Space Odyssey from Abandoned Mining Space Station

The combat power of an Insect Race planet can essentially match up to that of an entire Star System.

This can only be attributed to the over-exaggerated enhancements made by Chen Ming to the Insect Race.

After all, whether it’s the Mechanical Race or any other, an entire Star Realm must consider more than just military power.

It’s necessary to take a comprehensive approach to limit the fleet to a reasonable number, only ramping up production when necessary.

Even if a large fleet has been allocated to assist in migration.

There are still a sufficient number of Insect Race Cruisers to trouble the Mechanical Race.

Now, it’s time to test the command skills learned over these days.

A star map of the adjacent Star Realm suddenly appeared in Chen Ming’s eyes.

This was the precise star map meticulously surveyed by his fleet, bit by bit.

All the positions of small outposts were marked on it, as well as the Mechanical Race fleets that attacked his outposts.

In their attempt to completely erase Chen Ming’s influence, the Mechanical Race executed near carpet bombings on his small outposts and deployed units to inspect the ruins, striving to destroy all mechanized structures.

But what they don’t know is, even if Chen Ming’s Spiritual Power is entirely depleted, anything that has ever been linked through his Spiritual Energy can be reconnected.

From industrial facilities to iron atoms.

Unless the Mechanical Race can completely annihilate all molecular atoms when demolishing an outpost.

Otherwise, Chen Ming’s eyes will forever remain wherever his Spiritual Energy covers.

But the Mechanical Race is unaware of this fact.

It’s perfectly normal for them to inadvertently pick up some iron atoms when destroying small outposts.

And this results in nearly all the positions of the Mechanical Race battleships involved in the attack being clearly marked on the star map, with every active fleet revealed to Chen Ming.

Most of the Mechanical Race fleet, upon what they perceive as complete destruction of Chen Ming’s outposts, has returned to the nearby Cruisers that led them here.

This allows Chen Ming to mark the locations of those Cruiser fleets.

These Cruisers move alongside a large number of medium and small ships, not just those tasked with destroying Chen Ming’s outposts, but also others yet to make any move, all visible to Chen Ming.

There are even some Cruisers carrying combat supplies, providing replenishments to smaller ships that have expended a large amount of materials in the destruction of Chen Ming’s outposts.

During this supply process, direct contact occurs between ships.

If Chen Ming wants, he could even send the Dusk Core over via iron atoms found on these ships, creating data lines to forcibly take over those Cruisers.

But he refrains from doing so.

Because forcibly taking over the Mechanical Race would lead to Mechanical Race units becoming abnormal subunits, disconnected from the Mechanical Race’s network.

This would cause the controlled Mechanical Race to be immediately detected, and it would also reveal to them Chen Ming’s ability to directly control ships using iron atoms.

During Chen Ming’s initial encounter with the Mechanical Race Star Realm, he personally donned Power Armor and went aboard the Mechanical Race Cruisers to gain control.

To the Mechanical Race, Chen Ming’s power is believed to be limited to this.

If not, Chen Ming would have already controlled all mechanical structures of the Dusk, the Mechanical Race, and even the entire Empire.

So if Chen Ming’s capability is exposed, many things he could have done might no longer be feasible.

For example, later, when those ships carrying iron atoms under his Spiritual Energy control might encounter the Mechanical Race Mother Ship, he could do certain things.

While this hasn’t happened yet, there’s definitely a Main Ship within the Mechanical Race’s Star Realm, ready to be deployed.

Possibly for use by the Empire, or against Chen Ming.

Chen Ming is currently most lacking a Main Ship.

The Main Ship is crucial to a fleet’s combat power cap.

If he were to take control of Cruisers now for minor gains, causing the Mechanical Race to become vigilant, he might miss golden opportunities like today’s.

Moreover, since there might be limitations where Chen Ming must personally control certain entities for the Mechanical Race.

Then having a controlled Mechanical Race would just mean one thing to them, that Chen Ming is definitely present in that location.

This is a misleading strategy, one that can only be used once.

Chen Ming cannot simply ruin the environment where this plan can be executed.

So nothing to say, none of these Mechanical Race units can be controlled.

All the Mechanical Race must die.

Ten thousand Insect Race Cruisers, possessing the consciousness of individual Insect Race entities, under the precise command of the Insect Queen and Chen Ming, locked onto each ship that attacked Chen Ming’s small outposts.

Or targeted those leading the medium and small Mechanical Race ships, selecting the jump locations for the temporary outpost searches, including the Cruiser fleet.

Chen Ming ensured every locked location had at least doubled the combat power deployed.

The combat power of Insect Race bio-cruisers is already considerable.

Using Plasma Acid Cannons and imitative Speed Particle Spears as primary weapons.

The former is a combination of the Energy Confinement Bomb form with chemical solid bullet weapons.
