respond, but just waved his hand to indicate that Zhang Chuanyou shouldn’t make a move.

Zhang Chuanyou failed to grasp He Biao’s intention, mistaking it for a signal to attack, and glared at Ye Qing, saying, ”Motherfucker, dare to hit my brother. Trash him!”

Two men from behind Zhang Chuanyou immediately rushed forward, but they were no match for Ye Qing. With one punch per person, they followed in He Biao’s footsteps, rolling on the ground.

The remaining four bosses were stunned. Now they realized that Ye Qing could really fight.

”Director Mu, actually... we were just kidding. We... we’ll be going now...” Old Wang stood up, laughed awkwardly, and said, ”Some other day when we have time, we can... we can talk about this issue again. For today...

let’s forget about it...”

As Old Wang spoke, he tried to leave, but Ye Qing swiftly moved to the door and firmly shut the office door.

”Brother, what... what are you doing…” Old Wang asked uncomfortably.

”I said!” Ye Qing’s gaze swept over the few bosses in the room as he spoke in a deep voice, ”You don’t have to leave today!”

The crowd was startled, and Zhang Chuanyou was the first to explode, ”You’re fucking arrogant, aren’t you? How many men can you fight by yourself? You won’t let us leave, what, you want to kill us or what?”

Ye Qing’s expression remained calm as he said, ”You can either roll out or crawl out!”

The bosses looked at each other. Old Wang furrowed his brow and said, ”Young man, don’t push people too far!”

Ye Qing glanced at Mu Qingrong and said, ”Today, I intend to push too far!”

Old Wang was speechless; Ye Qing was just too arrogant. He and the other three bosses exchanged glances, and with a sudden wave of his hand, they yelled together, ”Beat him up!”

Eight remaining thugs rushed at Ye Qing upon hearing his words, intent on using their numbers to bring Ye down.

”Ye, I’ll help you!” the college student shouted, picking up a mop to come over.

”No need!” Ye Qing waved his hand, loudly proclaiming, ”These pieces of trash aren’t even worth my attention!”

With that, Ye Qing took a step forward and charged shoulder-first into the chest of the man in front.

The force of Ye Qing’s charge was truly terrifying, sending the man flying back and knocking over two others, toppling three men in an instant.

Without hesitation, Ye Qing delivered a heavy punch to the chest of one man to his left, immediately breaking several of the man’s ribs, who then collapsed on the ground, motionless.

A thug on the right tried to take advantage of the moment by kicking out, hoping to catch Ye off guard. But Ye’s movements were even faster, and with a well-timed kick, he struck the attacker’s knee.

With a crack, the leg twisted unnaturally, bones clearly broken. The injured man was now rolling on the ground, clutching his leg and screaming in agony, his voice more piercing than anyone else’s in the room.

In just one confrontation, five men were already down. The remaining three were startled and scrambled to retreat, but Ye Qing didn’t give them a chance. His fists and feet flew, and within a few moves, these three were also lying on the ground. And those three who had been knocked over by Ye Qing struggled to get up only to be knocked down again.

Eight men, all incapacitated in less than three minutes!

The four bosses were dumbfounded, especially Zhang Chuanyou, who no longer dared to show any arrogance, his legs trembling in fear.

Meanwhile, the employees of Yunchi Company were stunned by Ye Qing’s formidable fighting skills, especially the college student, whose eyes sparkled with stars, looking at Ye Qing in complete admiration.

Ye Qing turned to the four bosses, calmly stating, ”Your turn now!”

All four bosses shuddered and looked at each other. Tian Qisi swallowed hard and said, ”It’s all... all a misunderstanding...”

Ye Qing retorted, ”Then misunderstand one more time, roll out, or crawl out!”

”You... don’t be too ruthless!” Boss Wang shouted with a feigned bravery that belied his inner fear. Realizing his regret right after speaking, he remembered Ye Qing had just said that today he intended to be ruthless.

”What do you mean too ruthless?” A deep voice carried over, and soon after, the office door was pushed open and several people appeared at the entrance. The speaker was Lin Zhen Nan.

All four bosses recognized Lin Zhen Nan and were overjoyed at his arrival.

Zhang Chuanyou was the first to approach him, but before he could get within two meters of Lin Zhen Nan, he was pushed away by Lin’s bodyguard.

Zhang Chuanyou didn’t take offense and stood aside, saying, ”Boss Lin, your arrival is timely. You are the most reasonable businessman in Shenchuan City. Please help us sort out this situation. We came to collect money from Yunchi Company, but they not only refused to pay but also beat us up for no reason, tarnishing the reputation of Shenchuan City’s business community.

If word of this spreads, who would dare do business in Shenchuan City in the future?”

Old Wang chimed in, ”That’s right, Boss Lin, look how he has beaten us up. This man is a hooligan, and Yunchi Company is a gangster company!”

”Boss Lin, you are a leading figure in the Shenchuan business community, you have to stand up for us!” Tian Qisi added with a mournful expression.

Lin Zhen Nan nodded and asked, ”How much does Yunchi Company owe you?”

”Eighty thousand!”

”One hundred thousand!”

”Seventy-three thousand!”

The men answered in turn. Lin Zhen Nan pulled out a checkbook, wrote several checks, and handed them over, saying, ”This should be enough to repay you, right?”

The men took the checks, utterly confused. Lin Zhen Nan paying off debts for Yunchi Company—what did that mean? Was he siding with Yunchi Company? This implied that Lin Zhen Nan was ready to go against the group of bosses. But even if those bosses joined forces, they were no match for Lin Zhen Nan!

Mu Qingrong walked over and said, ”President Lin, this is our company’s debt. How can we let you settle it? I appreciate your kindness, but please take your money back. I will find a way to repay it.”

Lin Zhen Nan gave a faint smile and shook his head, ”I can’t take this money back.”

”Why?” Mu Qingrong asked, surprised. She looked at Lin Zhen Nan, her brows slightly furrowed, and said, ”If President Lin aims to pity me, I appreciate the sentiment. But there is no pity in the world of business. If I stand up today with your charity, then my Yunchi Company will never be able to achieve anything significant in the future!”

Hearing this, Lin Zhen Nan looked visibly surprised. He took a longer look at Mu Qingrong and nodded, ”Young lady, you have principles. But, listen to me finish.”

Mu Qingrong’s face reddened slightly as she said, ”Sorry, President Lin, please continue.”

”This money isn’t charity, nor is it pity, but an advance payment for Yunchi Company,” Lin Zhen Nan explained. ”I’ve decided that our new development project’s surveillance work will be entirely handled by Yunchi Company.”

As Lin Zhen Nan spoke, he glanced at the other bosses and added, ”This is just ten percent of the advance. I will transfer the rest after we sign the contract. So, you must accept this money!”
