Surviving The Fourth Calamity

Capítulo 1421: Chapter 1211: Three Days Left in the Toril Journey

Hill paused for a moment: “Lalakond? Are the other deities of Toril also in agreement?”

“What’s the matter?” Lynn looked at him curiously, “I just feel that if the powerful divine powers over here unanimously agree not to go, there must be something wrong.”

“The Dragon Worship Church might make it over there.” Hill pondered, “But they could also get killed by the other side.”

“Chromatic Dragons?” Lynn quickly understood, “Are they… so numerous that even you are taking them seriously?

This indeed is a big problem.

Moreover, those Primordials, aren’t they going back to Aber?

Didn’t the ancient books say they left because Toril was no longer suitable for them to survive?

It was unavoidable before, but now… not leaving immediately?”

“Toril suits everyone’s survival; what’s unsuitable is people’s hearts.

The Primordials are likely to remain inactive now, just observing the movements of Shaer and Celene.

As long as those two don’t try to go to Lalakond to capture people as helpers, they should stay on Toril for a while longer, perhaps even wander around, especially on the Ferun Great Land.” Hill believed he understood this aspect, “Aber has a unique sky and environment, and they haven’t seen normal scenery for a long time, they’ll surely reminisce about the wonderful life of the past.

Of course, they will definitely leave.

But before that, they might try to swap the two continents back… I think, in the future, Toril will be affected not by those dragons that might come out to raid, but by these Primordials wanting to use great collision force to send Lalakond back to Aber.

Although there’s another continent opposite, with a biological environment better than their Lalakond, still, even if it’s a doghouse, it’s one’s own, right?

Who would want their home to disappear so suddenly and inexplicably?”

“No wonder you had to create such a safe place.

I understand now.

It’s good, this way you can be at ease no matter how long you leave.

Anyway, unless the Floating Castle falls, I won’t come in here.

Let Marsha do as she wishes! Anyway, you’ve placed a few puppets inside.

However, I still feel I might not need this place.

How should I put it, I’m more concerned about another matter… Shaer and Celene, can they really still control those Primordials?” Lynn heard a truly frightening tale in Hill’s words.

“Of course.” Hill laughed, “Although the control isn’t as strong as it was tens of thousands of years ago, they still swore oaths of loyalty.

Otherwise, why would Shaer and Celene protect them back then?

Let’s not talk about Shaer, Celene isn’t a Holy Mother who’s universally loving!

She has always cared only for people she sees favorably.

The Primordials had to flee to Aber instead of just hiding like other deities did because, after those sisters’ war started, they were caught in the middle, helping either side could lead to their own destruction.

Those Primordials who died in the Twin War mostly swore singular oaths, pledging themselves as followers of one of the goddesses, they were the first believers of the Twin Goddesses.

But, they should mostly be dead by now.

They were more proud than the mortals of Toril now.

Though they served the Primordial Goddesses, they didn’t feel much inferior to deities, so they always wanted to seize more benefits… Laila, the Goddess of Phantasms, was just a successful example, with many more failures.

Otherwise, the Shadow Realm wouldn’t have so many born Shadow Charms, Shaer wouldn’t have been so lenient like Celene.

But most Primordials, back then, only sought to preserve their lives… they basically requested protection from both goddesses simultaneously.

So, when those two started to fight, these Primordials fell into complete confusion, some with weaker willpower even drove themselves mad.

Otherwise, AO wouldn’t have devised this idea to settle these earliest lifeforms of Toril.

Therefore, these guys won’t stay long.

But they won’t return to Aber just empty-handed either.

The Primordials who managed to survive until now definitely won’t be inferior to Ancient Giant Dragons.”

Lynn nodded: “Now I know what attitude to adopt towards this expedition to Ferun Great Land.

Even if the elves are tempted, I’ll try not to have my people follow along.

Fortunately, there aren’t many people I need to persuade, my few cousins and the paladins of Tyr get along well and are not interested in invading other continents… Ha~ they claim it’s to find the elves a suitable home, but isn’t it really bullying others?

Getting hit back would be perfectly justified.”

“Hmm?” Hill raised his head in confusion, “Elves from Mulan’s side or the Royal Navy?”

“It must be the Navy! Why should I care about Mulan’s fate?” Lynn’s eyes were filled with complex emotions… After all, they were family, even if they once abandoned him, he would still worry about their safety.

Yet he knows, unless he formally informs General Gael as the Governor of Agleya, those proud Elves wouldn’t take a Elf not yet 500 years old, and one with impure bloodline, seriously.

The strength of the Primordial in Toril is just a legendary story, these Elves, even Shaer and Celene mean nothing to them, how could they care about the Primordial who could easily trample on them?

No matter how much he tells them, without experiencing the lesson firsthand, the Elves still won’t believe.

Creatures that live too long, regardless of what they are, tend to become stubborn and overly self-confident.

But, Lynn would never choose to let Agleya bear the cost for those loves and hatreds that only existed in the past.

He will always put Agleya first… not only because he has bound his fate to this city, but also because it’s the most precious gift he has received… from his best friend.

Lynn is very clear, if not for him, Ferun Great Land would only have an Agleya Port as a small town.

“It’s fine if the City Guard doesn’t go.” he murmured, “They will listen to me.”

“They won’t be completely wiped out.” Hill doesn’t care about what happens to these Elves of Toril, to him, they are irrelevant people, “What they want is a continent belonging to the Sun Elves. If the casualties are severe, they will naturally run.

Now, the satellite station overhead is already operational… At least those Great Nobility certainly can escape.”

Yet, these Elves truly have an incessant attachment to their own territory!

Especially the Sun Elves, it seems, they still refuse to submit under the Moon Elves of Mulan, always trying to find a better place for themselves.

However, considering Lalakond wasn’t a bad thought, after all, this continent before wasn’t under the control of the Tablets of Fate.

Even if they would be calculated into it in the future, as long as they have established a foothold there, then… the Tablets of Fate would have to take the Sun Elves into account.

Lynn pursed his lips, turned and walked out: “Let’s go! Hurry up and close this, it’s hurting my eyes, and my brain too!”

I must press memories about this place to the deepest part of my soul… Otherwise once exposed, I’ll never have peace!”

Yet he couldn’t help but stop at the passage, softly and firmly saying: “I thought the Sun Elves would choose to return to the Supreme Forest.

Though there, revival is much needed, very likely it may even be invaded by Demons, at least now, the internal forest has been purified quite clean.

The Moon Elves can be understood, the consequences of allowing in outside Elves were too horrific, not sealing off Mulan to outsiders was the broad-mindedness of that Elf King indeed.

Why don’t the Sun Elves go back? Obviously on the Star Mountain Range there’s a group of Sun Elves always guarding the Sacred Land of Elves!

Unfortunately, except for a few tribes of Wood Elves returning, other Elves…

Forget it, this business, what does it have to do with me?

Ah… Perhaps it’s still due to a trace of human blood, I can’t be so heartless.”

Hill smiled helplessly: “It’s not bad at all, at least you can remember the lesson.”

Lynn couldn’t help but laugh: “True, let’s go~ Aren’t you going to bid farewell to Master Fran?”

Hill softly replies: “No, Grandfather and I don’t need farewells.

Anyway, we both know, the journey will only end at Teraxil.

Most importantly, I wish for Grandfather to leave without anyone’s concern.”

He followed Lynn, and behind them, the elongated and winding passage fell silent in darkness, with each dim section quickly closing its diverse material doors.

With the help of Fran’s Elemental Orb Divine Artifact, Hill’s various doors were extremely comprehensive in defense.

Moreover, even Hill himself couldn’t rely on brute force to rush straight inside.

If any issues could arise in this way… Hill quickly patted his mouth… Bah! No problem could arise!

When the Lady of Pain finally couldn’t help but provoke the Elf Deity System around Mark City, directly wielding numerous blades toward an angry Coron holding a long sword, Fran silently left Toril one night.

Because he had received the Star Spirit’s blessing, Fran found the path he desired in the Starry Sky easily… He planned to find himself a satisfactory half-plane first, so he agreed with Hill to start by visiting star systems with many shattered stars.

Outside Toril, such places are plenty.

After all, back then, many Wild Gods were drawn by the scent rushing toward Toril… each Wild God had a barren road behind them.

Thus, Hill set his departure three days later.

He didn’t plan to announce it to the world, but neither to leave without a word.

Undead Tribe understood his departure well… Hill somewhat felt they regarded him as the Disaster Star initiating the chapter.

That type yelling ‘Oh heavens! How could this happen!

Warriors! I need your help!’ The guy who brings bad luck wherever he goes.
