This Doctor Is Too Wealthy

It’s not important!

They are all using their own methods, striving to find a way forward for traditional Chinese medicine in the new era environment, contributing their efforts to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.

Between Du Heng and Sun Jiaxiang, there is a difference in methods, but their struggle goals are highly unified.

So, having the current outcome of choices is also something expected.

This topic is quite sensitive and also quite heavy, so Zhang Shiping and Du Heng both chose to pass it by quickly.

Afterwards, they talked about some more relaxed topics, and after Du Heng talked about his real reason for finding Mr. Ma, the three ended today’s gathering.

However, when it came time to pay the bill, Mr. Ma had already taken care of it.

Even though Mr. Ma paid the bill, looking at the cost over 700,000 yuan, Du Heng suddenly felt like he was starting to decline.

If it had been in the past, let alone spending 70,000 yuan on a meal, even spending 700 yuan seemed unrealistic, too extravagant.

But today, he really did make the price happen. Although the main expense was on drinks, the price made him realize that some of his behavior had already changed.

Anyway, if it has changed, so be it. It’s not stolen nor robbed, so why not spend?

After a good sleep, Du Heng continued to immerse himself in his work again, no surprises, no waves, just patients waiting for him to treat them.

Busy until the lunch break, after seeing off the last patient, Du Heng picked up his tea cup intending to go to the canteen for a meal.

Only before he could get up from the chair, the door of the consultation room was pushed open, and then a figure rushed in front of him.

Moreover, because the other party was so fast and aggressive, Du Heng was almost frightened enough to throw the stainless steel thermos cup in hand.

Though Du Heng himself has never encountered situations where emotionally unstable patients or family members harm doctors, he has seen and heard quite a lot of them.

But before he could throw the cup out, the rushing figure suddenly kneeled down in front of him.

”Mr. Du, I was wrong. I was possessed by a ghost. Please give me another chance. I will definitely be a good teacher.”

Du Heng’s heart hadn’t calmed down yet when he heard this baffling statement.

And when this statement was finished, Du Heng realized that the person kneeling in front of him is Song Zhiyuan, who was very stubborn about it yesterday.

”Mr. Song, stand up, if you have something to say, say it standing up. What’s this supposed to look like?” Du Heng was a little displeased and reached out to help Song Zhiyuan up.

And the inpatient doctor who was stunned for a moment earlier, who is Du Heng’s assistant, then hurriedly stepped in, directly pulling him up from the ground without hesitation.

This is in the hospital’s consultation room, if someone sees it, it would greatly affect Du Heng’s reputation.

Song Zhiyuan knelt down quickly and stood up just as fast. He hadn’t even finished his prepared words, and his entire body was already upright.

”Mr. Song, what do you mean by me giving you a chance, take your time and make it clear.” Du Heng asked with a frown when he saw Song Zhiyuan standing properly.

Song Zhiyuan was almost in tears, ”Mr. Du, Director Zhao informed me in the morning, saying that I violated school regulations and I’m to be dismissed.

Mr. Du, I beg you, please forgive me, I was foolish for a moment and did such inhumane things.”

Du Heng’s lower eyelids twitched slightly, he didn’t expect Director Zhao to be so decisive and quick, ”Mr. Song, this is the school’s decision, I am just a substitute teacher, I don’t have a say.

You should go to Director Zhao, go to the school, they’re the ones to find.”

Having said that, Du Heng took his cup and was about to leave.

Seeing Du Heng wouldn’t relent, Song Zhiyuan’s knees buckled again trying to kneel down, but this time he forgot there was still an observant inpatient doctor by his side.

The inpatient doctor noticed that the situation was not right and in the instant Song Zhiyuan’s body lowered, grabbed his underarm and held him up.

Du Heng frowned, ”If you have something to say, say it. Don’t keep kneeling down, where did you learn these bad habits?”

Song Zhiyuan didn’t care what Du Heng said, with a sobbing tone he continued, ”Mr. Du, please pity me, let me go.

I put in a lot of effort to get this university teacher job, I can’t lose it.

Mr. Du, my mother has worked hard to support me for more than twenty years, if I lose my job and go back in shame, she won’t be able to bear it, she can’t handle such a blow.”

Du Heng slowly turned his body, coldly looking at Song Zhiyuan, ”So, according to you, I also have to be responsible for your mother?

For what reason?

That’s your mother, whether she can handle it or not, that’s something for you to consider. If you hadn’t insulted the teaching profession, would you have come to this end?

Moreover, what costs you expended for this job has nothing to do with me, why expect others to help you, for what reason?”

Du Heng didn’t want to talk further with this person, he turned to leave.

But he had only taken a step when the corner of his eye caught Song Zhiyuan’s slightly insidious look, sending a sudden tightness through his heart.

This person is evidently narrow-minded and very selfish.

The psychology of such a person is somewhat unhealthy, once cornered, they might do some extreme things.
