Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

Chapter 1185: Chapter 1184: Time Travel to the Other Side of the World

The Moon Capital never expected to lose so badly, which made him feel very humiliated.

No matter what, a loss is a loss. In the end, the Moon could only accept Little Sakura as the new master of the Clow Cards and then disappear completely... He was beaten into a stupor by Little Sakura’s overwhelming barrage of attacks and had no desire to show his face again.

Of course, Fang Zheng had no interest in what the Moon was thinking. Now that Little Sakura’s ”story” had temporarily concluded, the most important task for Fang Zheng was... to resolve the root issue of this world’s mission.

So, a few days after Little Sakura became the master of the Clow Cards, Fang Zheng gathered all the Magical Girls and explained the situation about the Shadow Creatures to them. After hearing Fang Zheng’s explanation, the girls were a bit shocked, but not overly panicked — they were somewhat mentally prepared for this kind of thing.

”So... teacher, you mean we have to go to that world and eliminate the root of the Shadow Creatures?”

”I never said you have to.”

Looking at Nanoha, Fang Zheng shook his head.

”I’m just explaining to you what I’m going to do next. Of course, Illya and Little Hei will definitely be going with me. Whether you want to go... is up to you. You have to understand, from the current situation, that world is definitely filled with dangers, and we basically know nothing about it except that the residual emotions there harbor a deep hatred for Magical Girls. So once you go over, you may encounter unimaginable dangers because I need to spell this out for you in advance... If you do not wish to go, you can also stay here. After all, someone needs to guard this world as well...”

”I want to go, Mr. Fang Zheng.”

However, no sooner had Fang Zheng finished speaking than Fate immediately made her decision.

”I am willing to fight for Mr. Fang Zheng.”

”Since Fate wants to go, then I want to go too.”

Nanoha quickly followed up.

”I want to go too!”

Naturally, Little Sakura wouldn’t miss this opportunity either.

But Shisei was clearly different.

”Umm... can I go? If I can, I would like to...”

Unlike the other Magical Girls, Shisei seemed a bit lacking in confidence since she wasn’t a Magical Girl...

”If you’re sure you want to go... then you can.”

If it were anyone else, Fang Zheng definitely wouldn’t be at ease. But with Shisei, Fang Zheng was very reassured. After all, Shisei is different from ordinary people; she is smart, calm, collected, and very considerate and gentle. Bringing Shisei along could at least help soothe the other Magical Girls’ emotions. Of course, even if something happens, if it’s just Shisei alone, then I can also agree to protect her.

”Then, I want to go.”

Upon hearing Fang Zheng’s response, Shisei’s eyes lit up, and Little Ke excitedly patted his chest.

”Don’t worry, Shisei, I’ll protect you!”

...Come to think of it, Fang Zheng had forgotten that after Little Sakura collected all the Clow Cards, Little Ke could transform back into the magnificent Guardian Beast.

He is, to some extent, considered combat strength.

”Then, it’s decided.”

Since everyone had made their decision, Fang Zheng certainly wouldn’t hesitate.

”The departure is set for two days later, at a nearby park. To your parents, I’ll say you’re attending a club retreat... Of course, if any issues arise, Precia will cover for you.”

Incidentally, Precia originally wanted to go too, but considering Elysia was still here and it was impossible for her to take Elysia to such a dangerous and mysterious world, Fang Zheng finally decided to leave Precia behind.

From here, everything is ready except for the final touch.

Convincing the girls’ parents wasn’t difficult since these kids were very obedient, and with Fang Zheng stepping in, the parents naturally felt reassured. Therefore, it didn’t take much effort for Fang Zheng to gain consent from Nanoha and Little Sakura’s parents. As for Fate... well, let’s say Elysia tearfully didn’t want her to leave, while Precia just told Fate, ”Be careful on the road...”

Truthfully, this awkward mother-daughter relationship probably won’t resolve itself anytime soon.

Fang Zheng also understands that compared to Precia, Fate seems to be closer to him now. For instance, she always finds excuses to come over to him after school or on holidays, either playing with Little Hei and Illya or helping him prepare meals.

Upon reflection, it’s understandable considering Precia had once said so many heart-wrenching words to Fate, and more importantly, now that Elysia has been resurrected, Fate is likely worried she might become someone who is no longer needed...

For this, Fang Zheng has no better solution. The saying goes, ”He who tied the bell on the tiger’s neck should remove it,” and it falls upon Precia to work hard to resolve Fate’s emotional barrier.

”Are you ready?”

Standing in the clearing near the park in the dead of night, Fang Zheng sternly watched the girls in front of him. The girls nodded in response.

”Good, Shisei, come stand next to me... Everyone else, transform!”

Following Fang Zheng’s command, the girls immediately began to transform.

Of course, there were no explosive costume-change scenes, only pink and golden yellow spheres...

Damn it!

What else could Fang Zheng say besides silently cursing? The creators of these Magitech Devices didn’t understand human desires at all.

”Roar———!”

Just like before, shortly after the girls transformed, those Shadow Creatures appeared once again and, just as before, began a frantic assault on the Magical Girls. However, this time the group did not retaliate, because according to Precia’s research, these Shadow Creatures only begin to fuse once their numbers reach a certain limit, then transforming into that bizarre beast.

So, fighting a prolonged battle like before would only waste time. This time, Fang Zheng simply cast a Magic Barrier to shield the girls, allowing the number of Shadow Creatures to increase more and more...

Sure enough, when these Shadow Creatures reached a threshold, they again began to fuse. The sky’s color quickly changed, and the Shadow Witch reappeared. The dark lines beneath it rapidly expanded, engulfing everyone within.

”Te...teacher...”

”MASTER...”

Staring at the bizarre and colossal Shadow Creature before them, the girls felt some tension, but Fang Zheng remained silent, merely grasping the Pitch Black Greatsword and coldly staring at the creature.

But no one noticed that, at this moment, a black and white figure stealthily emerged from the nearby bushes.

It was the Little Kitten and Little White Cat of the Fang Family.

This time Fang Zheng had not thought of bringing these two cats, but for some reason, they managed to find their way here.

”Meow, meow!”

The Little White Cat meowed while desperately shaking its head, showing reluctance. However, even so, the Little Black Kitten lying on its back remained unmoved. It simply extended its little black paw and gently tapped the Little White Cat on the head.

”Meow...”

The Little White Cat immediately quieted down, then carrying the Little Black Kitten, glanced around, and swiftly dashed through the gaps in the Shadow Creature.

Meanwhile, the surrounding space began to distort.

The next moment, Fang Zheng felt the ground beneath him vanish, and everyone, along with the massive creature, disappeared silently into the air, leaving no trace behind.

And those two cats... also vanished without a trace.
