Space Odyssey from Abandoned Mining Space Station

Relying on the plasma produced by the Aurora Wind Spirit gene within the Insect Race genes and the highly corrosive acid of the Insect Race as means of damage.

The compound damage of the two has a remarkable effect on shield armor and the hull.

As for the latter, the biological aggregation high-energy particle torrent emitter needs no further introduction.

The biological version of the speed particle spear, powered by those evolved fluorescent energy crystals, is even more terrifying than ordinary speed particle spears.

Not just because of the optimized energy source but also because it is a biomass energy weapon.

As long as it is a biological entity, it can be amplified by the Insect Queen’s spiritual energy.

Although the spiritual energy amplification of the Insect Queen is a comprehensive enhancement, after this evolution, the Insect Queen can now allow certain organs to gain a stronger extra boost, amplifying the organ’s original function.

As a biological weapon, naturally, it’s the combat performance that’s enhanced.

The combat performance of the speed particle spear, including charging time, particle flux, and duration, are all stronger compared to the ordinary models.

This is the additional amplification brought by spiritual energy.

As long as Chen Ming or the Insect Queen continues to develop more advanced biomass speed particle spears, these spears can become even more powerful.

Other weapons include some biological missiles and carrier-type weapons like biological fighters.

However, Chen Ming feels that these weapons probably won’t have the chance to shine in this battle.

As for the Insect Race ships themselves.

Although they lack shields, even after evolution, the Insect Queen is still unable to replicate shield systems.

Since that’s the case, the Insect Queen chose not to stubbornly insist on shields.

Instead, she chose to fully strengthen the already powerful Insect Race carapace.

Nowadays, the carapace of the Insect Race, which means the armor of the Insect Race ships, is no longer what it once was.

The seed coat structure of the Immortal Spirit Tree Seed, devoured by the Insect Queen, has also been applied to the black carapace.

The Immortal Spirit Tree Seed’s seed coat has extremely high strength, even Chen Ming’s spiritual power cannot penetrate it.

This not only provides defense against spiritual power but also has physical solidity.

Even at the time, the Insect Queen had to personally chew to digest it.

Such a structure applied to the carapace gives the Insect Race cruiser’s carapace armor more strength than normal cruiser armor.

Such powerful Insect Race cruisers are now gathering in orbit around the Insect Hive Planet.

Each one is confirming targets.

Each one is preparing to activate the biomass teleportation engine completely transformed during the Insect Queen’s evolutionary cocooning process.

No concern for instability in the hive mind network when the Insect Race warships teleport away from the Insect Queen.

After the Insect Queen absorbed the Immortal Spirit Tree Seed and finished evolving, the Insect Race’s hive mind network no longer relies solely on pheromones, fungi, and a small amount of spiritual energy to maintain.

It is now maintained through a complete spiritual energy network.

And the old methods aren’t discarded; in places where spiritual energy fluctuations can’t reach, pheromones and fungi can still form part of the swarm network.

There’s no need to worry about losing connection upon entering a spiritual energy isolation zone, unlike the Mechanical Race.

This construction of a hive mind network based on spiritual energy grants the Insect Race some additional capabilities.

As for what those capabilities specifically are, Chen Ming feels he will soon find out.

With such amplification conditions, after the overwhelming warp fluctuations disrupted the space around the Insect Hive Planet visibly, with space visibly warped.

Chen Ming, through the Insect Queen’s perception, sensed tens of thousands of departing Insect Race cruisers in position.

Magnificent electric balls and particle torrents turned into pure white beams, utilizing special energy crystals, completely covered the Mechanical Race’s fleet.

The black carapace, plasma acid balls, and pure white beams delivered an extreme visual impact.

And the physical impact was just as overwhelming.

Not a single Mechanical Race fleet could withstand longer than three seconds on screen.

All the Insect Race fleets destroyed the enemy the moment they finished teleporting in, with just a single exchange.

The cruisers overwhelmingly crushed the destroyers and guards, leaving the Mechanical Race fleet no chance to resist.

The same was true for those Mechanical Race cruiser fleets, and even quicker.

Because Chen Ming’s side had simply too many fleets, he allocated a bit more firepower to those Mechanical Race cruisers.

As a result, Mechanical Race cruisers and the other small and medium-sized ships following them were destroyed by the overwhelming firepower of the Insect Race cruisers faster than in other locations, where precision destruction of a few small ships was required.
