Chapter 1157: Chapter 1156: Little Sakura and the Transfer Student

A new day begins with a word from Nanoha.

”Sister Little Hei seems prettier today?”

When we met in the club lounge at noon, Nanoha’s first words were about this.

”Indeed... I also think Sister Little Hei looks much prettier, I thought it was just an illusion...”

At this point, Shisei was also curious, circling around Little Hei.

”She seems full of energy and radiates a certain brightness...”

”Hehe...”

”Did Sister Little Hei use some new brand of beauty products?”

Even Shisei could only guess this.

”Hehe...”

Upon hearing Shisei’s inquiry, Little Hei proudly puffed out her chest and smiled at Shisei.

”Yes, these beauty products are quite expensive, but their effects are amazing. Not only do they replenish magic power, but they also slow down aging, keeping you youthful and vibrant... How about it? Do you want to try them too? Although the usage might be a bit complicated... Ouch!”

”What nonsense are you spouting?”

Fang Zheng punched Little Hei on the head, interrupting her mischievous promotion to Shisei. Little Hei rubbed her head, stuck out her tongue at Fang Zheng, and then scanned the activity room.

”Speaking of, why haven’t we seen Little Sakura today?”

”Little Sakura was called away by someone.”

”Who?”

Upon hearing this, Little Hei instantly went into gossip mode, while Shisei didn’t hold back.

”It’s a transfer student named Syaoran, from Hong Kong, who just joined our class today... Oh, come to think of it, he and you are from the same country, teacher.”

”Oh? Syaoran?”

Upon hearing the name, Fang Zheng put down his book and turned around. He certainly remembered Syaoran, to be honest, in Japanese animation, Syaoran is one of the few impressive characters; while others are protagonists marrying foreign women, Syaoran made Little Sakura his wife and brought her home...

Hmm, but how should I put it... Fang Zheng doesn’t have a problem with Syaoran, but he’s part of Shisei’s party...

This is really a tough choice...

Well, let’s leave it to fate.

”A transfer student indeed...!”

However, Little Hei’s interest lay elsewhere.

”This is also a staple in Magical Girl series!”

”That’s right!”

Shisei also nodded with excitement, while Little Hei rushed to the window and looked outside.

”Where are those two? Can we see them from here? Could it be that the transfer student fell in love at first sight and confessed to Little Sakura?”

”Maybe not...”

At this point, Nanoha and Illya also joined in, curiously looking outside. After all, when it comes to romantic topics, there’s no girl who doesn’t enjoy them.

”Over there!”

As ARCHER, Little Hei naturally had the best eyesight among everyone, so when she focused, she quickly spotted the two talking in the corner not far away. She saw Little Sakura standing beside a wire fence, while the boy named Syaoran stood opposite her. They exchanged a few words, and then... the boy lunged at Little Sakura.

”Little Sakura!”

Seeing the two entangled, Shisei immediately raised her voice, while Little Hei swiftly moved.

”Dare to use force, this is too much, watch me!”

After saying these words, Little Hei flipped and leapt forward. Seeing this, Nanoha yelled.

”Sister Little Hei, this is the third floor!”

However, before she finished, Little Hei had already leaped out of the window.

At this moment, Little Sakura was wrestling with the boy in front of her. Just earlier, this transfer student had suddenly called her out, but what Little Sakura didn’t expect was that not only did he know she was the holder of the Clow Cards, but he also demanded she hand them over! Naturally, Little Sakura was unwilling to just hand over the Clow Cards she collected to a stranger she had only met a few times, and she refused. But the boy named Syaoran was clearly hot-tempered, and seeing Little Sakura’s refusal, he tried to grab them directly.

”Give them to me...”

”No, I cannot...”

”Let her go!”

While they were pulling on each other, suddenly, a shout from Little Hei came from behind Syaoran, followed by a gust of wind. Syaoran immediately let go of Little Sakura, turned swiftly, and assumed a defensive posture with his hands on his chest. Then, Little Hei kicked towards Syaoran’s shoulder.

”Hey!”

However, Syaoran wasn’t foolish enough to get kicked by Little Hei; he quickly reached out and blocked Little Hei’s attack. But the ensuing forceful kick sent him flying sideways. Syaoran flew about three to five meters through the air, did an aerial flip, and landed steadily on the ground.

”I never thought, as a boy, you’d lay hands on a girl, how shameless!”

Little Hei shouted while holding her fists, standing in front of Little Sakura.

”What do you want to do to Little Sakura?”

”S-Sister Little Hei...”

Seeing Little Hei appear, Little Sakura finally breathed a sigh of relief.

”He wants my Clow Cards...”

”What? Clow Cards?”

Upon hearing Little Sakura’s words, Little Hei’s expression also changed slightly, and then she quickly reached out with both hands.

”TRACE ON...!”

Accompanied by Little Hei’s chant, two daggers, one black and one white, appeared in her hands. Upon seeing the daggers in Little Hei’s hands, Syaoran was startled, and quickly raised his right hand, grabbed something that looked like a pendant, closed his eyes, and muttered ”Urgent Decree,” then the pendant transformed into a double-edged sword.

”Take this!”

Since the opponent also drew a weapon, Little Hei wouldn’t hold back; she shouted and charged at Syaoran. Syaoran quickly swung his sword, engaging Little Hei.

”Clang clang clang!!”

The sharp sword blades clashed and burst into a series of crash sounds. As a Heroic Spirit, Little Hei’s strength was naturally far superior to Syaoran’s, but Syaoran was clearly not an amateur; although he couldn’t counter Little Hei’s attacks, he could barely withstand them.

”What should we do now?”

At this moment, Shisei, Nanoha, Illya, and others hurried over and saw the battlefield in front of them, unsure of what to do.

”Teacher, you should think of something...”

Little Sakura urgently asked Fang Zheng, and Fang Zheng shrugged.

”Alright, although fights between kids are usually none of my business, once you start using swords it’s quite another matter...”

As he spoke, Fang Zheng raised his right hand and flicked it forward.

”Boom!!”

The next moment, a massive pitch-black greatsword suddenly descended from the sky, piercing into the ground between them, erupting into blazing flames. Seeing this, Little Hei and Syaoran quickly backed away from the sword, then looked in the direction from which the black greatsword was thrown.

”Enough, it’s time to stop fighting.”

Facing their stares, Fang Zheng spoke.

”If you keep fighting like this, what happens if someone gets hurt? Even if no one gets hurt, damaging the flowers and grass isn’t good...”

”Humph.”

Seeing Fang Zheng intervene, Little Hei snorted, sheathed her dual blades, and looked at Syaoran again.

”I’ll let you go this time, but if I see you bullying Little Sakura again, watch out; I’ll deal with you.”

”...”

However, Syaoran was left stunned, looking at Fang Zheng and the others, completely speechless.

Before coming to this school, he had only learned from his family that the Seal of the Clow Cards had been broken and someone inherited Kuro Reed’s Magic Staff, which is why he came. In Syaoran’s imagination, there should only be one Mage in this school, but now... why are there so many Mages?

Where exactly have I come to!
