Urban Martial Saint

After handling the matter, Mu Qingrong tidied up and went straight back to the office. Even if the company was going to collapse, she would make her final effort to keep it going as long as possible.

Ye Qing took Zhao Chengshuang back to the hospital. He did not linger there but went alone to Lin Corporation.

Ye Qing was not a vindictive person, but if he considered someone deserving of punishment, that person would definitely not escape his grip.

Zhang Daping had already landed on Ye Qing’s blacklist.

Last night, the three of them almost assaulted Mu Qingrong. If Ye Qing hadn’t arrived in time, Mu Qingrong’s life would have been ruined.

Moreover, when fleeing, Zhang Daping had heartlessly knocked down so many people, completely disregarding their lives. This deed had further increased his culpability in Ye Qing’s eyes, and now Ye Qing was coming to settle the scores.

Returning to Lin Corporation, Ye Qing’s mood was completely different from before. His previous visits had been for business discussions, but this time, he was there to fight. Therefore, Ye Qing entered without any courtesy and took the elevator directly to Zhang Daping’s floor.

Inside the office, Zhang Daping had gathered six or seven people, as he was also afraid. He hadn’t dared to go home to sleep last night and had stayed overnight in a secluded hotel in the suburbs. Today, he was compelled to come to the office and had sneaked in. For safety’s sake, he had specifically gathered several security personnel in his office as a precaution.

Honestly, after sitting in the office for over an hour without anything happening, Zhang Daping felt greatly relieved. In his view, no matter how bold Ye Qing was, he would not dare to create a disturbance at Lin Corporation. After all, the security guards from the security department were all ex-military personnel, and each could easily take on two or three people.

Feeling secure, Zhang Daping waved his hand and said to the men in front of him, ”Alright, you can go back now. I’ll call you if anything comes up.”

The security personnel stood up and were just about to leave when the door was suddenly kicked open.

Everyone was stunned; at Lin Corporation, this was the first time they had encountered such audacious behavior. Not using a hand to knock but kicking the door—who was so bold? Moreover, to do such a thing at Lin Corporation; wasn’t that suicidal?

Zhang Daping shuddered, then, seeing the person at the door, he immediately hid under the sofa. He could never have imagined that Ye Qing would actually come for him!

As soon as Ye Qing entered the room, he spotted Zhang Daping and, without a word, walked directly toward him.

A security guard grabbed Ye Qing’s shoulder, furrowing his eyebrows, ”What are you doing?”

”Fighting!” Ye Qing coldly spat out three words, shook off the guard’s hand, and dashed towards Zhang Daping.

”Save me! Save me!” Zhang Daping cried urgently.

”Stop him!” a security guard shouted, and several men rushed up to block Ye Qing in the middle.

Ye Qing frowned, glanced at everyone, and said sternly, ”This has nothing to do with you. Do not interfere!”

”This is Lin Corporation, not a place for you to run wild. Get out!” a security guard yelled, reaching out to grab Ye Qing’s clothes.

Ye Qing dodged to the side, grabbed the security guard’s wrist, and pushed him back.

The guard was stunned for a moment and then angrily commanded, ”Fight!”

The security guards, all ex-military and well-trained, moved in unison upon hearing the command. The situation was much more dangerous than when Ye Qing had fought a group of dandies alone; after all, these guards knew where the body was weakest and struck hard.

Honestly, if it were anyone else facing these ex-military personnel, they would definitely lose. But was Ye Qing just anyone?

As the guard shouted, Ye Qing had already slightly crouched down, sidestepped, and thrust forward with his right shoulder, charging like a cannonball into the chest of the guard in front of him.

The guard was instantly sent flying like a kite with its string cut, hitting the wall heavily. When he got up, his limbs were weak, and he was no longer able to fight.

The remaining men were shocked and all struck out at Ye Qing.

Ye Qing charged a few steps forward, dodging their punches and kicks, then spun into the crowd, his fists and feet moving together, and in less than a minute, he had laid the remaining five men on the ground. Of course, he had taken a few hits himself, but they had not caused any real damage.

Zhang Daping, however, was extremely cunning and took this opportunity to run out. By the time Ye Qing charged out of the office, he had already entered the elevator.

Ye Qing chased after him only to find that the elevator was going up, which surprised him even more. Why didn’t Zhang Daping escape downstairs? What was his reasoning for going up? Did he not realize that going upstairs was a dead-end?

Zhang Daping, in fact, had calculated wisely; if he went downstairs, Ye Qing might have caught up with him. Moreover, given Ye Qing’s situation, even if he wouldn’t catch him this time, he would come after him again. But going upstairs was different; the top floor housed the office of the chairman, Lin Zhen Nan. Lin Zhen Nan’s personal bodyguards were extremely strong, and that place was truly safe.

If Ye Qing dared to cause trouble there, Lin Zhen Nan would definitely not let him off. If Lin Zhen Nan handled Ye Qing, wouldn’t that mean safety for himself?

The elevator stopped at the top floor, and Zhang Daping rushed out of the elevator. Lin Zhen Nan’s bodyguards were standing in the corridor. This level housed Lin Zhen Nan’s office and had the strongest security.

Seeing someone suddenly rush out of the elevator, several bodyguards immediately came over to intercept him. Once they recognized it was Zhang Daping, the bodyguards all breathed a sigh of relief, as they had thought it was an attacker.

”Manager Zhang, what’s the matter? You seem very flustered!” Fire Dragon, who was also one of the bodyguards on duty, exclaimed curiously.

”There’s... there’s trouble, someone wants to harm the chairman...” Zhang Daping walked behind the men, his voice trembling, ”He’s almost caught up, you... you stop him!”

”Who dares to cause trouble at Lin Corporation!” Fire Dragon immediately lost his temper and said, ”I want to see who is so arrogant. Damn it, the last fool we dealt with was beaten down by me, and it seems the lesson wasn’t enough!”

The bodyguards were also rubbing their hands together in anticipation, having been Lin Zhen Nan’s personal guards for quite some time, yet they had rarely had a chance to actually fight. Now that trouble had come to their doorstep, they were eager to show their capabilities in front of Lin Zhen Nan.

Another elevator soon arrived, several bodyguards stood at the elevator door, and a few with better skills stood in the hallway, including Yun, who had injured Ye Qing last time.

Zhang Daping had already run into Lin Zhen Nan’s office; Lin Zhen Nan was sitting in his chair writing something. Seeing Zhang Daping enter in such a state, he frowned and asked, ”What’s the matter?”

”Boss, there’s... there’s trouble...” Zhang Daping paused, then said, ”I suspect it might be the people who kidnapped Miss last time...”

”What!” Lin Zhen Nan immediately stood up, looked angrily toward the hallway, and shouted, ”How do you know that?”

”There aren’t many who dare to cause trouble in our Lin Corporation!” Zhang Daping replied.

Lin Zhen Nan frowned and gave him a stern look. Was there necessarily a link between these two events?

However, Lin Zhen Nan was furious that someone dared to make trouble. Since his daughter was kidnapped last time, he had taken security very seriously. Now, someone causing trouble was like deliberately rubbing salt in his wounds!

”Don’t let him get away later, catch him and call the police!” Lin Zhen Nan ordered his bodyguards in a deep voice.

”Don’t worry, he won’t get away!” Yun said with a cold smirk at the corner of his mouth, confident in himself.

Finally, the elevator stopped at this floor. The elevator doors opened, and Ye Qing walked straight out.

Seeing the newcomer, Fire Dragon, who was standing at the door looking fierce, was taken aback and said, ”Why is it you?”

Seeing Fire Dragon, Ye Qing also frowned. The last time he came to find Lin Zhen Nan while he was not fully recovered, he had been severely beaten by Fire Dragon. Although Ye Qing hadn’t thought about revenge, encountering him again was a good opportunity to even the score.

”Damn, it’s you, the waste; I thought we were dealing with Arnold Schwarzenegger or something!” Fire Dragon immediately became spirited and waved his hand, ”Don’t be nervous, guys. I know this kid; he’s nothing but trash. Don’t come over, I can handle him all by myself!”

Fire Dragon walked proudly up to Ye Qing, looked him up and down, and said, ”Boy, you’ve really got some guts, do you even know where you are? I’ll tell you, for last time’s incident, if you kowtow to me, I might let you go. But this time, even if you smash your head in kowtowing, I damn well won’t let you off!”

Ye Qing frowned, turned his head to look at Zhang Daping inside the office, and said in a deep voice, ”Hand him over to me, and I will leave!”

”You must be joking, you think you’re in charge here?” Fire Dragon burst out cursing, pointing at Ye Qing, ”Don’t you see where you are? Believe it or not, I can crush you with one hand!”

Ye Qing ignored him and walked straight toward Zhang Daping. Fire Dragon, furious, watched as Ye Qing walked past him without even giving him a glance, clearly disrespecting him.

”Come back here!” Fire Dragon reached out to grab Ye Qing’s collar, attempting to pull him away.

Ye Qing caught Fire Dragon’s wrist in one swift motion, twisted it forcefully, and Fire Dragon immediately bent over in pain. Ye Qing, resentful of the last harsh encounter, showed no mercy this time and quickly dislocated Fire Dragon’s arm.

”Ah!” Fire Dragon screamed in sudden intense pain, rolling on the ground clutching his wrist.

Ye Qing decisively kicked him in the chest, sending Fire Dragon sliding several meters across the floor into a wall, continuing to scream in agony.

This turn of events made the other bodyguards tense up, even Yun frowned. He knew Ye Qing had some skills, but not to such an extent. Even himself would not dare claim he could have handled Fire Dragon so neatly.

Of course, he guessed that Fire Dragon’s underestimation had given Ye Qing the upper hand. Having injured Ye Qing before, he had always looked down on Ye Qing, never believing he could be that strong!

Seeing Ye Qing approaching, Yun waved his hand and said sternly, ”Stop him!”

The bodyguards immediately surrounded Ye Qing; compared to those ex-military men downstairs, these bodyguards were indeed stronger.
