COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

Students enjoy the buffet service and can sing karaoke at will.

The number of students in their class decreased in exam, but was meaningful to everyone.

That means returning to Class C.

Then evaluation score also rose sharply. It was already set at 1225 points.

For ordinary students, these class evaluation scores have nothing to do with them.

They only have 50,000 yen of living expenses per month, and the rest will be confiscated.

However, once scores become very high, then even if they fail next exam and drop, their 50,000 yen of living expenses can still be secured, right?

So to speak.

No one is unhappy now.

Moreover, students in Ryuen’s class have a high level of awareness, even bots keep their noses pinched by tweezers, because many were beaten to a pulp by Ryuen himself last year.

As for the fact some people dropped out of school... I’m used to it.

In other words, there are a few people who are dropouts and are even in reserve force.

Although this school offers free tuition and living expenses, according to current best case scenario, are 50,000 per month, and there are still two years to graduate, so maximum private points you can get is 1.2 million.

But this is for living expenses, so may not be much left in end.

But if you drop out, you get 2 million!

And if you actively sign up, you get another 200,000. Someone went to see the pear blossoms yesterday.

Even found out Rika also received 100,000 yen for transportation expenses.

So, even if you drop out of school, situation is not that bad.

If they can stay, many students would like to stay. After all, they have been in this school and group for a year and do not want to go out, build new interpersonal relationships etc...

This is atmosphere in Ryuen’s class.

Leader was drinking Sprite.

“Ryuen-kun.”

Shiina-san’s voice came over.

“Are you going back early?” Ryuen immediately put down his drink, seemed to have understood why Hiyori came.

“Probably.” She came to this school alone and didn’t have many friends.

Her emotional intelligence is not low and she knows how to interact with others, but she is not like Kushida and Ichinose.

She still hopes to interact with real friends.

But let alone true friends, she is now...

’Yeah. Currently, the only people I can call my friends and talk to are Hikigaya-kun, Kushida-san, Ichinose-san, and Ibuki....But she didn’t come to the party. The reason she said was that she was going to see Wicked. It released today and she wanted to go see it. What Ibuki-san said is just to look at it, not to want to look at it...In other words, watching a movie is considered a task. It just sounds weird.’

But Ryuen knew that some of the students in his class were weird.

However, what he needs to do is to understand strengths of these people and utilize them.

As long as it is used when needed, he will not control it at other times.

So, immediately agreed to Hiyori’s early departure.

Or say.

In fact, there was one person who didn’t even come to celebration party this time.

The other party’s words were even more willful.

“My girlfriend asked me to treat her to a meal, so I won’t go to class party.”

by Hikigaya Hachiman

’Tsk! It’s amazing to have a girlfriend. Anyway, isn’t it just about making a date with Horikita Suzune, Kushida Kikyo, Sakayanagi Arisu or the like?’

Ryuen even felt like he still missed a name or two in his thoughts.

Other side.

Inside The Rock’s Steakhouse Buffet.

The seven-well done steak has been served. Also a variety of meals that are completely self-service.

Looks quite delicious.

“Today’s fee seems to be quite high.” Kushida-chan is always considerate of others when acting like a little angel.

“It’s okay. Someone sponsored it. It wasn’t my money.”

....Eh?

Kushida-chan blinked slightly, as if she didn’t quite understand. But she still knew that Hikigaya-kun had a lot of income.

He had taken away 300-point agreement between Ryuen and Class A, and 98-point agreement with Ichinose’s class.

In addition, he was often treated to meals by Sakayanagi, and even cheated some money from Kamuro-san.

Then, now he was in Ryuen’s class, it seemed that if class evaluation score exceeded 500, he would be able to get 70% of the excess.

Kushida-chan used her communication skills to get news from students in Ryuuen’s class.

’This time, he got a high score of 400 points. So, boss’s income is going to increase again...This is really enviable!’

Kushida-chan was just envious, not jealous, because although Hikigaya-kun was able to make a lot of money, he paid for her to graduate and enter Class A.

In other words, this is a performance that chooses her.

Then it’s marriage partner.

Now they are family, so no need to worry about money. Kushida-chan even thought she should start preparing.

Prepare to go to college in future and then accumulate knowledge related to becoming a lawyer.

“I feel like my class is doomed after this exam. Although Koenji-kun caused quarrel among everyone, I feel that...he seems to be leaving the class. I learned from Yukimura-kun that he even received a notice from school about his promotion to a higher grade. So probability of that monkey running away is very high.”

The girlfriend sitting next to Hachiman’s face suddenly darkened.

It’s normal behaviour for him now.

“So those defects!”

“It’s the first time I’ve seen someone kick out a top scorer in his class.”

“Ike is such an idiot.”

“If it weren’t for this wave, Koenji would have stayed for at least a while longer. Even though he doesn’t want to, he won’t become an enemy...”

“So from now on, living expenses I get from the class will also decrease...”

Since they requested a private room with soundproofing, Hikigaya-kun listened to her complaints.

It would be great if she could vent all her complaints just through this listening mode.

He wouldn’t have to sacrifice his sleep time every Saturday, and wait for her to come early.

Hachiman and others are on second floor. And looking out through window glass.

Hachiman noticed that several familiar students flashed by on the road below, and one of them was a beautiful girl with long golden-pink hair who was quite eye-catching.

Ichinose Honami.

Another possible marriage partner of Hikigaya-kun.

It can be seen that Ichinose’s mental state is not very good, but she is still walking in the same direction with her companions, and her classmates are around her.

There were a lot of students, and it seemed that all in class were there.

And if you count them, you’ll find there are 40 of them.

I don’t know if it was telepathy, but when Hachiman looked at Ichinose, who was moving with her companions, looked up.

Both sides seemed to have seen each other.

“Ichinose-san?”

That’s right, Ichinose seemed a little dazed, and the girl next to her named Kobashi Yume looked at her with some concern.

“Nothing.” But Ichinose responded quickly, then held Kobashi’s hand and walked towards store in front together.

Hachiman withdrew his gaze.

As Vice president of student council, he also received information about the test results on his mobile phone.

To be precise, it was Sakayanagi-san who forwarded it.

Then was a message from Sakayanagi-san, asking him to be responsible for updating the data.

Um....

In other words, it was President who arranged for him to do this job. This is really too much.

But it was also a bit too much to arrange for his assistant, Secretary Yukinoshita, to do work at this time.

After all, this is not data for her grade, so how can she be held responsible for it?

The results on phone were pretty much as expected.

“Same thing. I won’t repeat.”

Class A just added 100 points.

But Hachiman sincerely hopes that Sakayanagi can widen the score gap.

Generally speaking, for Arisu, it is meaningless to save the students in her class.

Most are interchangeable. Exchanging points is the most meaningful.

Hachiman’s eyes fell on students of Ichinose’s class who were walking away.

When exams ended early, Rika, a student in Hachiman’s class, dropped out and is no longer on campus.

But there are students who dropped out of Ichinose’s class.

And girl who just talked to Ichinose was named Kobashi Yume. So, is there anyone who dropped out of Ichinose’s class?

Probably not.

Although test results were forwarded to him by Sakayanagi, he was asked to update data, so they shouldn’t be fake.

So to speak.

Probably, points were used to allow Kobashi to stay in school temporarily.

This is a school where strength is paramount.

As long as there are points, anything can be done. Naturally, the price of violating the rules can also be paid.
