Caught in Affairs with Superstar

Chapter 633: Chapter 462: Sisterly Bonds (Part 3)

”I don’t know, I’m ready to leave.”

Yin Zhou asked in surprise, ”Leave? Aren’t you going to record?”

”Why should we all waste our time for one person’s sudden change of mind?” Zhou Yun said, ”Since the director’s team is willing to accommodate Xu Siyao, let them do it. I’m not putting up with Xu Siyao’s temper.”

Yin Zhou: ”Don’t be impulsive.”

Zhou Yun asked, ”So you think I should just sit around and wait?”

Yin Zhou was stunned, and after a long while, said, ”If you leave, today’s show definitely won’t be able to be filmed. Then, the reason the show didn’t get filmed would fall on you, not Xu Siyao.”

Yin Zhou’s words convinced Zhou Yun.

Zhou Yun gave up the idea of leaving.

She thought for a moment and said, ”I’m going back to my makeup room.”

Yin Zhou asked, ”What are you planning to do?”

Zhou Yun: ”I want to let others see what I am doing right now.”

...

Five minutes later, people browsing Weibo suddenly found that Zhou Yun had posted a live stream link.

People who saw this link subconsciously thought that Zhou Yun’s account had been hacked.

Because Zhou Yun had never started a live stream herself before; it’s usually in collaboration with brands, announced in advance, that commercial selling streams would appear.

Today...

People clicked in half-believingly, and to their surprise, the person in the live stream was indeed Zhou Yun.

This immediately excited and thrilled them.

People quickly asked: Xiao Yun, why did you suddenly start a live stream today? You didn’t even announce it beforehand, I was shocked!

Seeing this question, Zhou Yun immediately replied: ”Ah, I actually came here today to record a show to promote Dingfengbo. But the scheduled start time was pushed back again and again. I’m just sitting in the makeup room with nothing to do, so bored, so I thought I’d start a live stream and chat with everyone.”

Liu Yun, posing as a random viewer, sent a message: Ah? Why was the recording time pushed back? What happened?

Zhou Yun: ”Ah, it’s not a big problem; just that a guest wasn’t satisfied with the role arranged by the production team and requested a role change. So the director’s team had no choice but to quickly modify the script to satisfy this big celebrity’s request.”

As soon as Zhou Yun finished speaking, the online comments exploded.

- Who is this big shot making Zhou Yun wait for her? I thought it was a problem with the production team.

- What show is Xiao Yun recording?

- Why should the production team indulge such people? Wasting everyone’s time.

- Is Xiao Yun condemning someone for being unprofessional?

...

The comments were frantically rolling in.

Suddenly, Zhou Yun’s phone showed that Zhou Lan was calling.

Zhou Yun had to wave her hand and say, ”I’ve got a call coming in, no more live streaming, bye.”

Her appearance was hurried, and her departure rushed; the total streaming time was less than a minute.

Without waiting to see everyone’s pleas for her to stay, she exited the live stream and answered Zhou Lan’s call.

”Sister Lan.”

”What are you up to?” Zhou Lan asked, ”Why did you suddenly start a live stream?”

”Ah, it’s already done; it’s over,” Zhou Yun said. ”I just wanted to see how long Xu Siyao could drag this out after seeing my live stream.”

Zhou Lan: ”What trouble has Xu Siyao caused again?”

Zhou Yun then recounted the events.

Zhou Lan immediately understood.

”Has she lost her mind? Being such a diva at this time? She refuses to play the Witch but insists on playing the Princess?” Zhou Lan said, ”I understand now. I’ll call the director and producer.”

Zhou Yun said, ”Are you going to threaten them?”

”Not a threat, if Xu Siyao continues to delay and refuses to record, then we just won’t record,” Zhou Lan said. ”I want to ask the director what he wants, Xu Siyao or us?”

After hanging up the phone, it was unclear what Zhou Lan had said to the director.

Five minutes later, the hallway outside became lively.

Someone knocked on the door and said, ”Miss Zhou, the director asks you to come over. We’re ready to start recording!”

Zhou Yun asked Zheng Xiaojue in surprise, ”Xiaoju, is it because of my live streaming, or did Sister Lan’s call sort this out?”

Zheng Xiaojue hesitated a moment and said, ”Sister Xiao Yun, although I really want to support you, I think that in this matter, Sister Lan’s ability might be a bit greater than yours.”

Zhou Yun gave her a sideways glance.

”Really not giving me any face,” Zhou Yun complained.

Zheng Xiaojue said, ”Sister Xiao Yun, I was originally against you doing the live stream; why go to the front line to criticize people yourself? You’re sure to make the trending news.”
